- David (9/5): The apartment is ideal for families, great location, spacious and a communicative host. - The apartment was ideal for a family. Spacious and very warm on some cold nights in Rome. There is also some lovely outdoor space. The location is ideal. A short walk to the Vatican City. A longer walk to other attractions but easily walkable. The area felt safe and there were plenty of nice restaurants close to the apartment. Ideal for families.

- Solarino (10/5): Ottimo! - Tutto! Arredamento, gestione e sopratutto la posizione della struttura. Consigliatissimo!!! Unica piccola osservazione, l'acqua delle docce avrebbe bisogno di molta più pressione. Ma è un particolare che non ha sicuramente influito nella nostra vacanza.
- Teresa (8/5): Ubicación maravillosa - La ubicación era excelente, a tan solo 7 minutos andando del vaticano. El apartamento tenía de todo lo necesario, era acogedor y estaba limpio. Paola fue encantadora y nos hizo la llegada y salida muy fácil. Ella es muy atenta y siempre está disponible si necesitas algo. Si tuviera que decir algo negativo sería que la presión de la ducha es muy pobre, y el agua caliente tarda muchísimo en salir. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta son los vecinos, ya que las paredes son súper finas y en nuestro caso tuvimos a un grupo de chicos al lado que hacían fiestas cada noche y no pudimos pegar ojo. Tuvimos mala suerte ya que al resto de vecinos no los escuchamos.

- Róża (7/5): Super pobyt w Rzymie, bardzo blisko do Watykanu. - Super lokalizacja, aczkolwiek trochę problemów ze znalezieniem budynku, bo nie jest przy głównej ulicy. Nawigacja też się gubiła. Warto dołączyć opis lub zdjęcie z mapą dotarcia Zapach z kanalizy, który po wejściu do mieszkania był bardzo intensywny i brzydki.

Easy walk downtown and accessible by bus and metro. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our hostess was extremely helpful and communicative.

- Randolph (9/5): Will definitely stay again! - the location to the Vatican & S.Pietro station is ideal. this made it easy to get around Roma by train or a quick trip to the metro line! AMAZING AC - like being American, i didn’t realize how spoiled we are with AC!! Due to unforeseen circumstances, my daughter ended up traveling alone with her best friend here ( mid 20s) and they felt safe the entire time. big tip : Dai Miei down the road is AMAZING - their suppli is the best thing ever!! Homebaked/Grandma’s Kitchen is a short walk up the road and its authentic American breakfast. they also have iced coffee!!! there seemed to be some black spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. I think i know what they are since Italy does not have fans to air out bathrooms during showers but I tried to ignore it. The breakfast is a true Italian one - croissants,jelly,breads, yogurt and milk. it was still nice though!
- Mumtaz (8/5): I would highly recommend staying here as it is a good location, comfortable & owner responsive. - Location is fantastic. Near restaurants, shops & laundrette. Apt was comfortable, quite clean and ample sheets, towels and extra soft pillows. Breakfast was okay with good kitchen facilities like pots and pans. Owner was very responsive to me on whatsapp as I cant speak Italian, A tip - you can actually get out through the main gate by pressing a red button by the lift rather than using your key. It was a bit cold. No instructions on how to turn on the heater. The air con remote was only offered a couple days before we left. Very difficult to find the apartment and the key box as we arrived early so contacted the owner for key box code. The apartment number is not in running order so we had a hard time finding it. And then we had a hard time finding the key box which was obscured by a wall - it looked like an electrical outlet. No instructions on how to operate the safe . the Safe box in the Shabby room did not seem to work. Soap dispenser in Shabby Room is not working. Shower is nice but really small. I am slim 50kg, 5'2" and find it quite tight esp when it came to washing my hair.

- Abdul (8/5): Excellent location. Good place to be in Rome if you are sightseeing. - Nice and clean Apartment with all the amenities. Excellent location with just a few minutes of walking to the Vatican attractions. Nearby food and mini markets just 3-5 minutes walk. I paid for the breakfast thinking that breakfast will be served and hot. What was provided was coffee maker, croissant etc. I think the owners should clearly describe it in their advert so that people don't expect that it is a served breakfast. Clearly it was an overpriced option that we did not enjoy.
