• Titouan (9/5): - Accès facile et instructions claires pour rentrer dans la cour de ce bâtiment de caractère. La chambre possède un vrai charme et des équipements qualitatifs. Mention au lit très confortable. Hôte très réactif. Vraiment parfait pour une étape entre le lac Majeur et le lac de Lugano ou de Côme. Manque de rideaux pour les petites fenêtres. Réservation du sauna un peu compliqué. Attention au parking, suivant les heures il est difficile de trouver une place dans le village.

• Marzia (7/5): Lovely location but troubles by checking in. - The house is beautiful, location is quiet and invites to stay longer (which unfortunately we could not) Unfortunately, upon arrival the flats were not ready. It took almost an hour until someone finally responded to our many messages (WhatsApp, booking message, phone...). Finally a very nice lady called and did her best to solve the problem. She assigned a different room and sent a cleaning lady. The whole thing took quite some time. Apparently they had a misunderstanding and someone used the room the night before and no one cleaned it. We were promised a refund for the hassle, I even gave my bank details for getting something back, but nothing happened. The place is lovely so it's really a pity. Maybe we weren't lucky, and mistakes happen, but then a refund for letting us stranded for more than an hour after a long drive, in the evening, screwing up dinner, would have been the bare minimum.

• Giannandrea (8/5): Ottima soluzione per un pernotto veloce con la famiglia e animali a seguito - Camera accogliente e spaziosa, tutto l'essenziale presente, buona la pulizia Parcheggio non comodo con le valigie, istruzioni poco chiare su dove e come trovare le chiavi e le cassette contenitori inoltre interruttore della luce all'ingresso del complesso nn siamo riusciti a trovarlo e arrivando di sera trovare la cassetta non è stato facile.
• Maccari (3/5): - The environment and the structure were really good and pleasing The online post did not mention the sauna would cost €40 per session, that is pretty expensive and the fact that the price is hidden seems tricky to me. It also mentioned how we could wash and dry laundry at Castello Cabiaglio... Well, I've spent almost an entire day trying to clean my stuff there and sincerely it was really bad. Dirty, unmaintained (filters and heating units of dryers must be taken care of regularly...) and no signs around mentioning anything. I've also cleaned my room myself the other day, because it wasn't being cleaned properly. Wahtever, the staff was nicr but a bit too invasive (I understand that they needed to check the window glass, but honestly if there's a guest they just wait for the room to be empty in normal residences...). Whatever, the staff member was nice. If I had more time I would have complained a bit more because the price was too much for the service in exchange.

• Berger (4/5): Zu dunkel zu schlecht ausgestattet zu klein - Die sichtbaren Steine in den Wänden Die Küche ist zu klein, schlecht ausgestattet und das Appartement für mehr als 2 Personen absolut ungeeignet.
• Belen (8/5): - El lugar resultó muy cómodo para nuestro grupo., estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar.. La calefacción fue muy buena, aunque uno de los departamentos al.momento de llegar tenia cerrada la misma, por lo que hacia frío. Luego de encenderla el lugar estaba bien calefaccionado. Nos resultó difícil estacionar. Las calles son muy angostas y nosotros teníamos una camionetas grandes.
• Denise (9/5): Casa accogliente e larga - Appartamento spazioso, zona tranquilla, cortile bellissimo e ben allestito, comodo il selfcheckin. Ci hanno chiesto di pagare tramite link o bonifico, cosa che non dovrebbe succedere. I pagamenti dovrebbero essere solo tramite booking. La casa non si riscalda bene anche se si mettono i termosifoni a 30gradi. Nonostante ciò siamo riusciti a soggiornare e ci siamo trovati bene.

• Günnur (3/5): Preisleistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht in Ordnung. - Es hatte einen kleinen Balkon und die Küche war in ordnung. Es war ein unkonfortables Bettsofa vorhanden, welchen man selber vorbereiten musste (selbst die Bettlacken beziehen etc.). Es war extrem laut, weil irgend eine Familie fast die ganze Unterkunft gebucht hatte. Wir mussten alle fensterläden nach unten ziehem, damit die nicht in unser Zimmer reinsehen. Also war es überhaupt nicht schalldicht.

