- Feyi Salami (4/5): It could easily be a great place to stay if they pay attention to maintenance and room quality. - The staff was great and helpful, and the location was excellent. The room was below par, especially the bathroom: the shower head was broken, and there was only one electrical socket. The lighting in the room was also horrible, and the room had a dingy smell even though they cleaned daily.
- Adebowale (1/5): - The airconditioning Everything
Shower doesn't work
TV with no remote
TV with only 5 channels
Toilet without water
- Bakare (10/5): Conducive and recommended - Everything, ambience and staff service

- r-oseghale (7/5): -
- Kuteyi (6/5): - The room was clean The lighting in the room was really bad I had to use a flashlight to do my makeup
- Georgette (2/5): -
- Ufuoma (10/5): -
- Nneoma (7/5): Very good and prompt cleaning service - The a/c works well The sockets aren’t placed conveniently close to the bed in all rooms, no bidet in the toilet, some toilet seats are shaking, the heater in the room I stayed in took long to make the water hot and after which it gets cold after a while.
- Wura (7/5): -
- Somtoo (8/5): -
- Michelle (7/5): I had a good time and the staff was great - It was in the center of everything My bathroom light was broken and I told them it wasn’t working never fixed it again after the first time it went out
- Janemary (7/5): Good - Everything worked. 24/7 light, heater and Ac remote control wasn't there and also no air freshener in the toilet.
- Christine (6/5): You get what you pay for. It wasn't horrible, it was just Ok. - The bathroom sink was clogged. And the shower was outdated
- Kristine (7/5): Convenient location but there are things that they can improve on - The room was what was in the photos. Convenient for tourist especially in going to the beach, its a 10 minute drive They only give one towel even if we booked as a couple. After asking them I had to remind them and gave an extra at midnight.
- Kristine (7/5): The location is very convenient for a tourist visiting different sites: beach, lounges, mall, clubs, etc. - It is near the places to visit: the beach, the lounges by the bay, the mall. The room was spacious and I like that there is a balcony in out room The restaurant hotline is not picking up. I always have to call the reception before they pick up. No kettle for morning tea and bottled water in the room.
- Mabel (6/5): I believe they can do better and improve their service. - The staff are friendly and I like that it’s easier to find on google map. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t prioritise clients according to their booking. When I booked online it shows the room I want was available but when I arrived they didn’t have it. The hotel has cockroaches and the curtains are dirty, the toilets and showers needs repairs. They always don’t have the food on the menu and they don’t know how to cater for their international clients
- Mahmud (8/5): Very good -
- Mabel (1/5): I didn’t like my stay, the say they have English breakfast but they can’t even make it. - The location and it is easy to find I booked executive room for a big size bed and also for the space, booking was accepted as the room was available but when I got to the property I didn’t get the room I booked for I got a small room with a small bed, the bed is uncomfortable, the toilet doesn’t flush, the curtains are dirty, overall I wasn’t happy
- Chukwunonso (8/5): Good experience overall . - The location was very good to the VFS Visa Centre and easy to locate
The price was very good for the location and the value was good . The room was clean but there was some little cockroaches seen in the room.
The bathroom shower/heater shocks but the other facilities were okay
- Emmanuel (1/5): Bad -
- Sacha (5/5): Updated review - I expressed my concerns in a review and they reached out and tried to accommodate me to the best of their ability. I was changed room couple of times until i found one that was up to my standards. I appreciated that The place still needs major maintenance specially in the bathroom area. I had no problem with the room itself that was very spacious and airy. It’s the bathroom that needs a little tune up.
- Okpanachi (7/5): Good -
- Oluwatomiloba (5/5): Passable - Location is great Room was a bit outdated plus the bathroom
- Odor (9/5): Superb -
- Sacha (5/5): Passable - The rooms are quite spacious. But that’s it. They don’t give bottled water in the room. They don’t give coffee in the room. That’s just basic come on. The bed and pillows are rock hard. The tv is the size of an ipad with only 3 channels. My shower didn’t have hot water. And the supposedly white towels in the bathroom are grayish, making you question how clean they are.
- Idongesit (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ugo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ekene (1/5): Very disappointed - I liked the receptionist attendance I didn't like the place, wasn't worth the value, the room was awkward and the fact that no breakfast was included for a 65k per night hotel. Wanted to spend 5night there but got pissed and so I left after the first night.
- Ezekwesili (8/5): It felt like home. - The food is what I enjoyed the most and the staff were such a good host. They paid attention to my needs. The room 206 needs to be fumigated. The constant flies were unpleasant other than that, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
- Ogeh (3/5): Poor -
- Chizy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (7/5): Good -
- Nosa (6/5): Nice stay - Location of facility good Perceived some cigarette odors?
- Carole (9/5): It was pleasant, quiet and clean. - The ambiance, firstly set by the big bright numbers (33) at the front, leading through the private entrance gates, into the beautiful ivy-walled and well managed driveway. The receptionist was pleasant and the front desk area very inviting. The check in process was smooth and the room was pleasing, clean and spacious. Dinner at the restaurant was very tasty! The small balcony could have been cleared for us to enjoy it more. (There was an old ac unit taking up space). Not a big enough deal to affect a great hotel stay! We booked a second night.
- Williams (10/5): Exceptional -
- Osasumwen (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mujitaba (6/5): Pleasant - If you have a VFS visa appointment, Villa33 is an excellent hotel to stay in.
- Okunuga (6/5): Decent - It was calm and cozy, the entertainment system could be better
- Madu (7/5): Good -
- Julius (7/5): Good -
- Okechukwu (4/5): Just there - There was no breakfast Everything please
- Gem (7/5): Good -
- Charlesh (8/5): Very good -
- Catharina (8/5): Very good - Staff was friendly and helpful, spacious room, good location Shower head was broken, but it got resolved quickly. We had to ask for a second towel both nights. The AC was leaking water on the floor.
