• Ronie (9/5): Excellent! - Angkor Palace Resort and Spa offers a peaceful, luxurious escape in Siem Reap. The generously sized rooms are beautifully decorated, and the lush gardens create a calm, soothing atmosphere. We especially loved the pool—my family and I spent much of our stay happily swimming there. The staff are consistently attentive and welcoming, which makes the whole experience feel truly special. The resort’s convenient location is ideal whether you’re visiting to relax or explore. I also want to highlight their excellent service. My son left his AirPods in our room, and Mr Lay was incredibly kind and efficient in arranging for it to be returned to us, even though we had already checked out and were already in Phnom Penh. We are truly grateful and thankful for the extra effort!

• Manuel (10/5): Great hotel for Angkor Wat and Siem Reap - Rooms, hotel area, lobby, restaurant, breakfast area, pool: Everything was top-notch. The close distance to Angkor Wat make this hotel to a perfect hotel for visiting Angkor Wat. Also the city center is just a few minutes away, and there are TukTuks waiting at the hotel entrace to take you there (not expensive)
• Shashi (9/5): Great stay as extra bed issue was resolved quickly else it would have been unpleasant - Breakfast could have been better but it was very decent. Not a lot of options like other restaurants but quite decent. Rooms booked on booking.com didn't align with room configurations at the resort. There was serious confusion and reception asked to put in an extra bed but with extra charge (inspite of us paying for 5 people whereas the hotel argued we have paid only for 4). Krisna the hotel manager stepped in and sorted out the problem for us, he was fantastic in his service and helped us resolve the issue. Please be aware of bed config before you book here, many travellers experienced the same - room config on booking. com at time of booking was different to bed config when we went to the hotel

We were with a big group and they always helped us getting a breakfast table etc. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great swimming pool both for kids and adults. It is easy to reach all temples and the city center with a remorque or tuktuk. -

The hotel had excellent facilities including a decent breakfast and nice pools. • Marie (2/5): attitude du personnel de sécurité inacceptable - les piscines sont très grandes et plein de transats diversité du petit déjeuner et personnel au petit déjeuner - très bon café confort literie- grande chambre ( dommage que queen size bed et pas king size dans une chambre aussi grande) produits de toilette de qualité personnel raciste qui a fermé le portail de derrière devant nous pour nous interdire de rentrer alors que nous lui avons montré la carte de l hôtel et que nous étions sortis par ce même portail une heure avant pour aller dîner ( mais alors il dormait à son poste de travail !) puis il s est empressé de le réouvrir après pour des cambodgiens . si cette issue est réservée au staff il faut l indiquer mais fermer la porte au nez de clients est inadmissible dans un hôtel de ce standing- Aucune excuse sur cet incident pendant notre séjour à notre départ il ne s agit pas d assurer la sécurité puisque par ailleurs ce portail est ouvert pour tous sauf les clients étrangers de l hôtel !

• Merelyn L. (9/5): In Siem Reap, stay at Angkor Palace Resort and Spa! - Angkor Palace is a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap. It's an older style resort and this makes it very appealing to us as we have travelled to Asia frequently over the years and always enjoyed the ambience of a more traditional architecture in resorts. It's close to town (10-15mins in a Tuk Tuk, AU$2.50approx). The staff were very friendly and efficient and did their best to try and accommodate our needs and wants. The pools are fantastic!! Very clean. As we are daily swimmers, we found the rectangular pool terrific for doing our laps in each morning. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Ours overlooked the pool which was great. Breakfast was available in a restaurant next to a very large koi pool which made eating breakfast outside very enjoyable. Breakfast itself was a fairly extensive buffet but could have offered a couple more Asian-style dishes. If we go back to Siem Reap (which is a very nice little city with lots and lots of markets, restaurants and bars (see Pub Street) we would definitely stay at Angkor Palace again. Breakfast could have had a couple more Asian/Cambodian dishes but that is a very minor thing.

Struttura lussuosa in ogni spazio, raffinata e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ottima la colazione incluso un caffè espresso come in Italia. Vale la pena viverlo in pieno relax. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und trotzdem lokal, einfach alles da, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage war nicht zentral, aber mit dem Tuk-Tuk waren alle Ziele in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

The caretaker spraying the balconies for spiders, despite knowing we were behind him, just kept spraying the poisons where it was ingested by us. We had to ask for him to stop and allow us to pass before continuing. Curiously I'm now I'm Royal Perth Hospital in critical care.. the hospital is trying to determine cause. It was only your Resort that I ate food at, believing I would be safe. I'm now thinking it was the poison.. we're still b running tests as I'm still extremely sick. Even though we requested different spa treatments every day, all of the massages were the same which was a disappointment. I was fairly certain I booked my room with a bathtub.. there was only a shower. There's more but this is all I can recall right now. Our friends stayed at the Eightfold.. and we're delighted with everything.

