I liked that umit had a hair dryer and iron. A kettle, coffee machine, tea, sugar and instant coffee provided. Mini fridge as well. I would stay again

We were told by a nice lady at reception before going to bed that we could check out at 1015. However at 1010 we had banging on the door with the housekeeper shouting’Get Out’…it was very intimidating and we were shocked. She was quite rude and we were quite upset.

El personal fue muy amable, estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y de que todo estuviera bien. La limpieza excelente, el agua con mucha presión y buena temperatura, moderno. Súper cómoda la habitación, muy espaciosa. No tiene ascensor, pero al ser primer piso, es que en realidad no es problema subir 1 piso con maletas. Todo 10/10! El único gran problema es que se escuchan los ruidos de las otras habitaciones. Las conversaciones, música, etc. Finalmente nos despertábamos cuando la persona de la pieza de al lado empezaba a hablar, un día a las 6:30AM, otro día a las 8:40 (lo cual no ayudaba a nuestro jet lag 😅). Pero fue el único problema de nuestra estadía.

The rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom, and we really appreciated the nice tea and coffee station in the room. A special thank you to Natalia, who cleaned the room immediately after the previous guests checked out, which made it possible for us to check in already at 11 am. Her kindness and effort were truly appreciated and made our arrival so much smoother. Overall a fantastic experience – comfortable, well located, and with excellent service. We would definitely stay here again.

We would not hesitate to stay here again! There isn’t a lift in the property, which wasn’t an issue for us, but could be for people with limited mobility.

While we didn’t meet any staff, the driver they arranged was excellent and they allowed us to leave luggage after we had checked out for a short time until we took another car to the airport in the afternoon. Og der var en kæmpe plade for det meste af vinduet, så der var ingen udsigt overhovedet eller naturligt lys. Det virkede meget dyrt for et lille værelse med kun 20 cm vindue ud til ingenting. Det var ikke tydligt i bookingen at værelset ikke havde udsigt eller et rigtig vindue.
