- Ron (5/5): - Clean roomy but non working cable and no alarm clock or charging post Booking dot com double booked us they tried to give us 2 rooms. Need to make sure we were only billed for the one we kept and stayed in.
- Charles (8/5): Great location, great breakfast. Attentiveness needed to facilities, cleanliness. - This location was perfect for a stop on the way home from a trip to Tennessee. Value was good and the breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Love having the digital key and online check-in! Although I had a digital key and didn't really need to check in, I needed a key for my wife. Service was slow at the desk and I gave up, returning later to get it. This made me extra glad I had a digital key. Room 103: The toilet seat shifts when sitting on it...needs tightening down. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The handle in the shower had a steady leak which leads to pink mold in the bottom of the shower. I can't imagine house keeping has missed the empty soap and such a noticeable leak or the mold. I wanted to tell the desk about all these issues when checking out but there was no one at the desk and I am assuming that two employees were sitting in the lobby playing on their phones. I just dropped my key and left.

- Veronica (4/5): The cleaning staff could do a lot better. - I like the location. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. A wet towel from the previous guest was left hanging in the shower. There was soap scum on the glass and shower head. Manager said they were very understaffed. However, they are open and still receiving guests. Quality is more important than quantity.

Also seen a grill by the patio we didn't use it but im assuming it could be used. Free Pool table and game area where you can relax. We will stay again. The rooms were very clean, everything worked and new beds.

The beds were very uncomfortable. I did notice some hair on the table by tables and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly and had a weird odor as well. When we first arrived we did notice a filthy pillow case on one of the beds, we had to get another one.

- cjejr2 (6/5): 2nd Stay not the Best - This was our second stay at this property when traveling. Convenient to the highway, clean, easy parking, decent breakfast, and a minimalist vibe. We went to Walmart and heated up dinner in lobby microwave. Only negative was malfunctioning tv. Clerk explained that system was being upgraded. But after a long day, you want to escape with tv watching. More attention to detail needed.

- crV7867GT (4/5): Dirty smelly room and staff non accommodating - Our first room smelled like wet dog. Tv didn’t work and sink wouldn’t drain. They gave us a different room which was better. Breakfast was out at 530 but they insisted we were not allowed to touch anything until 6 and we were on a time crunch so we left. Was disappointing.

- cseanmc (4/5): Just a Notch Above a Youth Hostel - Loyal Hilton member but never stayed in a Tru Hotel and you get what you pay for. The room was huge but very little furniture. The shade over the window was super thin and barely kept light out (including the parking lot lights). Old school a/c unit in the wall that you had to control from there despite a thermostat on the wall. It was quite loud. The windows were filthy and dusty to the point you could barely see out of some of them. Bathroom had mildew, hair in the shower and the toilet was rusted inside. The whole place had a layer of grime. At least the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic and plain. It seemed every time I went to get something it was out and you had track someone down to get it refilled. Not sure how this place has 4+ stars on TA.

- Diana (7/5): I expect a better hotel since it is by Hilton - Facilities . The first floor was great! Has many things to do, laso for kids I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The room was not sufficiently clean, and the beds were uncomfortable. There were no extra blankets, and the comforter was inadequate. Some items in the room, such as the desk lamp, showed signs of rust. During breakfast, the staff was not present at the reception, and the selection was limited. I had to request regular coffee, which was brought to me, but other items like apple juice, half-and-half milk, and fruit were not available, despite it being before 9 am.

- skjberger (4/5): Read reviews first - Front desk clerk was not very professional I got a bad vibe from the start. I was not informed of incidental hold on credit card. The room at first glance seem clean however there was a hair on the bathroom sink, it looked like the toilet had been used. The hot water in the sink was barely a trickle. The TV was not working properly. And the sheets on the bed did not smell fresh. Breakfast was another disappointment, coffee was out, yogurt was empty. There was no attendant to be found. Would not stay again. I give it 1 1/2 stars.
- George (6/5): - Our tv would not work. It would change the Chanel every 90 seconds. We could not watch one single show. This was frustrating. Staff said they were updating the internet. But other folks had functioning tvs so I don’t by that excuse or it would have been everyone’s tv. Also the only lamp in the room was not able to be turned on. The button was broke. Please don’t put the fridge on the floor. You have to get down on the floor to use it.

- Amy (8/5): - The hotel was very nicely decorated - lobby and rooms. The front desk clerk when we checked in was very sweet and welcoming. Our biggest complaints were that the tv was very difficult to use and super sluggish - it took almost a minute to go from just one channel to the next. Very frustrating! Also when we checked in there was no trash can in our room so I had to go and ask for one. That was a bit odd. Other than that, everything was very nice! And a superb breakfast!!

The price was great and even though it didn’t include a breakfast, they have an incredible breakfast buffet well worth the very reasonable cost! Tables with tablecloths, china coffee cups with a hostess poring it and keeping your cup full, freshly made breakfast options including a delicious baked oatmeal all helped to the cozy feel of our stay.
