The apartment was very clean, we were welcomed very politely and the apartment owners are so helpful and nice. They baked cookies and brought wine for a kind welcome. Communication was great from the day we booked, they made it easy to ask questions etc via WhatsApp. Amazing location in the old town. The rooms overlooked the marina, with a balcony to sit and relax. It's on the right side of the old town to get into the main town, with restaurants and coffee shops only metres from the door. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. A complimentary bottle of local wine and snack was a lovely touch. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you for having us.

Os anfitriões Miko e Melita são super atenciosos e simpáticos. Minha internet estava falhando demais, logo não conseguia acessar o Google Maps, e eles me buscaram. Além disso, meu óculos de grau quebrou e Melita me emprestou um sobressalente dela. Fui recepcionada com vinho e uma tábua de frios, com produtos locais 😜. Maravilhoso. Вид с балкона шикарный на залив, яхты. Местоположение отличное: в старом городе, при этом было тихо, мы прекрасно высыпались. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов где можно покушать. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It’s also perfect for families with a baby — quiet, comfortable, and very safe. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything yet peaceful. We felt completely at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

• Katharine (9/5): Lovely Apartment, fantastic hosts. - We stayed four days in the two bedroom apartment. It is a fantastic place to stay. A lovely, comfortable apartment on edge of the old town.Beds were comfy and a great shower. Best of all is the balcony, we loved watching the boats coming and going in the marina and the sunset on the mountains. Old Town Budva is a really beautiful place, full of great little bars, restaurants and shops and a couple of beaches are a short distance away for a morning swim. Its great to stay in the Old Town and, although it's busy, we noticed that the doors to the balcony provided good sound proofing in the bedrooms. Big shout out as well to the great hosts Miko and Melita. Wine, local cheese and ham on arrival was a lovely welcome. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing to mention.

• Stefan (10/5): Unser Highlight in Montenegro - Ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, ich möchte mich hiermit nochmal bei Melita und Miko dafür bedanken. Sie sorgen dafür, dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause bei Freunden fühlt und Budva so richtig genießen kann. Gleich bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit Wein, Käse und Oliven überrascht, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben! Miko hat uns ausführlich über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Parkplätze, einfach alles informiert und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht: ein großes Schlafzimmer für 3 Personen und Klimaanlage, einen Kühlschrank und eine kleine Küche mit gemütlichem Sofa und großem Fernseher. Dazu eine schöne Terrasse mit Bepflanzung und Aussicht - das alles mitten in der Altstadt zwischen unzähligen Restaurants und mehreren Stränden in der Umgebung machte das zum Highlight unseres Urlaubs. Wir haben uns dafür mit einem kleinen Abschiedsgeschenk bedankt und können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Vi kände oss mycket välkomna och omhändertagna på rätt nivå. Lägenheten låg mycket bra till med nära till allt. Liten balkong som var mysig att sitta på och äta frukost eller eftermiddagsförfriskning. Att det saknades ett lite större bord för att äta lunch eller dylikt inne

• CJJ (10/5): - De locatie en het uitzicht vanaf het balkon waren fantastisch. Als de deur van het balkon gesloten was had je geen last van het rumoer op de boulevard dus dat was erg prettig. Appartement is ruim en voelt al snel als thuis. Je zit letterlijk in Old town dus de gezelligheid was dichtbij. Werden verwelkomt door de eigenaren (echtpaar die ook in het gebouw wonen) met een fles.wijn en kaas/vleesplank, zeer attent. De man van het echtpaar sprak ook Nederlands wat erg handig was. Zij hebben ons zeer goed geholpen met allerlei tips van parkeren tot restaurants. Nvt

She helped us with recommendations how to find the closest parking place and where the best food is served. The apartment itself is stunning, right in the heart of Budva’s charming Old Town. The location couldn’t be better — you just step-down the stairs and you are there - small charmfull passages between the buildings, full of life in the evenings, places offering delicious food and unforgetable atmosphere. When you sit on the balcony in the morning, the view on the marina and the mountains is just breathtaking. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay feel like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I DO Highly recommend to anyone visiting Budva! Thank you, Melita, for such a memorable stay!

