- Mirko (10/5): - Tolle Unterkunft mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück…für jeden etwas dabei. Parkplatz ist ein großer Parkplatz 5-10 zu Fuß von der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft übernimmt die Kosten und bietet einen Shuttle Service an. Perfekt gelöst, da sich die Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt befindet.

Breakfast was excellent, and very accommodating. The room was a good size with very comfortable bedding. Best of all was the service, the front desk truly went out of their way to be helpful, share knowledge of Sirmione with us, and truly wanted our stay to be exceptional. Truly have no complaints. Perhaps would have liked a exercise room, although not sure I would have had the time to use it.

Our lady concierge was brilliant advising us on where to go and where to eat. Upgraded our room and was so lovely and physically taking us to show and point out things to help us. - Oiyan (10/5): Lovely hotel worth the money! - The room was quite big compare to some hotels rooms in Europe. It was a small hotel but the amenities they had was above my expectations, they provided slippers, a selection of hygiene wash and even a sun care pack! The fridge was filled with water and some soft drinks which is free during your stay. Even though we only stayed for 1 night, it was very best located and plenty to walk around in. The staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful and provided us with lots of information. We loved the breakfast that was served at the café opposite the hotel, you order it and it be served to you and it was plentiful with lots of friendly welcoming staff. Nothing, I would stay there again on my next visit in Sirmione:)

Őrzött parkolóhelyet intézi a szállásadó, transzfert is . Tanina és Nicola rettentő kedvesek és segítőkészek. Legyen szó asztalfoglalásról étteremben vagy bármiről. Beszélnek németül és angolul is, igazán figyelmesek a vendégekkel. Tanina vendégszeretete kiemelkedő, nagyon bájos személyiség. A szállás maga és a szobák is rettentő tiszták, a szobaasszonyok is nagyon barátságosak. Pici szobában is voltunk már és lakosztályban is. Minden apró részlet igényes és exkluzív. Vízforraló a szobában , kávé tea adott. Minibár feltöltve és a tartalma a ház ajándéka. Minőségi lenvászon táska , bio pipere holmik, bársony vendégpapucs .. nagyon kényelmes a matrac , szóval tényleg minden tekintetben figyelnek a minőségre ès arra, h az ember jól érezze magát. A reggeli fantasztikus! Az éttermében is kedvesek a felszolgálók és a vezető úriember is nagyon közvetlen. Nem a megszokott “ hoteles reggeli kínálat “ , hanem tényleg odafigyeléssel készült ételek. Frissen nekünk készített tojás variációk baconnal vagy lazaccal is , rendes palacsinta , frissen készített gyümölcstál , frissen facsart narancslé, minőségi kávék … szóval minden igényt kielégítő . Ez a szállás számunkra tökéletes. Elhelyezkedése fantasztikus, Sirmione gyönyörű. Hálás köszönet ismét mindenért ✨ Nem tudok ilyet mondani.

- Marco (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto..fino alla fine! - La struttura si trova in pieno centro storico, a due passi dal castello Scaligero. È disponibile il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo, con servizio navetta. La camera è ben arredata, nuova e pulitissima. Bevande nel frigo bar gratuite. Il giorno di San Valentino ci hanno fatto trovare una dolce sorpresa. La signora della reception è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito indicazioni sulle cose da vedere e su cosa fare, stampandoci anche mappe e informazioni. La colazione si svolge in un bar di fronte alla struttura. È ottima e abbondante, con ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati. Il gestore della sala colazione, Luca, è stato estremamente cordiale, accogliente e amichevole.

- Dora (10/5): Amazing stay - Fantastic location right in the centre of Sirmione. The staff is very attentive and makes you feel like a VIP guest, sharing recommendations and calling restaurants on your behalf. The room is good size, with a kettle and a mini fridge full of free sofas. The bathroom has plenty of skincare samples. The breakfast is really good, with plenty of savoury and sweet options. The private parking is just outside the city (a 6 min walk, or there's a shuttle that can take you back and forth). Sirmione is lovely and would love to be back. The room is soundproof but at some point during the night there was a weird noise coming from the Aircon inside the room. Luckily it stopped after 30 mins. There's a glass wall in the bathroom, making it impossible to use the loo in the night without waking up the other person.