• SILVIA CECILIA (10/5): - Un soggiorno perfetto! La Posteria by Icasamia è un piccolo gioiello per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tutto piacevole e curato: arredamento moderno, atmosfera accogliente e pulizia impeccabile. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi e passeggiare, ma anche per raggiungere facilmente i laghi. Lo staff è stato gentile, disponibile e sempre attento — si percepisce la passione con cui gestiscono la struttura. Mi sono sentita come a casa, anzi… meglio! Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei subito!

• Micha Alexander (7/5): War schön, würde aber nächstes Mal eine Wohnung zur Südseite nehmen. - Das Haus, der Innenhof und die Räume der Wohnung sind sehr schön gestaltet. Spülmaschine vorhanden, große Dusche. In der Wohnung die wir hatten: leider kein wohnzimmer, nur ein Sofa in der Küche. Ein großer Nachteil: keine Sicht auf die Landschaft, nur in die Gassen hinaus. Kein direktes Sonnenlicht in der Wohnung wegen der engen Gassen, dazu Norseite. Deshalb ist die Wohnung sehr dunkel und kühl.

• Iti B. (5/5): Mittelguter Wochenendtrip - Die Raumaufteilung war gut. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Wir kamen leider an als die Sonne bereits unter gegangen war. Im gesamten Innenhof war kein Licht somit habe ich bei strömendem Regen die Schlüsselbox leider nicht gefunden. Der Gastgeber war zwar direkt erreichbar und konnte helfen, jedoch wies er mich darauf hin, dass diese Information in der Beschreibung gewesen wäre, war sie aber nicht. Das Badezimmer hatte in der Dusche leider Schimmel und riesige Spinnweben an der Lampe. Das Waschbecken war leider nicht fest verbaut und somit für unsere Kinder etwas gefährlich.
• Rob (2/5): DOES NOT FEEL AS NICE AS THE PHOTOS MAKE IT LOOK - Clean and fairly modern. Staff didn’t answer any calls or texts until the afternoon before I was due to check out. There are no instructions on how to use anything. You have to work it all out for yourself. The sauna is only open during the evenings and even then I never saw any staff there operating it and there was no instructions on how to turn it on yourself, something I never ended up managing to do. I rescheduled my stay by two days and told the host I didn’t mind moving apartments if it helped them accommodate my new dates. I was moved to an apartment without a washing machine and was not notified that this would not be in my new apartment. The central heating takes 36 hours to start warming up, only goes up be 2-3°C per day.

• Caroline (10/5): Appartement agréable et spacieux - Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé au rez de chaussée d´une résidence. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et le personnel très sympathique. Nous avons apprécié le spa (privatisé pour 1h30 avec supplément). La village est très mignon, à quelques km du lac et de Varèse. Pas de supermarché mais un petit bar restaurant à deux pas. ras

The kitchen is well equipped. the bathroom shower is good sofa bed very uncomfortable, too much light from the kitchen to be able to sleep since no door. Very loud fridge and echoes from the courtyard. Just slept terribly.
• Stéphanie (8/5): - Parfait quand on cherche un point de chute tranquille ! Le bâtiment a été joliment rénové et l'appartement était bien propre. Nous avons un peu regretté l'espace disponible dans l'appartement pour 4. La chambre est très grande mais quand on transforme le canapé en lit dans la salle de vie/cuisine, on n'a plus d'espace du tout pour vivre.

• Mailso49 (9/5): Séjour au calme - Bel appartement avec décoration sobre et agréable. Village très calme. Manque de lumière, les luminaires pourraient être améliorés. Manque de parking et attention aux ruelles étroites si vous avez un véhicule plus large qu'une Fiat Panda.

Am plătit cash la proprietate fără sa primesc vreo dovadă a plății după care am fost anunțată că nu am plătit. Solicită,prin e-mail, o evaluare perfectă fără să ofere servicii la nivelul așteptărilor.

