• Sevilla (10/5): - Die Villa war in einer Lage, wenige Minuten weg von Lamai Strand und Silver beach. Die Villa ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Kleine Küche für Frühstück kochen, Kaffee machen und Mikrowelle für die 7Eleven Gerichte zum Aufwärmen. Zwei großzügigen Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen, so eben in der Wohnzimmer + in jeden Raum ein Ventilator, auch im äußeren Bereich. Der Pool war sauber und schön. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfreiche Hosts. Wir werden sicher wieder buchen ! Alles war super
• Mike (9/5): We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Chuan Chom villa! - De slaapkamers waren ruim met eigen badkamers en het zwembad was top! Slechts een minuut rijden met de scooter naar diverse winkels, restaurants etc. Ook hebben we leuke tips gekregen van de hosts die we hebben bezocht. De hosts zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden eigenlijk niets te klagen.

• Nicole (10/5): - Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich schön. Die Ausstattung und der Pool einfach großartig. Die Kritik, dass die Badezlmmer nur einen Vorhang haben, ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Uns hat es null gestört und ausserdem befindet man sich in Thailand. Unsere Gastgeber waren wahnsinnig hilfsbereit, haben uns mit Tipps versorgt und waren zu jeder Zeit via WhatsApp erreichbar. Als ich krank wurde , sind sie sogar extra losgefahren um Medikamente zu besorgen. Wir würden die Villa immer wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Ko Samui fliegen. Gibt nichts

They took care of every detail. We ate at the restaurant of the owner's wife. She is a very high-level chef. Very delicious Thai food. She prepares everything fresh and very tasty. Highly recommend coming to the villa Please note - you have to pay for electricity. It is listed of course but still annoying. This is the only place that took money from us. We have been in Thailand for a month and have been to quite a few places. It is better to increase the price of the villa a little and not mess with the electricity meter

À seulement 5 minutes à pied, on trouve des restaurants, un 7-Eleven, un distributeur, ainsi qu’une salle de Muay Thai. Les hôtes sont vraiment gentils et très serviables. Ils nous ont donné de très bonnes adresses pour manger et découvrir de belles plages. Même lorsque nous avions besoin d’une pharmacie ou d’un médecin, ils nous ont répondu très rapidement avec les bonnes informations. Nous avons aussi utilisé Grab pour nos déplacements et pour nous faire livrer à manger, tout s’est très bien passé. Si je reviens à Koh Samui, je reprendrai sans hésiter le même logement. Rien

• Alexander (10/5): Отличная приватная вилла. - Отличная уютная небольшая вилла, действительно приватная в отличии от многих других ( вы не видите соседей, соседи не видят вас). Благодаря расположению в глубине от основной дороги нет шума машин. Главная дорога с ресторанами, 7eleven и тд в пешей доступности (10мин). До пляжа Ламай пешком минут 20, но нам он показался многолюдным и так как мы были на машине то катались на другие более безлюдные пляжи. Отличные хозяева, помогали во всех вопросах и вкусно кормили в своем ресторане Тайской кухни. Немного страшновато подниматься по лестнице ведущей в патио на второй этаж, не помешали бы дополнительные перила со стороны бассейна.

• anna (10/5): - Мы отлично провели время. Очень понравилось жильё, все удобства , частный бассейн. Чисто и очень спокойно. Хозяева дружелюбные и всегда готовы помочь. Очень советую так же посетить ресторан жены хозяина , у нее золотые руки, одни из самых лучших блюд, что мы пробовали в Тайланде. Немного далековато от пляжа пешком, но нам это пошло на пользу . На байке это вообще не проблема, мы были без него .

Vorhang, nicht so toll wenn sich Geschwister das Zimmer teilen - keine Haken für Badetücher - Strom wird extra berechnet, das gibt es ja häufiger, nicht das große Problem aber dieser Punkt wird nicht in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft aufgeführt, sondern versteckt in in einem anderen Bereich, ich finde das sollte groß in der Beschreibung stehen - zwischen 22 Uhr und 7 Uhr ist Nachtruhe ist ja auch richtig und verständlich aber als wir um 17:30 Uhr in die Unterkunft zurück kamen und die Kinder (2) in den Pool gingen und wir über Handy Musik angemacht hatten, kam paar Minuten später eine Nachricht, dass wir den Geräuschpegel senken sollten, das finde ich nicht in Ordnung

Honnêtement foncez, le rapport qualité prix est très bien également par rapport à ce que l'on peut trouver aux alentours. Juste un rangement fermée dans la cuisine, même si j'avoue que nous cuisinons peu en Thaïlande, c'est un détail...

