Pedi para estender o check out a funcionária não avisou que poderia por uma taxa de 50,00, fiz o check out do quarto 07:10 (para ir fazer o concurso) avisando que ficaria com uma amiga das 16 as 19 h no quarto dela. A mesma não falou nada e qd voltei ela disse que só poderia ficar se eu pagasse um acréscimo de 50,00 aí disse q para pagar eu ficaria no meu quarto ela disse que não seria possível por causa do check out feito pela manhã. Mas só avisou da taxa extra as 16 h qd cheguei a mesma atendente. Os apartamentos são velhos, tem barata, parede suja e tinha um buraco no primeiro quarto que entrei tampado com um compensado de menos de 03 mm q estava com os pregos soltos e dava para passar uma pessoa. Maior que o buraco de um ar condicionado antigo pedi p trocar de quarto me colocaram em um com barata.

- Paweł (1/5): Pay more, don't go there. - Location was ok, one of the staff person was very helpfull, give me adivces about where I can look for atractions and so on. I didn't like cockroaches, after I inform stuff that there are a lot of them in my room, they was pissed off. I changed my room and i didn't know if it solve my problem because later on i found some in my baggage, so I don't know if I bring them with me or not. I was also ignored at breakfast and a very last person that recieve food, even if I came earlier then some other persons.
- William (2/5): Stay away - Basic breakfast Website pictures are deceiving. Old rundown furniture with ripped tablecloth on it. First room I was brought in was stinking cigarettes. Second room the AC wasn't working but it was the batteries on the remote control. The TV never worked. The refrigerator shelves were 100% rusted with terrible optics. They give a towel at the front desk when you check in. The springboard had no skirt and several stains that could be easily removed if there was more attention from mgmt. The cleaning of room and bathroom it was a 1 on a scale of 10. The hallway walls were crumbling. Staircases had no handrail. Literally the worst and least kept hotel I've stayed my whole life and would had never stayed there if the website pictures were just 10% more close to reality.
