Joan (9/5): Wonderful Staff - Wonderful staff, they all went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay, and met our special requests with great kindness and consideration. Shower curtain allowed water to seep underneath, making floor very slippery. Also a lot of fragrance or incense was used in the property.

The rooms were spotless, the bathroom was well organized and the beds were quite large and comfortable. The gym was quite handy and their restaurant and breakfast area was to die for. Will definitely stay again if I’m back in Ahmedabad.

Shashi (9/5): Comfortable and relaxing - The property is centrally located in a very calm and quiet location. We could access all the places specially law garden for quick shopping and street food. Our room was very clean and well maintained and it was very comfortable. All the staff are very kind and cooperative. Especially one staff ( from asansol), I forgot to ask his name while checking out. He was kind enough to remind us early morning regarding out early check out to catch bus and also packed us breakfast for the trip as we were leaving early. I will definitely book here again if i visit Ahmedabad in future. To be honest there was nothing that i could highlight here. It was really good

Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Food is a little expensive but with delicious taste. I would like to visit again. The room size is a little small however manageable.
Hitesh (10/5): Good Experience and Value for Money - Staff was cordial, and they are very respectable Best part was we were travelling most of time, hence Hotel Manager packed us an early morning breakfast to go (This is bit rare in my experience someone would do this) Cleaning staff did a good job to clean our room all days of our stay I found rooms were bit small for 2 people, walking space was an issue, though there were 2 chairs and small table, but bed took most of the space Hotel food is fine (In-room dining), you may have to check Oil and butter level for me it was high, hence if you specify this in advance it would be better

Unfortunately rooms are not soundproof. However, was so tired that we managed to sleep well. Beds are very comfortable.

Nil was very welcoming and made sure the check-in process was done perfectly. Gave information about local area and communicated very well regarding all facilities. The room although small was well equipped with essentials. The aesthetic light outside the window was too bright, but was switched off later at night. Could not sleep early with the curtains open due to this (had to catch an early flight). The concierge who showed the room was good and helpful. The size of the room was small but that is not a major problem as it always depends on building/structural design. Perfect for one night stays. Restaurant staff needs more training on how to behave around guests. They were communicating very loudly with each other. It was not pleasant. A smile goes a long way! Did not notice when I left the restaurant after meals even though I was the only guest there. A big contrast from front office staff.

Srivastava (10/5): Pleasant and Comfortable Stay - Very nice and cozy property. Rooms are designed beautifully. Really liked the interiors. It is like a boutique property bang right in the centre of the city. Staff was very helpful, gave me a few suggestions on where to shop and places to see. Overall a great feel at the property.