• Dzmitry (9/5): plenty of space and a modern feel - Two very spacious rooms. Clean and modern. I was scared by the descriptions of narrow streets--we've got a long car--but it was ok. Though you can only park at a parking which is about 400 m. Attention, theoretically, they may require a deposit of €800! A strange requirement to provide a photo of the owner of the ID card. It was difficult to get the key out of the lockbox (couldn't push the black opener down, it required some effort). We stayed on the ground floor, and it felt a bit uncomfortable to open the windows since other guests of the hotel were passing by all the time. There is a step when going from the kitchen to the bedroom--might be dangerous at night.

• Antje (1/5): Disappointing and very impersonal. Would not recommend! - Old little village with cute little street and good hiking routes. Complicated payment set up. While hosts request exact time of arrival, there is nobody to greet you. Problems to get into property. Nobody answers the phone. Beds were very dirty. You had to make your own beds. Very hot rooms during our stay in summer with little air flow. Altogether very impersonal and disappointing experience.

• Laura (5/5): Sehr schlechte Kommunikation, nie wieder - Das Apartment war schön, entspannt und die Lage war angenehm. Die Firma, die sich um die Vermietung dieser Wohnungen kümmert kommt richtig dubios daher. Erst schickte man mir eine grammatikalisch völlig unverständliche Nachricht auf „Englisch“, die ich grob so interpretiere, dass man 500(!!) € Kaution für unseren 2-nächtigen Aufenthalte wolle, als ich auf Italienisch um eine Erklärung bat war das dann aber plötzlich nicht mehr nötig. Dann hat man mich bis zum Anreisetag ignoriert, ich hatte gefragt ob/wie viel ich für den Hund extra zahlen muss und wie das Check-In läuft. Am Anreisetag wollte man dann plötzlich ganz schnell das Geld überwiesen haben, nicht etwa an Casamia sondern an einen privaten Besitzer, da casamia nur verwalte. Begründet wurde das mit steuerlichen Gründen, Kommentare dazu spare ich mir. Für den Hund wurden mir 35€ extra berechnet. Das hätte ich gerne früher gewusst. Wir telefonierten mit dem Besitzer, überweisten ihm das Geld, telefonierten wieder mit ihm und bekamen dann nach etwa 1 Stunde (insgesamt Anrufe, Überweisung, Warten) bekamen wir dann die Türcodes. In der Unterkunft angekommen wartete schon eine große Familiengruppe mit Kindern in der Hitze im Hof - denn obwohl die Check-in-Zeit schon begonnen hatte waren die Zimmer noch nicht geputzt. Unseres auch nicht. Da die Familie schon casamia oder den Eigentümer der Apartments telefoniert hatten, kamen recht bald Mitarbeitende die SEHR SCHNELL UND GEWISSENHAFT die Zimmer gereinigt haben. Die haben sich wirklich sehr angestrengt und vielmals entschuldigt. Diese Menschen hatten irre viel zu tun und es war sehr heiß, ich möchte hier wirklich nur mein Mitgefühl aussprechen. Allerdings hätte der Besitzer oder casamia uns wirklich vorwarnen können! Dann hätten wir am See oder im Café oder so gewartet. So war mein Hund nach zwei Stunden im Hof total gestresst und überspannt, und ich ehrlich gesagt auch irgendwann. So möchte man einfach nicht im Urlaub ankommen. Verspätungen können passieren, aber hier wird wohl einfach prinzipiell nicht kommuniziert.

• Jkvalk (3/5): Fake impression of luxury with many problems - Swollen bathroom door does not shut, paper-thin walls so you hear neighbors talking and snoring, broken electrical outlets, dirty and worn down sofa. Leaves an impression that there is a sauna, in fact sauna is not attached and is an extra service for EUR 45. After booking they request pictures of your ID and credit card and make a EUR 500 reservation. Says credit card payments accepted but when we arrived they said cash only or Revolut payment. In short, a shitshow and a hassle and a lot of untrue impressions.

