• Margarethe (8/5): Eine schöne Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft ist nah am Strand. Der Garten sieht sehr schön aus mit so vielen Blumen, sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. George reagiert sehr schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor den Apartments.
• Anthoula (10/5): - Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα και τον παραθαλάσσιο πεζόδρομο. Το κατάλυμά μας ήταν στην πάροδο, με εύκολο χώρο στάθμευσης ακριβώς απέναντι στον δρόμο, στη σκιά των δέντρων και ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Ο Γιώργος ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Το πρόγευμα ήταν καλό.

• ARKADIUSZ (10/5): - Bardzo fajny obiekt na spokojny odpoczynek z dala od tłumów. Około 200 metrów od obiektu znajduję się plaża oraz deptak. Śniadania standardowe ale smaczne. Parking zaraz przy obiekcie z bardzo dużą ilością miejsc. Chętnie jeszcze byśmy wrócili do tego obiektu bo można tam naprawdę odpocząć.

Ist aber etwas abgewohnt und spartanisch eingerichtet. Waren Anfang April da . Die direkte Umgebung war ziemlich ausgestorben, dh. krine Frühstücksmöglichkeit.

• kateřina (8/5): - Lokalita byla super, ubytování bylo pěkné a pohodlné. Kuchyňka by mohla být lépe vybavená, ale na druhou stranu hostitel doplnil vše, co jsme potřebovali. Doporučila bych ještě navýšit počet adaptérů do elektrických zásuvek, jeden je opravdu málo.

• Marta (10/5): Bardzo sympatyczny właściciel - po przyjedzie czekał na nas noworoczny upominek , świetna okolica - Świetna lokalizacja, spokojna okolica, bardzo blisko do plaży. Niedaleko port Latchi. Blisko autem na półwysep Akamas, niedaleko przepiękny Las Pafos i widoki na Góry Troodos. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. W mieszkaniu kuchnia, czajnik. Taras gdzie można wypić kawę na słoneczku. Dosyć słabe ciśnienie pod prysznicem
• Przemysław (8/5): Chętnie wrócimy! - To cudowna lokalizacja, mini ogródek okazał się pięknym miejscem posiłków. Pomarańcze z ogrodu to cudo! Duży plus za kontakt z gospodarzami Trzeba pamiętać, że śniadania są tylko w wysokim sezonie - oferta booking o tym nie wspomina. Pierwsza noc była dosyć chłodna - zanim dogrzaliśmy się klimatyzatorem minęło kilka godzin.

• Kiana (9/5): Great location for hiking - It’s a short stroll to restaurants and convenient for hiking trips. The apartment is a little dated but it’s clean and has everything you need. The owner is very helpful. There wasn’t an information sheet explaining things like how to use the heating/hot water/ cooker etc. (we were there in winter) We had to call the owner for each problem and he was very helpful but this could be avoided with an information sheet.

Но место оказалось настолько душевным, что решено было остались здесь еще на неделю. Хозяин отеля и его сын оказали очень радушный приём. Помогали в решении всех текущих вопросов. • Rebeka (7/5): Přijeli bychom s radostí znovu. - Úžasná lokalita pár kroků od moře, naprostý klid, příjemné posezení na terásce, ovocné stromy všude kolem, přítulné kočky :) Dům je velmi světlý a pohodlně jsme se sem vešli i jako pětičlenná rodina. S hostitelem jsme se nesetkali, ale vždy rychle reagoval na naše zprávy. Snad jen kuchyň by zasloužila trochu péče, zejména obměnu pánví, doplnění třeba prkénka na krájení nebo vařečky.

• Poddine (1/5): Ugly! - Nothing. Really nothing!!! Horrible dirty place that made the all permanence horroblr We found some cats in the first room, that shitted everywhere. Than they moved us to another apartment that not clean at all too! We had to buy some products to clean the batroom and the kitchen beafore use it because it was ugly! Haers of the previus guests everywhere, dishes oiled and not cleaned... we also had to remove a poster from the wall because it eas full of death insect! (I can keep going for a long....)

