Alles voorzien Bedden waren slecht de veren voel je in je rug en de sleutel ophaling was slecht geregeld je moet zo verschrikkelijk ver wandelen en je bent op citytrip dus wil daar geen tijd aan verliezen het is al vermoeiend genoeg

• Laura (5/5): Slighlty dissapointing, good location - The location of the place was excellent, near London Bridge station and Tower Bridge. However, the place where you have to collect the keys is a 15-20 minute walk, and with suitcases and luggage, plus weather dependence, it is not ideal. It is a decent-sized apartment, more than enough for 4 people and with 2 bathrooms. This was perfect for us. Once arrived at the apartment. You can tell it has been very overly used. We were disappointed to find that a couple of the blinds were stained, apparently with food. A couple of tails in the bathroom were broken. The door lock in the living room that opens to the balcony was broken; therefore, that door was never locked. We were not sure whether the thermostat was working, as a couple of the thermostat devices were loose. The mattress is very uncomfortable; you can feel the springs in every shape of way. Once we arrived, I emailed the agency, who assured me they would investigate the issue. But unfortunately, I would not book this place again.

Die Gastherme hatte ständig Fehlzündungen, was ziemlich beängstigend war. Außerdem tropfte es in einem Schlafzimmer von der Decke. Am letzten Abend kein Warmwasser , da die Heizung defekt war

Lo terrò in considerazione per i miei prossimo viaggi a Londra. - Struttura molto accogliente, pulita, spazi ampi e molto comoda anche per gli spostamenti grazie alle fermate del bus molto vicine e la stazione della metro raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti. Personale molto attento e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo!
• Anne (5/5): Virkelig besværlig bookingproces. Det var håbløst med beskeder frem og tilbage og betaling det samme. Nøglen skal hente - Belligenhed. Nemt at komme til og fin rengøring. God plads til at både have soverum og fællesrum. Dejlig altan hvis det havde været varm og man kunne have brug for at sidde ude. Nemt med området, butikker og caffe. På hjørnet overfor er den hyggeligste cafe Latina. Så søde mennesker- hils :) Rent sengetøj og håndklæder. Fint med køl og mikroovn. Dejligt at kunne lave morgenmad selv. Gode instrukser i skrald osv. Nøgleboks langt væk Slitage Intet varme og varmt vand
• Barbara (8/5): - Location was excellent. facility was very clean. Very walkable location for getting to the London Bridge and The Belfast, and restaurants all other great sights of London. Apparently the code first given is always wrong, you have to call to get most relevant code. Delays check-in. Beds were hard. No hair dryer. Host was at the door at 10am to check us out. No paper towels or cleaning products for cleaning.
• Isabel (10/5): Excelente. Para repetir y para recomendar - La comunicación el personal de Central Tower, la ubicación y el apartamento al completo. El lugar es muy tranquilo y el apartamento tiene todos los servicios , lavadora, lavavajillas, calefacción.... Me gustó mucho la atención cuando indicamos los desperfectos que encontramos al llegar. Al día siguiente ya habian arreglado algunas. No supimos poner la calefacción en marcha aunque funcionaba perfectamente.

• Simone (7/5): Gute Lage, sauber, ruhig.. - Die Lage war super, der Checkin hat einwandfrei geklappt, es war für Stadtverhältnisse ziemlich ruhig. Das Klappbett im Wohnzimmer ist eine Katastrophe. Gottseidank kann meine Mutter überall schlafen, ich hätte hier kein Auge zugemacht.

• Fiona (10/5): Excellent Apartment9 - The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine and a dishwasher. A full length mirror was the only thing that was missing. The living area was very spacious and there was a large balcony. London was very hot, however there were approx 8 fans which ensured everyone stayed cool through the night. Very close to shops, pubs abd restaurants and a 15 minute walk from The Shard. N/A
• Richard (9/5): - Lovely, modern apartment with everything you would need.There was a bathroom and an ensuite to one of the rooms. Super clean and great linen.Really near shops and takeaways. Fab to sit on the balcony as London evenings were balmy to say the least. Good value for money. Could have done with aircon but there were lots of cooling fans, so we made the best of what was available. Some unsavoury types wandering around nearby estate but building was secure. A bit of a trek to get the keys but an efficient system.

• Xavier (9/5): Very good apartment, after some maintenance and addressing some minor point it would be the greatest - Very spacious and clean apartment with a supermarket right around the corner. Plenty of space at the dining table and seating area. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage and power sockets on both sides of the bed (for alarm clocks/phone charging). All kitchen essentials are provided. The key pick-up location was out of the way. It was too far from public transport and too far to walk with luggage to the apartment. There were plenty of power sockets, but not all were well-finished (gaps around them and not quite in the correct position). Television receiver was not picking up a proper signal, so watching television was not possible. The heating was difficult to regulate, much too hot, and the thermostat knobs didn't seem to do anything. The foil on the kitchen cabinets was peeling, and the doors were misaligned. The bathroom was very neat, but there was no pressure at all from the showerhead. Also, one tile was broken, and several tiles were starting to come loose. The shower mirror was in a niche that was completely open around it. The heating in the en-suite bathroom was loose in the wall. The beds are a little small for two people, and the springs are very noticeable. Location: a 15-minute walk to Tower Bridge or the metro.