• Karin (10/5): Beautiful resort and we had a great stay here! - This was our second stay here. The 2 pools were huge and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful! The breakfast was more than adequate and enough to choose from. Our room faced one of the pools and garden view. Friendly staff always willing to help and tuk tuks available and ready at the hotel to take you to Pub St or anywhere else you need to go. A bit disappointed that there was no buffet breakfast like the first time we stayed here but totally understood that with limited guests, it wasn't feasible to provide this.

• Banovwe (8/5): Lovely hotel, spacious rooms - Lovely grounds and pools. Rooms spacious. Hotel was pretty empty when we visited so had the pool to ourselves. Staff very friendly. Had dinner in the restaurant the first night and around the pool once. was really nice. The hotel is a little way out of pub street (although closer to the temples) but they have the tuk tuk you can pay for. In the evening we used the grab app and took taxi’s as it’s cheaper. Breakfast was nice but they need more variety. Was mostly the same every day they just changed the pork frankfurter to a chicken one and hash brown for tomato. No apple juice, juices always the same. As hotel quite empty, by time we got to breakfast some things were cold like pancakes & waffles as they’d been sitting there for awhile. They had issues with the gas for 2 days so we ended up up being given an al a carte breakfast which was very good.
• Mathew (9/5): Relaxed and well looked after - The first impression was very welcoming, with a great reception on arrival. The rooms are great. Food and beverages are well priced. The included breakfast was a good mix of local and western foods. Big pool with a swim-up bar. The hotel was clean and well presented. Not a complete dislike, but of note to travellers. The hotel is a bit out of the city and requires a tuk-tuk or Grab ride to the main areas. These can be arranged by the hotel or the Grab app. It will cost around 2- 4 USD each way. Walking is not an option. However, due to the location it is a quiet area. The hotel would have been well located as one of the first into the city with the old international airport. The new Airport is over an hour away on the other side of the city

• Natalia (10/5): Luxurious perfection, ambience and the highest standards of hospitality and guest service - I absolutely loved staying in Angkor Palace Resort & Spa! Everything here is made to aesthetically luxurious perfection, spacious and airy, starting from the guest arriving area away from the main road, the reception hall with an amazing bas-relief-a copy of the one in Angkor Wat, fancy decorated restaurant serving outstanding Khmer dishes, big tastefully arranged room where I stayed with a ceiling-to-floor window to the lush garden, fancy circular swimming pool down in the garden, decorated with great love to Khmer culture and heritage. I had the most amazing massage in the incredible state-of-art massage "temple"! All this luxurious beauty came with relaxing and peaceful ambience, away from all outside world noise, with beautiful bird singing in the garden, fresh air and flower aroma. As a solo traveler, I felt so relaxed and happy, special thank you to all staff in this hotel who have made me feel welcome and pampered throughout my stay! As a result, I did feel myself like a Princess during my stay in Angkor Palace! In fact, after having spent a few nights in Angkor Palace, I moved to another, more expensive hotel ... and had just canceled that another one and was overjoyed to return back the very next morning to this hidden paradise of Siem Reap! I highly recommend Angkor Palace Resort & Spa to everyone as a best of the best, outstanding hotel complex, a hidden gem in Cambodia and Southeast Asia, and I do hope to be back there soon enough.

• Mireia (10/5): Brilliant resort with fantastic staff, tuk tuk ride away from everything, with amazing facilities - We had the most amazing family trip at Angkor Palace. We travelled with our three year old, five year old and grandparents and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. They made it super fun for our two little ones, who absolutely loved the pool, the massive breakfast and the beautiful room. We will definitely be back. Thank you! We loved everything about this stay.
• Jaqueson (10/5): An oasis in Siem Riep - Great staff, very good food, both breakfast and restaurant with good choices. The hotel staff also arranged promptly a tour guide and transport for our visits to the Angkor temples. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended. Nothing.

• Retta (8/5): Spacious, beautifully presented and fantastic staff - This resort is beautifully presented. We had a interconnected room and had pool access. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms very large. Breakfast was fantastic and the meals at restaurant. Staff were lovely. Had two amazing pools. Tuktuk service was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend I didn't like that there was no kids splash or slide. We would have eaten and drinking by pool more often. But that's not a great concern for us as we were out exploring most of time. Kids loved this resort. So can't complain

Massage place where they have rooms for couples👍 50 meters pool. Another pool with bar. This place was not too crowded when we were there. Highly recommended for families and couples. Super clean.