But never saw any staff - Quiet location, only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. - The accommodation is spacious and offers plenty of room. - You can park directly in front of the house, and the whole area feels very safe. - A drying rack is available (although it has clearly seen better days). - The interior feels a bit dated – an update would be beneficial. - The round table is wobbly and unstable. - Sofas are uncomfortable and not suitable for sitting for long. - The kitchen lacks some everyday essentials, such as a cutting board and a proper knife. - No bathroom stuff was provided (shampoo etc) although they are usually expected. But I'm glad I had a backup with me - Very low low water pressure, and it takes some time until the water gets warm. - Hairdryer is not very effective. - The bed creaks and wobbles with every movement. - The house is quite noisy.

• Bernd (6/5): - Die Lage (unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand) und Gestaltung der Anlage. Der Yachthafen mit Restaurants ist fußläufig in 10 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Personal war hilfsbereit. Der Zustand des Bades und insbesondere der Dusche ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr eingeschränkt. Die Einrichtungsgegenstände des Appartments sind schon älter.
• Olha (10/5): - Great apartments just near the sea in a peaceful spot with gardens around. It’s got everything you might need for a long stay. The kitchen has all the essentials, so you can easily cook or hit up the nearby restaurants. There's a washing machine, and a big supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away. Great value for the moment.

Номери просторі, у вигляді окремих міні-будиночків, з затишною терасою та всім необхідним для комфортного відпочинку. Є можливість готувати самостійно, або ж скуштувати смачні локальні страви в найближчих кафе та ресторанах. Зручно добиратися до місць активного відпочинку, або ж чілити на пляжі. Однозначно рекомендую! Все сподобалося

• Manfred (8/5): Erholsamer strandnaher Urlaub - Die Lage ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem herrlichen Sand-Kiesstrand war super. Der Strand war absolut ruhig und es war eine friedvolle Stimmung.Trotzdem liegt die Unterkunft sehr nahe an Restaurants, Coffeeshops und Supermarkt (ca 15 Gehminuten auf einer sehr gut begehbaren beleuchteten Strandpromenade) Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig. Vor der Terrasse gibt es einen gepflegten Garten . die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein ( z.Bsp zum Kochen gab es nur 1 Pfanne und 1 Topf)Aber es war alles sehr sauber.

Are only criticism the bathroom needed a deep clean, although the rest of the maisonette was clean it felt basic no light shades, no 3way plug for the television. Also water pressure very poor. The breakfast was fair, no fruit juice or pastries, would have been nice too have maybe have some type of cereals

