- Emily (9/5): We really enjoyed staying at KMM - The location is good, convenient for public transport and close to the old town. The staff will order reasonably priced taxis anyway so access is no problem. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a lovely view of the city. There is also outside seating on the terrace for use in good weather. The breakfast was good, the rooms comfortable and the staff lovely. We give five stars to Anni on reception (and her colleague Lena) for their help. Ani was there during the daytime every day we were there and she was always smiling and always helpful. She made our stay very special. The room we had on our first stay was a lovely room but the windows in the bathroom were screened with a net which could be seen through from the outside at night. However the staff have taken this on board and hopefully there will be full privacy soon.

- Valentina (4/5): - Customer Service (reception) can use some improvement. Please also expect to wear wrinkly clothes for the duration of your trip. Was not able to get iron for 4 days, was told that it’s with another guest. Hotel wanted me to pay for them to iron my clothes. Pathetic

Eski tiflis manzarasında güzel kahvaltı deneyimi sunuyor. Ses yalıtımı güçlü, sessiz bir ortamda dinlenebiliyorsunuz. Aile, arkadaş, eş olarak çok rahat kalabilirsiniz. Otelin imkanları oldukça iyi.

One room initially allocated ( on second floor ) was very dark with a small window at end of passageway. I was changed to a better room on request but don’t feel that should have been used and certainly not for price paid. Restaurant in separate building although I liked its position and airiness.

- Bahiyya (9/5): Great views and superb location - We got the King room with panorama view and terrace - the view was incredible and we really appreciated the enclosed terrace as we were visiting Tbilisi in Winter. Comfortable bed, good breakfast and the hotel is in a superb location, close to the metro and Old Tbilisi. Staff at the front desk are young and not very professional. Having said that, we got a good welcome from Tazo at the front desk upon arrival.
- Marie Rose (6/5): - We always reserve to this hotel because of the proximity to iconic places to visit and the property itself is really nice and clean. January 27-February 3 was our recent stay and made me a little angry. On the night of January 30th, Thursday, my husband asked for a bottle of water after 3 days of stay with no housekeeping service used yet, and the front desk lady delivered it to us with no charge (2 bottles were normally provided when you first get in). Friday was when we had our room cleaned and of course they put 2 bottles of water. So came Sunday night and asked for some water again and the guy at the front desk wanted a 2 gel (lari) charge for each bottle. We had a short of explanation happened but what really triggered me was his intimidating face expression that looked like I was not understanding him or I perhaps not saying what I needed to say. In short, I just paid for 2 bottles and left. My point is, I don’t mind paying if that’s needed but they should be consistent on their rules and how often a customer can ask for water or what if a customer wanted their room to be cleaned everyday, would they provide 2 bottles everytime?

AC is not working , it is 28 degrees in the room while outside temperature is 2 degrees , they couldn't fix it for 6 days. 2. The refrigerator isn't working and not cooling , there were 3 bell boys checking that but no technician trying to fix it for 6 days. 3. The water temperature in the shower is hot and cold instantly, cannot take a shower , and the water also just stops in the middle of the shower . 4. The bed isn't comfortable and so are the pillows .Got up with back pain every morning. 5. NO help at all from the staff, very rude manager Tamara , no map in the hotel , no directions or help at all. 6. Cold breakfast at any hour , very basic and not tasty . 7. No parking , hard to enter the hotel with cars parking on this narrow street . 8. No restaurant or bar , no spa , nothing in the hotel . 9. Location is not good , even if the distance from the hotel isn't far , you have to climb up on the broken stones , very dangerous! 10. This is the worst experience in my life and I am traveling a lot Really not even 3 stars hotel ! I will never return there , even free ! I have ordered 2 rooms by mistake and they wouldn't return nothing half hour after the booking and said this was hotel policy . - Justin (10/5): Excellent 4-star hotel with wonderful view over the city from breakfast room - It was the second time I was staying at this hotel, I love it! My room was Economy Double. Attention from the staff is top notch, from the check-in to the checkout. Very clean room that is well equipped with everything you need. Great location, a mere 5 minute-walk from Maiden Square. Possibility to let your luggage at the reception was a huge bonus. Excellent buffet breakfast from the 5th floor (terrace) of the building, affording great views over the city. Excellent value for the price. Nothing to dislike, all was perfect.
- Georgina (5/5): Passable - Friendly staff and good location I was given a room that was basically in the lift with a tiny window. This didn't match the photos of the room I had booked. To be fair, I was offered a room swap, but I didn't want the hassle of moving as I only had one more night. I feel that the room I was given should be used as a last resort only, so I was disappointed.
- Lorraine (5/5): Good location - Location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The fist time we stayed was a budget room in the basement and it had a courtyard which was nice. This second time we upgraded for a bigger room on the 4th floor but it was very noisy in the morning as the restaurant was above and you can hear the chairs moving about. The bathroom door was off its hinges and didn’t close, the shower drain was blocked.

