• Jean-Lou (5/5): Easy improvement can be made - Fairly well located (5-8mn walk from main street) Where to start: - automatic curtains broken as no-one warns you that you should use the button and not pull it by hand, - bathroom joint molded, - General cleanliness of the bathroom low, - shower gel / shampoo empty, - sewage smell from the bathroom drains, - staff often / always on thir phone sat in the corner, including at the breakfast, playing tiktok on loud speaker, - bread and fruit at breakfast not fresh
• Michael (7/5): Small fixes make a big difference to a stay. - Room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were good. The roof top offers a good lookout over the city. Bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning rattled and front door was jamming. It took until day 3 to fix which I found unacceptable. They offered a water dispenser on level 3 & 1 but not level 2. The pool was ok but they should spend more time keeping it clean. The towel rack fell down and had to be fixed. Inadequate amount of hangers to dry clothes. Hotels & resorts located where water activities are number 1, should offer adequate space for drying clothes. Its really just common sense yet frequently overlooked.

Für Vorhang und Gardine gibt es jeweils einen Schalter aber bei uns waren die zusammen belegt, so das jeweils beides auf- oder zuging und man die Gardine als Sichtschutz nicht einzeln schließen konnte (Vom Rooftop konnte man dadurch in unser Zimmer schauen)

Вай фай ловит на первом и втором этажах, на третьем - вообще не ловит ни одна из двух сетей. Но самое неприятное - это ужасно грязный бассейн, я очень надеюсь, что этот отзыв увидят сотрудники и что-то предпримут. В бассейне страшно купаться, потому, что боишься подхватить какую-то болезнь, он отвратительно грязный. Плитку нужно чистить, мыть, на ней скапливается зеленый налет и от прикосновений расплывается в бассейне. Этот отель выбрали преимущественно из-за наличия бассейна, но после первого захода, выскочили через минуту и больше не заходили

• Monique (8/5): Praktische locatie, ruime en frisse kamer - De kamer met het uitzicht was fantastisch. En de oprechte vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De locatie is ook top. Coron Town is lopend te bereiken. Ik vond het jammer dat de eerste dag het restaurant gesloten was. Na aankomst van de 4 daagse expeditie was het fijn geweest om niet per se de deur uit te hoeven. Wifi doet het op de kamer niet. Maar bij het zwembad en op het dakterras werkt het goed genoeg.

• Larissa (6/5): Prima - Locatie was wel fijn. Wij verbleven in een kamer waar een enorme stank uit de badkamer kwam en niet wegging/minder werd. We werden er zo misselijk van dat we een andere kamer kregen. Deze was wel iets beter, maar alsnog kwam er een geur uit de badkamer. Ook een keer handdoeken vergeten neer te leggen in onze kamer.

• Keith (8/5): Coron diving accommodation - The room was comfortable and clean and bright. Breakfast was particularly good. There was initially a "sewage" smell from the shower drain that was quite overpowering, which permeated the whole room. This was however, sorted once it was reported.

Für das Geld findet man deutlich bessere Unterkünfte. - Personal hat auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert und uns das Zimmer wechseln lassen. Sonst würde ich NIEMANDEM empfehlen das Hotel zu buchen. Egal welches Zimmer-alle waren dreckig. Das erste Zimmer hatte den Blick auf eine Beton Wand. Und es war dreckig und hat nach Kanalisation gerochen. Wirklich schlimm. Das zweite ebenso. Erst am nächsten Tag konnten wir in den zweiten Stock wechseln. Wieder nicht sauber aber kein Gestank. Schade, so ein schönes Gebäude aber keine gute Leitung oder Personal. Frühstück auch überaus dürftig.

• Bill & Mae (7/5): Rooftop bar views - Central location within easy (downhill) walking distance of shops and restaurants. Good rooftop bar opened from 5 - 10pm daily with Seaview. The walk back up the hill. The property doesn't have an elevator so those on higher floors or wanting to go to the rooftop bar might need to consider this. Our first room had a bad odour on checking in so we had to change rooms.