La direttrice è una persona squisita capace di farti sentire accolta e coccolata come se fossi di famiglia. La posizione è centralissima e la colazione è un altro fiore all’occhiello, curata sia nell’offerta che nel servizio! Dovrei inventarlo

Comodissimo il servizio di navetta dal parcheggio, camera confortevole e ottima colazione con ampia scelta nel bar vicino all'hotel L'ampia scelta della colazione non prevede prodotti da forno freschi senza lattosio. Il bagno non ha un sistema di aerazione. Consiglio l'aggiunta di uno specchio e di un tavolino in camera.

- Vincent (9/5): Stylish hotel in the centre of town. - Location was perfect, a stone’s throw to the castle. Although because it is right in the middle of the village there was no view out of the window. Fortifying very new and stylish. The breakfast provided a good choice and quality was good but the service was not perfect. The bed is a tad too soft for me.

But the best thing at this accomodation is its receptionist Tanina...she is so perfect, she recomended us where to go, help us how to get there,where to park ect......she is amazing and she made our stay perfect,we loved Lago di Garda. Service de navette au top entre le parking et l hôtel . Et un personnel au top !!! D une gentillesse ! Très serviables ! Plein de supers conseils , de petites attentions … nous reviendrons !

- Zoia (10/5): Мы обязательно приедем на более длительное время! - Отель расположен в историческом центре. Очень чистый и уютный номер, с современным ремонтом. Останавливались в январе на одну ночь, было очень тепло и комфортно. Порадовали подарки в виде образцов итальянской косметики в ванной комнате. Сотрудница отеля, прекрасная Танина, была нашим путеводителем в новом городе, спасибо ей огромное! Завтрак был в ресторане поблизости отеля, куда нас отвела Танина. Еда была превосходной, с высочайшим сервисом.

Все очень чисто, свежо, продумано до мелочей. Чувствуется, что здесь следят за комфортом гостей. Классные и щедрые завтраки. Начинать день здесь- одно удовольствие! Очень вкусно, разнообразно и действительно обильно. Понравился подход к парковке. Да, исторический центр недоступен для машин, но отель предоставляет удобную парковку за его пределами и трансфер! Это снимает все возможные трудности. нам дали советы по ресторанам, и мы ни разу не разочаровались! Это очень ценно в новом месте. Очень рекомендую! Сочетание современного комфорта, душевной атмосферы и искренней заботы - именно то, что нужно для идеального отдыха. Очень хотим вернуться! Нет такого

- Nicoletta (10/5): - Accoglienza stupenda! Ci hanno anche consigliato dei posti dove mangiare e abbiamo scelto un posto in cui ci siamo trovati benissimo. Camere pulite, arredamento moderno. Colazione buonissima! Viaggiamo con un cane che è stato ben accolto. Accessori aggiuntivi della camera, quali prodotti per la pulizia e skin care, molto apprezzati. Ci hanno anche offerto tutto il contenuto del minibar, ovvero bibite e acqua. L'unica pecca è stata che nel letto non era presente il coprimaterasso, ma solo il lenzuolo quindi a metà notte ci siamo ritrovati a contatto diretto con il materasso

- Amy (9/5): Incredible location, warm and gracious staff, you'll be taken care of! - Incredible location right in the heart of Sirmione. They have a very organized shuttle that picks you up from a secured parking lot outside the historic center. The space is fresh and clean. Tanina and all the staff were so warm, gracious, and extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants or sight seeing. Every place we ate that she suggested was delicious. The included breakfast at a cafe around the corner (literally a few steps only) was incredible. Served at a table and many selections of food plus coffees, fresh juice, etc. Nothing!
- Elisa (10/5): Una “coccola” indimenticabile - Casa Scaligeri è una struttura bellissima, situata nel pieno centro di Sirmione. Ciò che però la rende davvero pazzesca é tutto ciò che riguarda l’attenzione ai dettagli e la cura posta da parte del personale. La signora Tanina ha seguito il nostro soggiorno dall’inizio alla fine, impegnandosi al fine di rendere tutto perfetto. È attenta ad ogni esigenza e ci ha regalato dei momenti davvero indimenticabili. Alloggiare qui non è semplicemente dormire in un qualsiasi hotel, é un’esperienza unica. Torneremo sicuramente presto! Grazie Tanina e grazie Hotel Scaligeri per aver reso il nostro weekend un ricordo per sempre!