• Neža (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the property is nice the parking is a little tricky but still fine. Apartment that we had was quite big and spacious. In general we liked it. The only downside of this property is that when you book an apartment and pay the amount that is written you don’t actually pay that but they take a 500€ deposit which at that time you don’t yet know and then you get a massage that you also have to pay the amount that is written on booking separately and not through booking so for example our stay was around 100€ we actually paid 600€ at that time and didn’t even know at first. You get the refund of the deposit 24/48h after they clean the room so not great if you have a budget.

The house was as described and clean. Overall worthy accomodation for the price Cons: 1. beds are a bit small to accomodate all of us, but there is a convertible sofa cum bed which was helpful 2. The bathroom lock(Door) was already broken when we entered, she should have informed us, we were skeptical about that , she should have informed us so that we won't get worried 3. parking was a 500m away from the place, the only negative point. there is no parking space infront of the accomodation, so we had to walk quite more
• Giggs1 (7/5): Charming - Loved the vibe of this small town. We felt "off the beaten trek", but looking at the area we were probably just there in the off-season. Room was spacious and kitchen very well equipped. We did the small hike from town to the Rocca. Great walk through a magical forest. Kids loved it! One of the bedrooms had no curtain. There's no way anybody could stare into our room, but it meant we woke up very early because of the light. The extra (sofa)bed was very uneven and uncomfortable. Not suitable for an adult and barely suitable for a child.

• Filipa (3/5): Disappointment and poor organisation. - There was a lot of miscommunication. Initially, they changed our booking to a different property about 10 kilometres away from the one we had booked. Then they put us in a flat that wasn't prepared to accommodate two children because they hadn't taken this into account when managing the booking. After we complained, they put us in another flat that was bigger but in which the heating hadn't work for the last 2 days and which was neither clean nor properly prepared to receive guests. Finally, there was a lot of confusion about payment, which we ended up having to make directly on the spot and not as had been determined by the booking on booking.com.

• Michael (10/5): Lovely stay, it was our center point from which we traveled daily to sorrounding places. - Amazing location, small quiet italian town. Room was clean. Probably the best hos i have expirienced, even offered us that they will pick us up when we missed the last bus. As it was old town, some streets are very narrow. It is not really a complaint, just keep it in mind.
• Sebastian (10/5): Everything as expected - Good communication with owner. Apartment is equipped with all you need, newly renovated. Warm. Wine opener also available ;) Had issues with Italian sockets as laptop charger had too thick plug to insert it into socket. Maybe extension cord with regular size would help. The village is small with not many amenities, roads are very narrow so be prepared to park your car in some distance from the place.

If you are not planning to wake up early, take that into account...

• Teagombac (6/5): Pleasant - Cosy apartment - fairly newly renovated. Easy check-in, keys were in lockbox. Responsive staff, all necessary information was provided before our arrival. There was no extra charge for the dog. The process of paying for accommodation was very strange. Immediately after booking apartment, 200 euros were blocked on my bank account. Then the host contacted me via WhatsApp and wanted a copy of my ID and payment for the room. I have never had such an experience even though we travel a lot in Italy. The first transaction was actually a pre-authorization to validate my card... I was told that the money would be refunded on the day of departure, but unfortunately that was not the case. I got the money after a week after leaving. Very inconvenient if you have a planned travel budget. Parking is also very difficult. Contrary to the description, parking is not included. There are only two parking spaces next to the accommodation, which are always occupied (public parking lot). Parking is available approximately 500m from the accommodation. As for the apartment, it was a bit dusty. Our apartment had a sofa that you can convert into a bed yourself. But you have to do it yourself (the sheets are under the bed). The bathroom door was impossible to open - close as it sagged. The window in the kitchen was broken. Apartment was without air conditioning, but it has a fan. Given that our apartment was in the attic and it was hot outside, we didn't sleep much. It was 28 degrees at night (with the windows open!) and if you have the fan on it's impossible to sleep because it's very loud. I looked at the reviews on booking and had very high expectations but was disappointed. The price is good, but unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again.