The location meant there wasn’t really anything a walkable distance but we got grabs everywhere or you can easily hire a motorbike. The location definitely wouldn’t put me off staying again. Having own small outside pool was such a treat – perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring in absolut privacy. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the owner. Got some great recommendations and kept in regular contact for any help we needed. The villa is great with a nice small pool, comfortable rooms and living area. We found it easy enough to get bolt taxis from the villa around Samui. There were no doors on the toilets which was a little strange to us, the shower temperature flipped from hot to cold and the electricity is charged separately which can make you a little too wary of using the aircon etc. We did see this before booking but maybe there is a better way than visitors checking the meter. Apart from those small things, we had a good stay. We would go back 👍

• Ann (5/5): Beware over damage deposit or be prepared to hand over your passport. - The location was great, the rooms were comfy and the private pool was great. Being required to hand over my passport to the owner before we were allowed to stay, as we didn't have the required 20,000 bhat as a 'damage deposit'. If we hadn't paid in advance, we would have walked away. We were leaving Thailand following our stay and frankly who carries 20,000 bhat around these days? I am guessing a lot of travellers are handing over their passports as they are not aware of the damage deposit. It is not transparent on the mobile app. In the days of identity fraud, this request is neither reasonable or appropriate. The message from the owner requested that we only post positive messages on booking.com and not to post any 'sad messages' as these can be viewed negatively). We didn't like being gagged. We could cope with the leaking roof which we had to put a saucepan under and cope with the 'ding ding ding' through the night and the buzz of mosquitos through the holes in the mosquito nets, and recongise that the owner was responsive when we raised these issues. However, having our passport taken made us extremely uncomfortable and took the edge off our vacation.

• Ivy (6/5): Disappointing - rooms are nice and the villa is decent sized. the pool is quite good too. A lot. First off, location is fairly away from the main road - at least 12 to 15 minutes of walking down a fairly lonely dirt path to reach the main road or just a 7-11. If you don't have a bike, it can be a chore to walk up and down for a bottle of water. The place requires a THB20,000 deposit, something that i was unaware of when i came in because it was deep down in the T&C. No credit cards, only cash. Then the owner tried to charge me for the electricity during the stay -- it was waived off when I decided to check out after 3 nights (i had initially booked for a week). On top of that, i felt the air-con didn't work very well and I was worried i would be charged some atrocious amount if i used it as much as I needed it - even thought it was scorching hot outside. I was initially charged for water bottles, also waived off in the end. Not a single person came to clean the room in the time I spent there. No dining options on site btw, so you definitely need transportation to go around. In the end, i was just glad to leave.

The host was very communicative and helpful, the villa was clean and well-furnished, and the pool was perfect to dip into on a hot day! I would definitely recommend staying here :) Side note: as mentioned in other comments, the host's wife has a Thai restaurant that is worth trying! They deliver to the villa via Grab/Foodpanda if you're not up for the walk - I had a prawn Pad Thai delivered and it was delicious and fresh!
• Laura (10/5): Gorgeous villa and great stay! - Great villa, super spacious inside and has everything you could need for a relaxing stay on Koh Samui. Easy to get everywhere with a motorbike or if you’re up for walking, a short stroll into lamai which we did a good few times ourselves. Felt very at home here and the owners are lovely- happy to help with everything and give great recommendations too. We really enjoyed cooling off in the pool everyday and slept soundly at night as really peaceful surroundings. Extra bonus that we were able to get our laundry picked up and dropped off right at the villa! Thanks for a great stay : )

Villa is very pretty and pool and outside area was stunning. Both bedrooms very well decorated and lounge is comfortable too. Hosts were really helpful and gave lots of advice of what to do in the area. You MUST go and try Tat’s cooking at her nearby restaurant! Best Thai food we have ever had! Beds are pretty hard as they are floating beds- probably only suitable for a few nights

Pool is cleaned daily and the aircos works perfectly in every room. You also get some fruit for your arrival, you have a coffee machine and a equiped kitchen as well. A motorbike is necessary and you can arrange this with the hosts. The hosts are really very friendly and very attentive which made my stay in the villa even more enjoyable. They really help you out with everything (transport, practicalities, etc. ...) Would definitely recommend this one having done a lot of villa's here, this is a great value for money/price/quality ! The villa and privacy is great ... obviously you need some driving to get to the beach (motor bike) - but it is close to all requirements like super market, etc.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Alles wie auf den Bildern - da fällt mir wirklich nichts ein, worüber ich meckern könnte. Sehr guter Zustand, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Klar - liegt nicht direkt am Strand, aber dieser ist mit Auto oder Moped schnell erreicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich mit Tips zur Umgebung. Wenn ich denn unbeding was bemäkeln will wird es schwierig :-) - einzig der Safe könnte nach meinem Geschmack etwas grösser sein, ein iPad oder Kamera passt da nicht rein. Ansonsten hatte ich einen super Aufenthalt.
