ELVIRE (7/5): Séjour convenable - J'ai apprécié l'accueil et la localisation de l'hotel Il y'a des soucis de résonance, depuis la chambre on entend tous les bruits des couloirs et parfois tard dans la nuit. Le matelas a bien servi et n'est plus du tout confortable malgré un linge de lit de bonne qualité.

Quartos pequeníssimos, armários antigos, telefone no meio da cabeceira da cama, cama de casal muito pequena. Quarto muito antigo. Durante a noite tocou alarme de incêndio muito alto durante algum tempo. Experiência péssima e hotel muito caro para a qualidade muito baixa.

UNe chambre de 11 m² à peine, pas de clim,le bruit de pas du voisin du dessus toute la nuit ,le plancher qui grince, pas de frigo un petit déjeuner très banal. Seul les quatre oreillers obligatoires me permettent de penser que je suis ds un 4*.réellement choisissez un autre hôtel.

JAVIER (8/5): - La habitación que nos dieron no cumplía nuestras expectativas, pero el personal de recepción fue muy receptivo y al momento nos reubicaron en una mejor sin coste adicional. Además, nos dieron unos consejos que nos resultaron muy útiles El desayuno podría ser mejor.

MICHELLE (9/5): - Our stay was wonderful- cool airconditioning system and thermostat was easy to adjust to make the room warmer or cooler; beds were very comfortable, feels and smells clean. Location was a plus! Sanctuary was walkable- about 5 -8mins. A lot of restaurants nearby. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. They were able to set up a taxi(van) pick up for us-a party of 5 with luggages for a 4 min drive to the train station. Driver charged 15 EU - we gave a 20EU bill and he was so happy. In fact most hotels are closed for the season. - We were moved to its sister / neighbor Mercure Imperial hotel Lourdes just 100 m away. Room size was smaller here. It was ok for a one night stay just to enjoy Lourdes n the Sanctuary of Our Lady. Its restaurant La Perchoir serves very nice food eg. Pyrenees trout and other local fare. Staff at Mercure Imperial Lourdes very helpful. Mercure Imperial furnishing is a little dated.

El hotel tiene 4 estrellas, es limpio y está bien ubicado pero nada más. Antes las cuatro estrellas se diferenciaban por tener shampoo, toallas en buen estado y grandes más camas de buena calidad. Todo eso no lo tiene.

Since they did not provide a bed for the dog, they let us have our dog sleep with us😅 We get used to have the hotel dogs bed and bowls for the food and water. I requested when we arrived but they forgot to give it.

Edward (10/5): Lovely 4 night stay - Staff were all very pleasant and helpful throughout our 4 night stay. This was from our check in at reception to everybody at the restaurant, bar and housekeeping. The hotel is very clean with lovely seating areas near reception. Location is only a few minutes from the Grotto. The only thing missing from the room was a kettle which some people might like to have. Nothing that we did not like.

David (5/5): Un hôtel très bien placé qui nécessiterait un gros « refresh » et une étoile en moins - Le personnel au desk notamment Fernanda et la jeune demoiselle en charge du petit-déjeuner La vue depuis les chambres L’emplacement près de tout J’aurais bien aimé noter le Grand Hotel d’Espagne sauf que nous n’y avons jamais séjourné. Une autre solution nous a été proposée au Mercure ( ce que j’ai accepté mais après réservation … et aucune info en amont pour nous informer que l’hôtel n’était pas en fonction ou complet ). Sur les deux chambres réservées, seule une correspondait aux choix effectués sur booking. La seconde ( 2 lits simples ) n’était visiblement pas prête et une solution nous a été apportée dans une chambre pour PMR. Je n’ai rien contre bien au contraire et il en faut sauf que cela ne correspondait pas à ma réservation et cela signifiait surtout que la chambre n’avait pas été préparée en amont de notre arrivée. Un hôtel assez vieillot qui nécessite un gros « refresh » et très loin d’être un 4 étoiles ….
