Un bouchon permettrait de limiter en ouvrant juste au moment de la douche.

La chambre était grande mais mal nettoyer encore des emballages sous un lit, nous avons pris des photos mais je ne peux pas les joindre. l'Isolation des chambres n'est pas super, on entend tous ce qui ce passe.

- FLORENCE (9/5): Une nuit très confortable - Chambre spacieuse, confortable (nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés (merci beaucoup).L’établissement a un charme indéniable, et les personnels très agréables (bonus particulier pour la réceptionniste d’après midi). Stationnement dans l’enceinte du château, menu du marché au restaurant du château, un régal Rien à redire. Il faut juste savoir que l’établissement est un peu éloigné des grands axes, en contrepartie le calme est absolu
- frederic (9/5): - Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Château du Chapeau Cornu. Le spa était vraiment parfait, un vrai moment de détente et de lâcher-prise pendant une heure : calme, relaxant, exactement ce qu’il nous fallait. Le lendemain matin, nous avons déjeuné au château, et tout était à la hauteur du lieu. Le petit-déjeuner, sous forme de buffet sucré-salé, était copieux, varié et très sympathique. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la beauté des lieux, à la fois élégants et apaisants. Un moment magique : se balader dans la cour du château la nuit, dans une atmosphère paisible et hors du temps. Tout était vraiment reposant, du début à la fin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Un grand merci à toutes les équipes pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme 🙏💫

- patricia (8/5): Séjour agréable dans un site sympa. - Le site et la gentillesse du personnel de restauration. Nous ne sommes pas habitués de ce genre d’établissement mais pour un 4 étoiles, je trouve que les chambres ne sont pas très bien entretenues : le papier peint qui se décolle, une télévision avec sa télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas…. Même si on ne la regarde pas c’est pas se que l’on attend d’un 4*. Certes c’est un château et il y a beaucoup d’entretien mais le prix des chambres devrait suffire à cet entretien.

- Lauranne (1/5): À ne pas recommander - Le lieu Des chambres sales, vieillotes, mal entretenues (cafetière cassée, grille de ventilation de salle de bain arrachée, des vitres sales...). Un couloir d'accès aux chambres qui sent très mauvais. Du bruit (claquements de portes notamment..) toute la nuit. Un restaurant (la Rôtisserie) proposant un buffet avec un choix très limité, peu qualitatif et à un prix élevé pour ce que c'est. Malgré ces commentaires, le cadre est joli et le personnel très agréable. Expérience que je ne recommanderai surtout pas. Ce n'est absolument pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

- Carta5 (9/5): Très bien - La localisation est vraiment en pleine nature ce qui est très reposant, le cadre est magnifique avec des bâtiments d'époque, son bassin avec canards, cygnes noirs, son poulailler. Très beau caveau pour le mariage. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, souriant et très professionnel. La cuisine est excellente et de qualité tant sur le vin d'honneur, que sur le repas et le petit déjeuner. Vous avez un joyaux entre vos mains. Quelques ajustements seraient à prévoir pour rendre ce lieu impeccable car vous n’en êtes pas loin. Notamment sur l'entretien des équipements (machine à café..., quelques chaises déboîtées, luminaires au sol dans cours, revêtement du sol dans le caveau) et l'aménagement autour du château (chéneau avec de la mousse polyuréthane, la tonelle côté piscine pas très nette, la pergola qui est trop brute à mon goût.

- Laetitia (9/5): - Endroit exceptionnel belle balade à faire magnifique vue et quand on a de la chambre vue sur le mont blanc nous avons eu de la chance ☺️ Joli chambre nous avons aussi apprécier la cafetière la bouilloire et 2 bouteille d’eau à notre disposition Dommage que les voisins nous ont réveiller à 1h du matin ainsi qu’ a 7h30 du matin d’où mon étoile en moins car les chambres archers ne sont pas bien insonorisés mais ça ne change en rien notre avis positif sur le château nous reviendrons avec plaisir ce qui est prévu d’ailleurs pour les beaux jours Repas exceptionnels nous n’avons jamais manger une viande aussi tendre que celle ci Petit déjeuner correct Spa fabuleux un vrai moment de détente Le personnel est très sympathique

