- Luminita (5/5): un hotel frumos dar cu preturi foarte mari la camere,un pret dublu fata de acum 5 ani. - Camera a fost foarte buna si confortabila,mancarea a fost foarte buna,un hotel foarte curat. Am venit cu un copil de 4 ani care nu se afla in rezervare si am fost taxati cu 50de euro in plus pentru copil desi a dormit cu noi in pat.Ni s-a parut enorm pretul.

- Stefanik (10/5): Naprosto dokonalé, nemám co vytknout. - Čistota, úžasný personál, výborná večeře, úžasná snídaně. Jeden z nejlepších hotelů co jsem kdy navštívil. Tady se jiní mohou učit, jak to má vypadat. Nemám co bych mohl chtít zlepšit. Cena, ikdyž v místě patří k vyšším, naprosto odpovídá kvalitě služeb, prostředí a servisu. Nic. Vše je za mě dokonalé.

- Istvan (7/5): Kényelmes - Már több alkalommal szálltunk meg itt és a jövőben is tervezünk megszállni. Utazásainkkor pont útba esik és nagyon kényelmes szobák vannak. A legutóbbi foglaláskor a recepciós hölgy olyan hangnemet ütött meg ami nem elfogadható. Ezzel sokat rontva a hosszú út után fáradtan megérkezett hangulatunkon. Úgy gondolom bármi féle félreértést nyugodt hangnemben lehet kezelni, de legfőképpen tisztelettel és semmiképp nem "Lehet másik szállodát keresni" kijelentéssel. Értem én hogy késő este fáradt és talán aznap sok volt a hülye, de neki meg ez a munkája.