• Peter (4/5): Im Verhältnis zum letzten Jahr 2024 war dieses Jahr 2025 eine große Enttäuschung. - Strand ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war durch Booking sehr gut. Restaurant seit diesem Jahr nicht mehr vorhanden. Ok, kann man verschmerzen, da ringsum viele andere Restaurants liegen. Der Service im letzten Jahr war nicht mehr vorhanden. Eine missmutige Omi musste das Frühstücksbuffet herrichten und war völlig überfordert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr übrersichtlich. Der Toast war teils getoastet - teil roh. Die sanitären Bereiche vertragen eine massive Sanierung, insbesondere der Sauberkeit. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen.
• Charleen (4/5): Schlechter als erwartet - Der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit und auch zum Latchi Hafen samt Redteraunts war nur 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der Betreiber war bemüht und antwortete schnell Es war uns bewusst, dass es eine ältere Einrichtung geben wird, dennoch war es sehr stark abgelebt. Die Armaturen waren sehr verkalkt, die Dusche schimmlig, überall waren Silberfische zu finden... die Beschreibung und die Buchungsdetails waren definitiv sehr aufgehübscht. Elegant empfand ich es keines falls...eine vollausgestattete Küche gab es nicht - lediglich 2 Kochfelder, ein Kühlschrank und eine Spüle - kaum Arbeitsfläche. Es wirkte eher wie eine Campingküche. Es gab keine Ersatzlappen oder -geschirrtücher. Normalerweise kennen wir es aus anderen Apartments auch, dass Salz/ Pfeffer etc da ist, man lässt ja auch mal was da als Urlauber, aber Fehlanzeige. Auf Nachfrage, weil in der Beschreibung ein Ofen stand, wurde uns dann ein neuer gekauft. Dieser schien zunächst nicht zu funktionieren, bis wir merkten, dass die Steckdose einen Wackelkontakt haben musste. Auch die in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführten Hygieneartikel fürs Bad wurden erst auf Anfrage bereitgestellt. Das schlafsofa für unseren Sohn war nicht nur extrem durchgelegen, sondern auch an den Scharnieren kaputt - deutliche verletzungsgefahr. Gab dann einen Topper, damit war es aushaltbar.. Unser Bett sollte -auch wieder laut Beschreibung- über 2m lang sein. Mein Mann ist 1.80 und es fehlte nicht viel bis zur unteren Bettkante - gemessen ab Kopf an Wand - also seine Füße hingen draußen. Die Klima machte sehr laute Geräusche, als würde draußen ein Sturm toben..Auf der Terasse - die für alle sehr gut einsehbar - gab es eine Liege dessen Auflage ich so nicht mal am Strand vorfinden würde... fleckig und vergilbt. Nicht einladend! Im Bad war die Spiegelablage und auch eigentlich alles andere extrem verkalkt oder oxidiert. Ausserdem hing sie nur noch leicht an der Wand, dass ich mir nicht traute, etwas abzustellen. Ja,preislich war es günstig, aber dann darf es keine falsche Angaben in der Beschreibung geben, wenn diese nicht vorzufinden sind und es muss einen hygienischen Standard geben!

• Yevgeniya (8/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Man läuft nur drei Minuten zum Meer. Das Bett war für uns bequem, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher könnten so oft gewechselt, wie wir wollen. Es gibt zwei Waschmaschinen, die kostenfrei benutzt werden dürfen. Es war sauber und die Küchenausstattung war nicht schlecht. Das Personal war sehr nett, nur ein Mitarbeiter war etwas harsch. Mit dem hatten wir aber nur in der ersten Woche zu tun. Der Manager Georg, sein Vater und Elmira, die den Laden schmeiß (putzen, Frühstück, Wäsche etc wären super!) Vielen Dank! Sie/Ihr habt dazu beigetragen, dass wir es schön hatten. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ein wenig lieblos. Fenster und Türen sind nicht abgedichtet und beim Wind ziemlich klapprig. Die Wohnungen sind sehr! hellhörig. Wir waren in der Nummer 16 und hatten nur auf einer Seite direkte Nachbarn. Man hört sie einfach sprechen und sie hören natürlich auch alles. Für geräuschempfindliche Langschläfer oder für die Menschen, die früh ins Bett gehen eher schwierig.

• Christa (9/5): - Das Apartment lag abseits der Straße und war daher sehr ruhig gelegen. In 5 Gehminuten war der Strand zu erreichen, in 15 Minuten der Hafen von Latschi, Auf der Terrasse kann man prima bis 11 Uhr im Schatten frühstücken stücken, an den warmen Abenden noch lange draußen sitzen. Eine wunderbare Atmosphäre und wird auch gern von Einheimischen besucht.

• Midia (9/5): Great location. Not accommodating vegans. - Great location. Comfy bed and clean premises over all. The breakfast needs an upgrade. I mentioned on the first day that I’m vegan and they said that that’s all they had. So, I was stuck with cucumber and tomato for 3 days. I mean, vegan cheese can be found anywhere these days and the effort would have been much appreciated and added to the value of the place.

• Kirill (10/5): A wonderful and peaceful holiday with excellent hospitality. - We spent two wonderful weeks at Eliofos Elegant Maisonettes as a family of four (my parents, brother, and I). We were warmly welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The beach is less than a 3-minute walk away. Special thanks to George, the manager – extremely polite, friendly, and always quick to assist. The area is peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. We have already recommended this place to our friends. There was nothing negative to mention. The apartment, location, and service were all excellent. We would happily stay here again without changing a thing.
