- Alberto (1/5): DISGUSTING HOTEL, ROOM FULL OF COCKROACHES AND FILTHY BED - Good location. AVOID !!! Everything was dirty, bedsheets had hairs inside and there were ants all over our room including the bed. The sink was blocked which took all night to go down. We told the person on the reception desk about these issue to which they offered a room change. We had the same problems in the new room, customer service was pathetic, they didn’t show much care to the problems. Not worth the cheap ish price or good location for one night, avoid at all costs.

- Gerard (1/5): Had to stay because too tired - Just the location The room felt very humid, i can’t barely breathe in the room because of the poor ventilation. The bed sheet look unclean, the toilets look unclean and the ceiling is very moldy, the room wall finishing also defected because of the humidity which make the painting peel off. The tv can’t function, the air conditioner is very very dirty, the filters fill with dust

- Tang (1/5): Bad - When i first book this hotel due to the distance close to klia1. My booking amount was rm350.30 amd said pay at hotel but when we check in. I was told i need to pay rm400.30 and so i paid even i am not happy. Worse again. The rooms are dirty and not clean for us to stay. The shower was leaking and dripping all nite. I wil never recommend this hotel to anyone

- Shengkae (2/5): - We check-in in the mid night and immediately found bugs crawling all over the sheet, towel and pillow. We believe they are small cockroaches but the admin denied. No one in my family dared to sleep on such dirty environment and we grab a car to sleep in airport bench all night.
- Malcolm (4/5): I'd rather elsewhere. - Nothing much.. nothing to highlight. Location is fair. Rainshower head is nice. The hotel is a little run down. We had to change our room as the air con wasn't working. The room is fairly clean, the bathroom is clean but had a loose toilet seat and no toilet paper. Maybe most of their regular clients do not use toilet paper.

The towels were stained with lipstick. The bed was smelly. No mattress cover, really smelly bed. The toilet was full of mold and really dirty. No toilet paper and the shower had no separation from the toilet. After showering everything was covered in water. Really noisy hotel. The photos looked nice but they were a lie.

The smell of the Aircon smells bad like never been clean for so long. I do is i buy personal room air freshener so can cover all the bad smell on roon. Im not gonna recommend this hotel.

- Sroussi (3/5): Not satisfying - Practical location for a late flight The shower was not working but the staff only felt necessary to tell me when I arrived. When I asked for a discount, I was told that the room was cheap enough. The room was damp to the extent of unhealthy, and I am not picky. The staff in general was looking suspiciously at us when we left, as if we were going to take the remote control with us... weird place.

- Richard (5/5): Not recommend - Good price. Plenty of shops and places to eat in the area. 15 minute walk to Salak Tinggi train station one stop away from KLIA. The first room I was given was awful, smelled damp and had mold on the walls and ceiling. When it rained water came through a hole in the ceiling. I complained and was moved to a much smaller room at the front of the hotel. The hotel is across the road from a large mosque which is noisy. The was no wifi. They said this was because of the heavy rain but the morning was sunny and clear but still no wifi. There was no hot water in the morning so had a cold shower.

- Dome (10/5): Kota Warisan Staycation - The room with windows and toilet with strong 🚿 shower flows. It was Thursday during check in. The night market very near. Downstairs have Chinese Halal restaurant. Ample parking space and lots of groceries and restaurants. Mosque just opposite the hotel. Generous hotel owner. There's no comforter, just small thin blanket. Some smells in the room & the corridor, smells like men's armpit with lots of sweating 😅. Should put some fragrance

- Marcel (3/5): Good budget area to rest between long haul flights but will not choose this hotel again. - Short walk to airport train and only 1 stop from airport), lots of local eateries within one block, ideal for stop over. Bed was OK. 24hour desk for check-in. No hot water, broken toilet seat, noisy location day and night (traffic, bathroom fans from neighboring rooms), no desk as per listing. blanket too thin, one does not want to deal with having to complain about getting the basics right when tired and jet lagged.

For overnight stay for airport transfer okay but maybe better places around for a little more cash. Bed was okay with clean sheets and towels. But room was small, fungus all around in the bathroom and no window, so airco on high performance...

- Noor (3/5): bad staff attitude - nothing staff charge rm70 even i book online, rm66+ and try to steal depo money, i give 150 and he said 70 + 80 depo, i ask isn't depo only 50 (its not my 1st time stay at this hotel) he said no then i silent he gave key and all and thats all i ask where my depo receipt? he said no need receipt la i will be here tomorrow and i started wanna mad, i said give me receipt if not you will make up story that im not pay depo when i ask tomorrow, at the end he said just pay hotel 70 no need depo, see? about room, room not so clean, 1st enter its look like being used, water not hot at all and there's no kettle in room luckily its just for a while stay because im too tired to drive home, not recommended

- Traveller (1/5): Stay away! Especially if you're not a white man - Location was alright. A few food options, locals outside the hotel were friendly. Even though I (black woman) made the reservation with my passport and made the payment with my credit card, the woman at the reception uniquely addressed my boyfriend (white man) and completely ignored me. This wasn't the first time this happened in Malaysia, but it was unprecedented in terms of rudeness and persistence. Other than that, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. The smell was awful, to the point I almost got sick at night. There was pubic hair on the sheets. The toilet wasn't clean, even though we requested it to be cleaned as soon as we saw it. Nobody ever came to clean it. Absolutely terrible.
