Our room was perfectly fine, good bathroom. The villa is located in what seems to be a green oasis (private garden) in a relatively built up residential area. I need a soft pillow to sleep with and unfortunately none were on offer - only hard and flat.

Sally (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful Liberty-style villa with ample garden. It feels like you are in the country but in reality you are only a few steps from the main piazza of Terranuova. Exceptional hosts who, with their knowledge of the area and kindness, made my stay truly memorable. Terranuova is a great base for visiting the 'balze' - which are not to be missed. I liked everything!

Easy to visit both from there. Also The Mall and the Prada outlet is around the corner. The owner is very nice and helping with everything you need. Would be nice to have a Smart TV to watch some Netflix in the evening :)

Claudine (8/5): Villa with large comfy rooms and ensuites is a great base from which to explore Tuscany with a car. - Great location, very convenient for amenities. A private sanctuary cleverly tucked away yet within 5 min walk to the town square. The villa was very clean and care has been taken in modernising it. All bedrooms have modern ensuites. On-street parking is easily available and free. The host is very friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to go, things to do. She is an excellent baker and we were treated to her home made cakes and peach jam. Some really good restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The common areas (dining table and lounge area) are outdoors alfresco under shade but in the heat of summer we struggled to get comfortable. The pool was not very big and there could have been more comfortable outdoor sofas and loungers. The air conditioning in bedrooms were temperamental and seemed to go off during the night although the host did manage to address this.

Luke (10/5): peaceful getaway in a home filled w love - beautiful house and garden. it is only 30sec walk into main square of the village yet totally quiet and peaceful. the owners and her daughter super friendly, kind and helpful. I’m not a huge breakfast fan in Italy but their spread was amazing with fresh ingredients made with love…perfect short break for me and my wife xxx
Zuzanna (7/5): Good - The host was very welcoming and helpful, we got some great recommendations for the restaurants. The breakfast was nice. The view from the window - ongoing construction... No need to set an alarm, they will wake you up at 8am. It would have been nice if the hotel had warned us about this situation or offered us a room on the other side of the building (there were no other guests during our stay). Some amenities in the room would also be nice - a kettle and a mini fridge as the kitchen is off-limits except for breakfast. As for parking, it is free, but there are no reserved spaces. So it might be difficult to find a parking space on a street near the hotel.
