• Emma (8/5): Decent accomodation, easy to get to & from city. Reasonably priced, would stay again. - It was a nice building, safe & secure. Easy to find, on a main rd into city, convenient location. we had a reasonable view / outlook from our aptmnt, main bedroom & bathroom was spacious. Kitchen was reasonably appointed, Lounge & balcony pretty good. Apartment was a little tired, needing a decent & through clean. Washing machine was difficult to use, didn’t figure this out till second to last day which was too late to do our washing. Random un matching pillows, not very comfortable. couldn’t turn off feature lighting in kitchen unless we turned mains off. Second bedroom & bathroom quite small

• Stephanie (9/5): Loved Fawkner park stay! - We loved the location and the balcony and that there was easy access to trams. Beds were comfortable and space was well allocated. We had a few issues with cabinetry and an uncooperative washer. It was frustrating, but we managed.
• Joanne (8/5): Enjoyable and def visit again - Location, view, apartment and the leisure facilities Maybe a few more extras like a coffee machine, more mirrors, and more utensils and cooking pots.

• Allison (10/5): - Great location, right next to tram stop for a short trip to Melbourne CBD, St Kilda and Chapel Street. The property was clean and quiet with a beautiful infinity pool and gym. Excellent communication from host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

• Penny (8/5): Very good - Lovely situation. Good having 2 bathrooms. Beautiful views ftom the balcony. The kitchen was short on pots, pans bowls etc. For example there were only 3 teaspoons! Having a dishwasher, you need more utensils and crockery, we were always washing up as not enough to fill the dishwasher. One wardrobe was stuffed full with bedding (and a child's pushchair) so was unusable. BUT having said all that, we would definitely stay there again and recommend it!

Great facilities - pool and spa access, kids area, gym (although I didn't use it as I'm a tired pregnant lady right now - but it looked great) Amenities - we appreciated having access to a picnic blanket, washer and dryer, laundry basket, blankets, hairdryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, stroller, fridge, dishwasher, utensils, pans, TV with Netflix capability etc. Beds were comfy. Handy to have lamps by beds. Amazing views from the apartment The concierge staff were friendly and helpful. The host was responsive and helpful. Easy check in. Great location, which was on a main tram line. Quiet inside apartment (except for one windy night) easy to sleep. Aircon access was nice when needed. Easy access to apartment with key cards. Just a few minor things: Loved the Pool & Spa but had a temperature issue (spa barely lukewarm), which was only fixed on final nights stay. Not the hosts fault, just unlucky timing. Cleaners must have not thoroughly cleaned as lots of dust under the beds, an old sock and mouldy biscuit. There was what looked to be blu-tack smudged over/stuck to the side the roller blinds that I tried to clean off when we arrived, perhaps from a prior guest. Could only get half off. The toilet at the top had not been cleaned - I ended up cleaning it myself, but not something you want to be doing on holiday. Some items could be upgraded such as cups which looked worn and cheese grater that had rust (better to replace imo). Toilet brush was broken and taped - It seemed odd in such a nice place & would be better to replace it. Some wear & tear on walls - marks could be cleaned off using something like the pink stuff paste and touch ups could be done on areas of chipped paint to maintain a fresh look. Carpet some marks - but not bothered so much by this. Toilet roll holder in the first bathroom screw appeared to need tightening as it hangs diagonally. I would have done but no screwdriver. A large piece of wall art was just on the floor and looked to be slightly broken - odd that not rehung or removed. A c ouple more towels would have been good as when using the pool you use more frequently - we washed but just a matter of convenience.

• Kate (4/5): View and pool facilities amazing - apartment very disappointing - The view from the apartment was amazing and the pool area is very nice Very unimpressed with the cleanliness of the apartment(1202) - surfaces had not been wiped, hair from previous guests in both bathrooms. We did not feel clean in this apartment! The bed sheets were torn and beds not made with sufficient sheets. Kitchen extras ie dish washing tabs, dish cloths - basic extras non existent. We also used the fold out couch for our children - which was broken. The door to apartment made a loud clicking sound all night. The main light switch that controls the heating/ cooling / apartment lighting had to be turned off at night - as was linked to a light in the kitchen which did not have a separate switch.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - key provide is not working and need me to go to the lobby to ask for help to open the garage gate and the house door for me! No response from the house owner!!!! Kitchen utilities are dirty, lack of dish cleaning liquid, body wash lotion, and washing machine powder! I need to buy all these things there. Door of the wardrobe dropped down itself in one of the room! No where you can hang your clothes after they are washed.