• Isabella (5/5): Regular - Es bastante aceptable para el precio que tiene el hotel, está en una buena ubicación para apreciar el atardecer, la vista en la mañana es estupenda La verdad es que para ser un hotel con muchas escaleras es un poco decepcionante que no tenga un elevador, aveces uno llega cansado y subir escaleras puede resultar agotador, la comida del bufete en el desayuno muchas veces no parecía fresca, encontramos pan con moho y verduras que se notaba no las cambiaban por días, la limpieza algunas zonas como el baño de la parte inferior deja mucho que desear, en las mañanas había un olor muy extraño y desagradable

Rooftop con linda vista. Muy poca luz en el baño. El wifi no era estable. No hay ascensor. Queda cerca del centro pero hay que caminar una subida un poco empinada (nada grave).

• Sophia (1/5): Terrible overall experience, not what's advertised on the pictures. Overpriced. Not clean. - The bed was relatively comfortable and the room was spacious The hotel was nothing in reality compared to what was advertised. Our room felt like it wasn't finished - cables were popping out of our light above the bed, things felt unfinished / stopped halfway through. The breakfast was terrible. We went once and ended up not going again, despite paying for it. A lot of food was very oily and was cold or soggy and unappetising. I understand it's a remote island so wasn't expecting anything fancy but even things like local fruit which was everywhere wasn't good. The pool had frogs in it (!!!) and didn't feel clean at all (green bits of algae inside the pool) so we ended up not using it. The beds were rusty and were made of metal so in 30 degree + heat they weren't the most comfortable to sit on. Even the shower by the pool wasn't working. The staff was so inattentive and completely lacked any ability to deal with our issues - they couldn't communicate very well even at the reception desk. When we communicated the issues they didn't offer many solutions, just told us that's the only room they had available. The whole experience was just terrible and we ended up desperately wanting to leave the hotel by the end of our trip.

Etant avec un enfant de 4 ans, ne pas avoir d'ascenseur n'est pas pratique (de plus, les marches sont étonnamment très hautes). Meme la salle du petit dej est en étage, vraiment pas pratique. J'avais un probleme avec l'air conditionné qui ne me permettait pas de changer la température. Sinon, sans ca, c'était ok.

The staff were very polite and accommodating throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was also amazing and exceeded our expectations.

• Gaëtan (7/5): Séjour moyen !! Attention cafard - Chambre spacieuse mais vue pas ouf si vous êtes pas coté piscine. Cafard dans les serviettes de bains, impossibilité d’obtenir une chambre côté piscine / baie de coron. Malgrés plusieur demande et hôtel pas plein.

A due passi dal centro e per questo lo abbiamo apprezzato tanto, è una posizione strategica! Bella terrazza da cui si può osservare il panorama Colazione abbondante e buona, staff gentile e super disponibile, non capisco le recensioni negative che hanno messo a questa struttura! Noi ci abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti ed è stato tutto perfetto A volte il bagno emana un po di odore sgradevole, ma basta chiudere la porta! Mi sembra semplice!!

View from our room number 313 was superb, overlooking the sea and islands in the distance from this hotel which is on the hill. Eat walk into town. On the 3rd floor but no lift at the property. Good exercise! Staff a bit less attentive than you would like and communication sometimes a struggle. Pleasant enough though

• Lisa (1/5): Een 1 is nog te hoog - Mooi uitzicht op het dakterras Kamer was niet schoon (overal haren en vlekken op de muur/dekens/vloer), de badkamer stonk enorm naar riool, we kregen geen schone handdoeken terwijl ze de vieze wel meenamen, airco deed het niet, personeel was zeer onvriendelijk en probeerde ons op te lichten door de tank van de scooter leeg te halen, er zat schimmel op het eten bij het ontbijt, housekeeping stond om 7 uur sochtends in de kamer terwijl we sliepen en het DND bordje aan de deur hadden hangen

• Marie (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Nettes Personal. Kein warmes Wasser beim duschen. Die Bettdecke war dreckig. Das Frühstück war leider sehr unappetitlich. Generell war es nicht sehr sauber im Hotel. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