Beach behind the old town was only c150m away and in my opinion the nicest of the local beaches. Old town is lovely, if a little hot in the middle of the day. Parking was hard to find and expensive overnight but if you’re lucky (as we were) the nearest parking is about 150m away so not too far to traipse with luggage.

Before our arrival, they actively contacted us to provide the address, and when we arrived, exhausted and dragging our suitcases, the whole family warmly welcomed us, making us feel at home. The hosts are incredibly friendly and hospitable, and their sons helped us with our luggage, immediately dissipating the fatigue of travel. It truly felt like a home in Budva. The room is very easy to find, located right at the entrance of the old town, and it faces the sea, offering stunning sea views! We were tempted to cancel our subsequent plans just to stay longer! I genuinely recommend Miko Aleksić's home to everyone, as it will make your trip to Budva truly unforgettable! Everything is perfect!

Melita and Miko were amazing owners who made us really welcome, helped us organise taxis and told us all the things we needed to know about the area. The beds were comfortable, the flat well equipped with 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed and view over the marina and mountains. The old town is pretty, we liked dinner at ‘the pasta bar’ round the corner. We’d definitely come back to this apartment if we return. Thanks for making our trip so good! nothing

Comfortable, great view from balcony, two air-condition units, washing machine, good access to everything. Really relaxing. Owners Miko and Melita very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this accommodation. Only problem is with the parking. Have to use paid parking near the shops. With daily card it's 15€ per day (for minimum 2 days) and late in the evening is problem to find empty place.

• Jane (10/5): Fantastic, only spoiled a little by the weather. - The location was perfect. The view from the balcony was stunning. Our hosts were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were met and taken to the apartment and given snacks and a bottle of wine. Would have liked a toaster to make my morning toast but found a lovely bar that did amazing pancakes so didn't miss it too much.

• David (9/5): Superb - Lovely spacious apartment with balcony, fantastic greeting on arrival hosts we're warm and generous. The location in the old town was perfect ,bus stops and taxi rank was a stone's throw away . The space aged shower cubicle and tray could do with an upgrade, shower head wouldn't stay in the holder , maybe I'm being a bit picky it's nothing really but it was a bit annoying.
• Mika (10/5): Great location and great hosts. - Location is fantastic. All needed are close like beaches, shops, old town,etc. Miko and Melita really took care that we had everything okay. They were really helpful and they made our holiday even better.

• Barjamaj (10/5): Wonderful - I visited the property with my family this September . The house is in the best location of Budva old town with an amazing view of the marina from the balcony. I woke up everyday at 6am just to enjoy the view and watch the sunrise from the across the mountains. The house itself is very clean , you can find everything you need (much more than in a hotel) the small windows of the rooms located in the house bring a wonderful breeze in, it was so relaxing. The pictures don’t do justice to this place and the feeling you get from it. Regarding the host Miko and Melita words don’t suffice me to thank them for their hospitality, they are lovely always going above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and happy to help with any suggestions for your stay. Indeed the best host I have ever met! - Can’t wait to return soon. On a last note Budva is beautiful, this location is excellent for you to walk around and visit , access to various beaches worth visiting, having a drink or just taking pictures. It was me second time in Budva, the first time I stayed in a hotel and I don’t think I had seen the real beauty of this city.
• Lily (10/5): Exceptional - Miko and Melita were wonderful hosts - before our arrival, they offered to pick us up from the bus stop and were so helpful with suggestions of where to visit and arranging transfers on our last day. The apartment itself is awesome - clean, modern, bigger than we were expecting and had an awesome view. Location is very convenient too. Miko and Melita also offer a "dinner at home" night where they cooked us some beautiful seafood which we would highly reccomend!

• Carpovici (10/5): Best accomodation in Budva with greatest hosts. - Everything was excellent: very central location, apartment having all necessary facilities ( good AC unit, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, good internet, etc...) and most important, the two most great hosts in the world, Miko and Melita ! ❤️ Any small issue is promptly being taken care by Miko and Melita, so nothing worth to mention here.
