- ALI (7/5): Inte som jag förväntade mig - Min vistelse var 6 dagar; 3 dagar fanns det inget internet, och anslutningen var svag resten av tiden. Vi var tvungna att köpa ett eSIM, vilket kostade oss en del. Det luktade rök i vissa rum, och det spred sig genom ventilationen.

- Floriane (9/5): Très agréable séjour - L’hôtel est très beau, de haut standing et le personnel très aimable et à l’écoute. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé qui n’était pas disponible alors nous avons été surclassé dans une suite avec un lit immense pour que nous puissions y dormir à trois. Le contour en bois du lit est très bruyant et craque au moindre mouvement.

Du personnel au petit soin qui se sont souvenu de nous (encore un grand merci au cuisinier) Le personnel sait apporter une réponse au besoin... juste la vue de la chambre et le fait que nous avons du malheureusement avoir deux chambres ou lieu d'une suite pour partager la première nuit en famille...Mais malgré tout le personnel a tout fait pour que cela soit le moins impactant...

Le confort des lits était agréable... Prix convenable avec déjeuner compris ! La 1ère nuit a été très difficiles avec le voisin de la chambre suivant qui gueulait en arabe seul au téléphone ou messenger (mur fin) ! Et ce chien qui aboillait comme un chien abonné de minuit 30 à 5h du mat... (perturbant pour le sommeil). Déjeuner très limité pour moi, à voir selon les goûts de chacun..

- Polycarpe (9/5): C'est vraiment dommage que la gérante ait quitté l'établissement. 😔😔😔 - Bonjour, Je suis client du Marigold Hôtel depuis plus de quatre ans et je tiens à remercier Madame Inès pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son sens de l’écoute. Elle trouve toujours les mots justes pour rassurer les clients et n’hésite pas à s’investir personnellement afin de nous permettre de passer un excellent séjour. J’organise également plusieurs fois par an des séminaires dans leurs salles, et la qualité de service est toujours au rendez-vous. Lorsqu’une personne accomplit son travail avec autant de sérieux et de dévouement, il est important de le souligner. Le lit grinçait à chaque mouvement, ce qui était assez dérangeant, surtout sachant que j’avais réservé une suite. Il faudrait simplement investir un peu plus dans la literie afin d’améliorer le confort.
- Kausar (7/5): Good hotel in a good location - Room were large, beds were a good size and very clean. Both rooms had a nice balcony and it was a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially one of the staff on the door who walked me to the nearest ATM when I asked. The air con wasn’t sufficient especially after returning in the afternoon from a lot of walking on a hot day. TV remote was broken and even after I informed reception they gave us the same one back with new battery and black tape over the back. Lifts close too quickly and I got hit by the doors. Breakfast was a bit of an issue, things like bowls & glasses were in short supply. No fruit juices or fruit, we had strawberries only one day during the whole week. Toaster didn’t really toast bread.

- Angelo (5/5): Consigliato solo se di passaggio per dormire. - Pulizia Gentilezza Posizione Colazione Qualità e menu del ristorante Il Receptionist in servizio al mattino ogni giorno mi diceva che l’indomani mattina avrei avuto la fattura del pagamento effettuato al mio arrivo, al check out addirittura dietro promessa la avrebbe inviata tramite mail ( fornita le tre giorni di fila), Mai ricevuta. Ho soltanto ricevuto una nota spese pagate con un semplice timbro, da me richiesto. Tutto poco professionale ❗️ Petit-déjeuner Qualité du restaurant et menu La réceptionniste de service m'a assuré chaque matin que je recevrais une facture pour le paiement effectué à mon arrivée le lendemain matin. Au moment de mon départ, elle a même promis de me l'envoyer par courriel (à condition que ce soit trois jours de suite). Je ne l'ai jamais reçue. J'ai seulement reçu une note de frais avec un simple tampon, alors que je l'avais demandée. Un manque de professionnalisme total !

Repas à la carte très bon et service à l’écoute. 4* très bon qualité prix. Petit déjeuner parfait, sans gaspillage. Un peu vieillot, et l’annonce du buffet à 90dt pour le soir nous a freiné un peu.