- Victoria (10/5): A real gem in a very unexpected place - This was the perfect location, perfect bed with very comfortable mattress and pillows (not the cheap ones like in many other places, but really quality stuff), exceptionally clean rooms, and all the perks of a very good hotel (shampoo, shoe care, vanity kits, and so on). We had a nice view over the Old City of Tbilisi, in a very quiet area and with a great comfort. I will certainly want to stay again at KMM in Tbilisi. Everything was really good. Nothing to report here :)

- Pavel (8/5): Review for kmm hotel - First we got a strange room without window, but we asked to replace it and we got some other room with window. The view from room was not so good, but it was better to get room with window. Also once on towel was some hair. And I didn’t like that the breakfast started from 8 o’clock. So on the last day we were without breakfast due to this.

- YI LING (8/5): Good services and nice view of balcony - The staff are very helpful and nice, the room is big and the balcony view is nice, and the location of the hotel is quite good, walk to old town around 5-8 mins, and many restaurant which is near hotel, walk around 3 mins, overall is good, the main problem is the washroom, the floor drain is quite slow

- Ian (8/5): KMM provides a very convenient and comfortable base to explore the main tourist parts of Tbilisi. - The view from the 4th floor balcony over Tbilisi was superb. The breakfast was fairly good. Krishna on reception had a ready smile and was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning didn't work effectively - the fan whirled, but didn't bring the temperature down. The door on to the balcony had a lock and a key, but wouldn't lock properly. The staff were informed, but just shrugged their shoulders. The room safe did not work. The coffee machine at breakfast was very slow. A second one would have helped to reduce queuing greatly.

- Ali (6/5): - Personalet var venlig og hjælpsomme , men hotellet , dettes faciliteter og kvalitet , og værelserne var forringet , niveauet svt. 2-3 stjerne. Jeg booket et værelse til 3 personer , hvor ved ankomst de gav mig et værelse på ca.14 kvm , med et lille dobbelt seng og en klapseng med gummi madras, og realt ingen plads at går i værelset , og heller ikke til 3 personers baggege . Efter jeg på kraftigste afvist dem , jeg blev nødtil at overnatte den 1. nat i den , og dagen efter jeg fik et godt værelse passende til 3 personer , selvfølgelig med yderligere ekstra betaling udover det som jeg havde allerede betalt . I hotellet der var ikke et realt lobby eller restaurant eller bar hvor man kunne sidde , spise , eller tager et drink og lidt slappe af. Morgenmad buffeten var med forringet tilbud med ikke god kvalitet. Dette hotel svt. 2 stjernet hotel , og absolut ikke 4 stjernet , efter de international standarder og normer i hotel branchen.

- Tamer (1/5): good location, dirty room and rude management - Ani and Nino are very professional . They were helpful and kind, providing information on what to do and where to go. That was the only highlight of this hotel. The one aspect of my stay that I found disappointing was the unprofessional and rude manner in which I was treated by the hotel staff. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke the sink when my perfume bottle fell into it. The sink seemed to be of poor quality, as it broke quite easily. I immediately went down to the reception to report the incident, and I even offered to pay for the damage, leaving my contact number so they could reach me while I was out. Upon returning to the hotel after my trip, I found that they had locked me out of my room, which I felt was unnecessary and disrespectful, as if I had no intention of settling the matter. After paying for the damage, I discovered that although the sink had been fixed, my room had not been cleaned. The mattress was dirty, and I even suspected there might have been bed bugs. Overall, this experience left a negative impression on what could have been a pleasant stay.

- Plastic (9/5): Great value for money 💰👌 - Great value for money with an awesome view from the rooms in the right hand corner. The rooms are getting old, and need a face-lift. The air-conditioning is not strong enough for a tbilisi summer heat. They also need to place a second lighter pillow for those who don't like to sleep with their head too high.

- Sen (4/5): Disappointing - The location is nice and the room too. The hotel didnt have any wine glass in stock. Georgia is called the city of wine and we had to drink our wine in a water glass. And the hotel staff didint help us the second day again the same, we had to really cry for the glass and finally they gave us and also our room wasnt cleaned though we had the Clean Room tag and the button pressed for cleaning .
