• Juan (10/5): The spacious rooms with a jacuzzi, the freshly prepared breakfast, the friendly staff, and the large clean pool made thi - I stayed in room 17 and immediately noticed how spacious both the room and the bathroom were, especially considering there was also a jacuzzi in the room. The bed was large and comfortable. The room had also a amazing air conditioning. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning, and there were several options to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly from check-in until check-out and always willing to help with everything in detail. The hostel also has a large swimming pool, which is something you do not find everywhere in Medellín. There is plenty of space around the pool to sit or relax comfortably. The entire hostel was also very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, although I personally would have preferred a slightly softer mattress. Of course, that mainly comes down to personal preference. I believe the average person will sleep perfectly fine on this mattress.

• Juan (10/5): Geweldige klantenservice - 24h receptie en ze staan altijd voor je klaar om je te helpen met wat dan ook. omdat het geen groot hostel is, voelt het heel persoonlijk aan. Dit is het perfecte hostel als je even helemaal tot rust wilt komen. Dit is namelijk GEEN party hostel, wel is er natuurlijk wel een bar met muziek waar andere gasten wat zitten te drinken. De locatie is perfect. Loop afstand van de metro en de grote supermarkt. Op 15 minuten lopen ben je op Provenza en anders kan je altijd nog een uber pakken die je heel goedkoop brengt waar je wilt. Ik had kamer 17 en die was volgens mij het allergrootst met ook een jacuzzi en ruime badkamer. Het bed was groot en de slaapkamer zelf waar de jacuzzi in staat is ook groot, waardoor het niet klein aanvoelt. Maar ook de gedeelde slaapkamers zien er ruim en netjes uit. Voor ieder wat wils dus. Het matras van het bed was comfortabel maar als het iets zachter was dan zou het perfect zijn. Maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur.

Deberían indicarlo en su descripción que el lugar es para gente que quiere divertirse y alcoholizarse. La música que no se apaga hasta las 10

• VanessaG (10/5): - Está super bien ubicado, es muy bonito y la habitación que reservé es bastante cómoda. El área de la piscina es muy agradable y el bar y las clases nocturnas le dan un plus. No había secador en la habitación (aunque en las características lo mencionan) y las toallas estaban ya muy desgastadas.
• Fabiano (9/5): Estadia confortável e ótima localização - A localização é boa, em menos de 10 minutos você está na estação de metrô, tem um mercado pequeno perto e um mercado bem grande com caixa eletrônico a 10 min de caminhada, também tem muitos restaurantes bons próximos. O bairro é bem tranquilo e seguro. O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso. A banheira é incrível, bem grande, e todo dia eles renovam os sais de banho. A cama é bem espaçosa. O blackout da cortina podia ser melhor e a televisão também era bem antiga e ficava travando. Poderia ter uma chave para dar a liberdade do próprio hóspede abrir a porta do hostel.

Aclaro q el señor nunca me dijo ni hizo nada, sin embargo, me daba desconfianza quedarme en una misma habitación con él. Había otro muchacho en la habitación y cuando el estaba me daba más confianza dormir ahí.

• Martine (10/5): Estancia increíble, segura y cómoda en Medellín - Mi estancia en Medellín Vibes superó totalmente mis expectativas. Me encantó todo: la atención fue excelente, el personal siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El cuarto, aunque era compartido para seis personas, era muy espacioso y cada quien tenía su propio espacio para guardar sus cosas, lo cual me pareció perfecto. El baño dentro de la habitación también es amplio, cómodo y muy limpio. La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor: es una zona muy segura, bonita y tranquila. Puedes moverte fácilmente a pie y hay muchas cosas cerca. Incluso el metro está accesible. Yo iba a entrenar a Smart Fit y me quedaba relativamente cerca (Smart Fit de la 10 en El Poblado), lo cual fue muy conveniente. En general, me encantó todo y me sentí muy a gusto durante toda mi estancia. Realmente no hubo nada que no me gustara. Lo único fue que no pude disfrutar de la piscina, que es muy bonita, limpia y cómoda, pero esto fue por falta de tiempo de mi parte, ya que todos los días salía a tours y actividades. Definitivamente me quedé con ganas de aprovecharla.

• Aline (10/5): Gostei e recomendo o espaço. - O hostel tem um espaço realmente agradável, com piscina e áreas distintas para utilizar. A recepção foi atenciosa e me ajudou sempre que precisei. Os quartos são grandes e o banheiro também, com uma ducha ótima para um banho relaxante. O café da manhã é ótimo também. Está bem localizado, pois é ao lado do metrô e perto de todos os bares de Poblado e Provenza.

• Evelyn (7/5): Buena ubicación y comodidad, con pequeños detalles a mejorar - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación: está en El Poblado, en una zona tranquila que permite descansar muy bien. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y las camas eran grandes y cómodas. Además, el hotel cuenta con piscina (aunque no parecía estar muy climatizada) y una terraza bastante agradable. En una de las habitaciones no había secador, a pesar de que en la página web se indica que todas lo incluyen. En la otra sí había, pero se recalentaba y dejaba de funcionar al minuto, por lo que no pudimos usarlo. La ducha no tenía puerta, lo que hacía que el agua se saliera fácilmente al ducharse. Además, las puertas estaban deterioradas en la parte inferior, lo que daba una imagen descuidada. El aire acondicionado estaba en modo automático, por lo que se encendía durante la madrugada sin que nos diéramos cuenta, llegando a despertarnos con frío. Habría agradecido que nos explicaran su funcionamiento al llegar. En cuanto al desayuno, nos pareció bastante repetitivo y sencillo, y el café no fue de nuestro agrado.