- Roland (8/5): La vie de château - Cadre magnifique, au calme. Parking à disposition, nombreux équipements pour des séjours plus longs. Deux restaurants à choix La chambre est relativement petite et manque de place de rangement.
- Raymond (6/5): Chateau du XIII siecle pour un week-end romantique - Le château du XIII siècle fait vraiment rêver et il y a du charme et histoire. Mais on n'a pas trop compris le fontaine un peu baroque dans le parc qui est plutôt kitsch et qui ne va pas avec le reste. Les alentours sont idyllique. Piscine de bonne taille et le lieu idéal pour un week-end romantique à la campagne. Mais les chambres dans le château même sont décevantes et ont vraiment besoin d'être rafraichi pour avoir 4 étoiles. Je pense que les chambres dans l'annexe sont plus récentes. Il y a 2 restaurants. On a diné au restaurant gourmé. Assez cher, les plats sur le thème de champignon du bois étaient excellents, mais le plat principal, le filet de poisson avec purée de petit pois et de la confiture aux cerises était bizarre. Il faut souligner que le lieu a du charme, mais il ne faut pas s'attendre du luxe.
- Arnaud (6/5): Beau cadre, personnel sympa mais chambre moyenne et restauration très chère. - Le cadre est très beau, la piscine est belle, le personnel est très agréable. Dans une chambre des communs (chevaliers), la salle de bains est vieillissante (joints moisis, pommeau de douche cassé...). Pas de ventilateur dans la mezzanine avec la clim qui n'est pas assez puissante pour rafraichir l'air. Prix de restauration prohibitifs pour une famille.

- Rebecca (6/5): Abandoned wedding venue with cats - The building is very impressive and staff very friendly. Reception were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel. We ate dinner in the Rotisserie and the food was nice and staff great. I felt as though I was staying in a wedding venue that hadn't quite finished tidying up after the previous wedding and was getting ready for the next wedding. The hotel felt like a side business. The grounds felt untidy with piles of broken chairs and abandoned bits of furniture, two rotting caravans, a tatty chicken coop and half dead plants in pots. There was a strange mismatch between the very old chateau and modern additions like the large statue of a knight/king and several unused gazebos. The approach to the chateau is very impressive but the first thing you're greeted by when entering through the arch is a huge cage housing a large collection of cats that roam the premises. The poolside bar was a strange collection of structures, abandoned piles of furniture and large round events tables that would ordinarily be covered in white linen for a wedding. The Rotisserie restaurant was described as having outdoor dining, but it was actually a large plastic marquee against the side of the old building with astroturf under foot. It was a very strange atmosphere. Again, it felt like they were trying to find an additional use for one of the wedding venues. Our bedroom was in the main chateau and was a great size, with great views. However, it looked like it was last decorated in 1990. Overall, there was a feeling of arriving a day early to an event before the staff had started setting up. The grounds need a lot of investment and bedrooms need redecorating. Hotel guests need to be made to feel like they're staying at an expensive hotel, rather than a disused wedding venue with cats.

- Lord Incisa (3/5): not recommendable: bad service, room, and management outweight (by far) the beautiful views - Views of and from the castle. The rest has been a disaster. Not recommendable at all. Reservation made over one month in advance for a "large comfortable king bedroom". We were given, instead, the infamous room 3 (infamous based on the reviews, which we read afterwards - which is bad on us), whose filthy conditions, small size, badly aged wallpaper and pieces of furniture (from the 80s, if we're lucky) are manifest in the pictures. On that day, for the same price we paid the hotel was offering a large and newly renovated room for 6 (!) - and yet, they gave us this tiny room (but the hotel was far from full). In addition, upon arrival, the receptionist weirdly insisted we book over 200+ EUR of extras (gourmet dinner and breakfast), attitude that made me balk. Pool water quality simply unsanitary, with uncivilized parents bathing kids in their diapers and no one saying anything. Dirty pool towels and even dirtier sunbeds. Gourmet/Michelin dinner was fine (but of course the hotel reception forgot to make the reservation for us, so we were subject to the whole "oh la la" scene by the waitress), but that is the only bright side of this stay, aside of course the views, which are indeed beautiful.
