- Victoria (10/5): Look no further, this is the spot! - The property is cute, clean, well decorated and above all else the staff was wonderful. Shout out to Kasia, the girl working the front desk and bar for being so lovely and going above and beyond to help me move my luggage and check in late at night. The owner and the other gentleman on staff were also great and so accommodating. I would genuinely love to stay here every time Im in the UK.

And nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend I would say my only criticism was that the location was a bit out of the way. As my wife has walking difficulties and it's a 30 minutes walk to the train station. But that's s personal thing. For anyone who doesn't have walking issues then it's great. Just putting this here to make people aware. If you fo have walking issues I would recommend parking at the station.

Convenient location for an overnight stay for event at Wembley, plenty of parking available Unfortunately we didn't get to have the breakfast included. The FAQs on booking.com said breakfast was served 7-9am daily and we were told at check in that breakfast was 7-9. When we went for breakfast at 7am all the doors were locked and there was no sign of any activity. We then went back to our room and the room info said breakfast on weekends was 8-10am but unfortunatelu, we had to leave before 8am. We were looking forward to breakfast so were disappointed, especially as we had been told 7am when we checked in.

The staff and the food was great. Would highly recommend. The only improvement for the Chalet would be a mini fridge. The ability to have cold drinks and milk for tea/coffee would be a great improvement.

- Chris (7/5): Disappointing Stay - The receptionist was outstanding, with a very welcoming personality. We ordered some food that arrived quickly and was very pleasant. The shower was clean and worked well. It was nice to have bottled water and a selection of tea and coffee in the room, however a balancing act with placing the kettle. The bedroom was quite small, not a lot of space to walk around from end of bed to bathroom. Not what I would describe as a superior twin room. Having to be careful not to knock the TV off the wall. The morning breakfast lady was abrupt . We were told to quickly place our order as we were late and the kitchen was closing. Bear in mind we were not late for breakfast. Another couple who arrived shortly after us, was also given the same treatment.

The room was very nice with a lovely bathroom and a comfortable bed. The added touch of a kettle, teabags/coffee, biscuits, and bottles of water was very appreciated. The cooked breakfast was very good, you can help yourself to yoghurt, fruit and cereal too. Lots of parking around the side too. Nothing!
- Pamela (10/5): Friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend. - The atmosphere in the hotel was friendly and welcoming , rooms were clean and well kept, breakfast was exceptional.
- J (8/5): Friendly staff, place needs a bit of love - The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. You definitely need new and bigger towels as they were rough and too small and the shower soaked the floor, I had to mop it up with towels. The staff at the pub were really friendly, the pub is very tired though, ripped chairs, toilets were not too nice and the paint is peeling off outside. It could be amazing just needs a bit spent on it.