• Abenchara (9/5): Muy bien - Es un hotel ubicado en una zona excelente. Los trabajadores del hotel atienden y ayudan en todo muy amablemente. El desayuno es a la carta: fruta, huevos, pan y algo de dulce. Bastante justo pero muy rico. Las instalaciones están genial? Cuentan con piscina y bar. No disponían de secador de pelo a pesar de ponerlo en las indicaciones del hotel. Deberían tener varios a disposición de los clientes. El recepcionista de noche hizo todo lo posible por conseguirme uno, hizo llegar uno de su familia para que yo lo pudiera utilizar.

• Hannah (8/5): Super Hostel, but be careful when walking around - The hostel is really nice, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast and the kitchen for the guests was also really clean which you can find rarely in hostels the location is not the best, directly to the centre of poblado it is only like a 10-15min walk but you have to be careful… we got robbed on the way to the centre at around 5pm so it wasn’t even dark outside by a homeless man who was blackmailing us with a gun which was a scary experience… so if you stay there just try to avoid going through that park even if the way through is not long, there is also another way to the centre but it is a little longer but probably better because you only go along the street and not through a park, or just take uber or indrive to be safe for sure and for the solo travelers - be aware that it is not that social but if you want to chill a little i think it is a good choice

• rese205 (10/5): Super Hostel/Hotel mit Pool und guter Lage in El Poblado - Nun bereits zum 4. Mal dort übernachtet - siehe meine Bewertungen Juni 2024 und Juni 2025. Super Kombination: im Erdgeschoß die Hostel Betten und im ersten Stock die Hotelzimmer was einen guten Publikumsmix ergibt. Gepflegter Pool und gutes Frühstück. Es wird ein tgl. Lunch-Menü angeboten, Aldi Supermarkt gleich nebenan und Exito 5 Minuten entfernt. 10 Minuten von der Metro Station Poblado entfernt, einen Block vom Hostel gibt es ein 24/7 Restaurant wo man auch zu später Stunde noch essen kann. Mit Uber ist man schnell und kostengünstig in Medellin unterwegs. Absolute Empfehlung alles ok

• Pompier-Klevan (8/5): Un bon hostel pas trop cher dans Medellín - Établissement bien placé dans le poblado si vous souhaitez du calme et être proche du métro. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. La piscine et la terrasse sont un bon plus. Le bar était également très sympa. La cuisine n’était vraiment pas très pratique, les rares équipements disponibles étaient dans un état déplorable. Ce n’est pas très grave, mais c’était dommage. Dans les chambres, les ventilateurs faisaient un bruit de moteur d’avion (ils ne sont pas utiles dès lors qu’il y a la clim, mais si quelqu’un de votre chambre l’allume il vaut mieux amener des boules quies).

• Juan (10/5): Geweldig personeel - Perfecte locatie in el Poblado, net uit de drukte van bijvoorbeeld calle 10 en provenza maar toch in de buurt. Grote supermarkt op loopafstand en een kleine supermarkt net naast het hostel. geen party hostel perfect om te relaxen maar wel nog steeds gezellige toeristen in het hostel. Matras van het bed is net iets te hard voor mij, had liever een zachter matras gewild zoals je die kent van hotels.

Maar twee minpuntjes: - Bij aankomst werd ons niks verteld en werd er gewezen waar onze kamer was. We moesten zelf vragen naar het ontbijt bijvoorbeeld, waarbij wel werd verteld hoe laat maar niet hoe het werkte. Omdat wij niet wisten dat het bij de receptie moest worden besteld, zaten wij enige tijd te wachten tot er personeel langs zou komen. Uiteindelijk was het 10 uur en spraken we eindelijk iemand, toen mochten we niks meer bestellen omdat het na 10 uur was…. - In onze kamer was geen raam en de ventilatie werkte niet goed. Hierdoor bleef het heel snel heel vochtig in de kamer.

On Saturday, the entire bar area and the pool were occupied by a private event that we had not been informed about. It was a birthday party with people who were not staying at the hostel. It was impossible to use the pool or the common areas. Someone in my room told me that earlier that same week the pool had also been used for private swimming classes, and that guests were not allowed to use it. The party lasted from around 4 PM until midnight, and several guests felt unsafe. There were people who were not staying at the hostel drinking, partying, and making noise right outside our room. This felt very unsafe and honestly quite frightening for me and others. We informed the reception, but they did not take the situation seriously. They were rude and dismissive, and repeatedly told us the party would end soon — which it did not. I have stayed in many hostels and I am not a demanding guest, but I have never experienced anything like this before. I submitted a complaint to two of your email addresses, where I also requested a refund for the stay, but I have not received any response. Español Estoy muy decepcionado con mi estancia este fin de semana. El sábado, toda el área del bar y la piscina estuvieron ocupadas por un evento privado del que no se nos informó. Era una fiesta de cumpleaños con personas que no se alojaban en el hostal. Fue imposible usar la piscina o las áreas comunes. Una persona en mi habitación me comentó que a principios de esa misma semana la piscina también había sido utilizada para clases privadas de natación, y que los huéspedes no pudieron usarla. La fiesta duró aproximadamente desde las 4 de la tarde hasta la medianoche, y varios huéspedes se sintieron inseguros. Había personas que no se alojaban en el hostal bebiendo, haciendo fiesta y ruido justo afuera de nuestra habitación. Esto se sintió muy inseguro y sinceramente bastante aterrador para mí y para otros...

• Victoria (9/5): - Muito limpo, equipe sensacional e muito atenciosa, bem pertinho do metrô É interessante saber que os quartos ficam bem na frente da área comum (bar e piscina), e pode fazer bastante barulho. No período que fiquei não vi nenhuma atividade de integração para os hóspedes, o que pode dificultar a integração.