• Becky (8/5): Everything we needed - The apartment location was central, the key pick up was a a local store not far from the apartment, directions sent by the owner were very clear and helpful, the owner was easy to contact .The apartment was lovely and warm There was nothing major not to like , the showers were not very powerful, the shower head moved , the blinds were difficult to open as the bar was missing . It wasn’t really a problem and didn’t affect our stay, they just need repairing

• Kate (10/5): Spacious, modern apartment, 15 mins’ walk from Tower Bridge - Spacious, modern, clean, 15 mins walk from Tower Bridge. A quiet neighbourhood. Nice balcony. Would definitely return, especially for a longer stay. Would be good to have a key safe at the property.
• Giles (8/5): Worth it in the end.. - Clean, spacious apartment with a balcony. Quiet location. After booking with Booking.com the rest of the process was dealt with by a 3rd party called 'The Finer Dwelling Company'. This in itself wasn't a problem but their booking procedure was very complicated involving uploading documents and dealing with their own booking portal. Details of checking in wasn't released until very close to the day of arrival and picking up the keys was a 20 minute walk away from the apartment to a local supermarket. The £250 deposit was also unexpected. Having said that, the communication with them was good, which was handy as my code I needed to pick up the keys was wrong and I had to call for a new one. The whole thing did work out in the end but be prepared to do a lot of work yourself.

• Tim (7/5): Tricky to rate because we couldn’t stay at the place because of an unexpected building problem but staff sorted out alte - Price was good but had the most convoluted booking process of any place I have booked online and didn’t end up staying at this place because the hot water system broke BUT the staff arranged alternative accommodation which was VERY MUCH appreciated. Booking process and communication was unusual - all messages resent each time there was a new message. Key pickup was further away than other places.
• Stephan (9/5): Superb - Very close to Bourogh Market 10min by walk, the shard is also a foot step away… tower bridge at the next corner. A good base to discover London. Super market and bakery just around the corner. Nice balcony and beds are very comfortable. Two bathrooms no stress at all

• Tony (8/5): Very good - The apartment has everything you need, and there's a balcony as well. The corridors are clean and overall it's quiet at night. The location may not be the best, the closest tube station is about 10-15 min walk. If you have some luggages, Uber is still the best option on arrival and departure. The key can be collected easily if you follow the instructions carefully. The collection point was a little away from the apartment itself. It's understandable because it's a unmanned apartment.

• Steve (7/5): satisfied - the apartment was quiet and sufficient for two people no problem the key collection was quite a distance from the apartment, i would suggest somewhere nearer so you have the option of 2no tube stations , having the collection where it currently is results in really having to use Bermondsey station when Borough station is probably as close, the shower pressure was also quite poor but the temperature was fine

Tesco express just next door, more choices from Sainsbury about 5 mins walk. Room heater capacity is limited (since its portable) & towel heater didnt work when we stayed, hope they get them fixed.

• Christopher (7/5): Good - Location fantastic. Good sized, quiet and safe apartment. Good value for money and easy to get to Borough/Elephant and Castle underground stations. Key collection worked fine but is a little out of the way which was only an issue as we were travelling with small children and a heavy suitcase. Some cosmetic work needed in bathrooms which didn’t match the high quality of rest of the apartment.

• Rajan (7/5): Comfortable - Flat was decent. . Collecting keys from a grocery shop which was a 10 min walk . Bathroom door issue notified to hosts and rectified on day2 , so we all ended up using 1 bathroom between 2 families on arrival. Having said that , team was responsive / did their best.

• Jozef (9/5): super holiays! - It's two bedroom flat with two baths - ideal for 4x people. kitchen appliances are made by Siemens/Bosch - what is for me guarantee of functionality and quality. flat was very clean and very close (?20-30 steps?) to bus stop -> so it was easily to made a trips to city center. on a half way to bus stop was a small tesco store. furthermore in the evening you can walk to the Thames river (20-30min walk) and see lighting tower bridge and the whole city center. doesn't is sound like a holidays? two points to be improved. first - the showers has a very low water-pressure even the normal water flow seems to be a strong enough. second - chairs at a dining table are ready to be changed, their best times are over.

• Greg (9/5): Comfortable place to stay for a family vacation - Good location, nice, big apartment for a family of 4. Very good and quick customer service. Easy transportation. Heating is a bit weak, some renovation is needed. Getting the keys are a bit far from the apartment with luggage to walk. No EU plug adaptors, os USB ports, so don't forget to bring yours otherwise no chance to charge your phone!
