• md (4/5): below expectation because of the i=unfinished work. - N/A Renovations should be completed before letting the property, garage lock had wrong key, had to drill the lock to find it was full of building material, simply think it unfair to let property while renovations are being done.
• Kerry (9/5): We enjoyed a relaxing time in the unit simply gazing at the ocean! - We collected the keys from the agency - a smooth process. Drop off of keys was equally smooth. Loved the location - couldn't be better. The seating and furniture arrangement was awkward. The round "coffee table" is too big for the area maybe? There is little space in the "main"/double-bed bedroom for unpacking or storing a suitcase. Fortunately, there were only 2 of us in the unit so we could utilise the second bedroom.

• Wianca (7/5): - Location and view exceptional The parking is in a garage, no open parking really. If you have a bigger vehicle you will struggle getting in and out of parking and garage door wont close. The unit is outdated but good. Other than the parking the view of number 14 is exceptional.
• Vishay (5/5): Misleading booking details - The view was amazing and being so close to the beach. The flat was relatively clean. There were some.issues Kitchen was a little dirty when we arrived. Some bowels and plates still had some food stains. Kitchen is very small. The fridge was not cleaned. There was some leftover food from other people. The bedding smelt funny There were no mirrors in the rooms There was no wash basin in the second bathroom Six people were using the 1 basin to wash hands after toilet use and only 1 hand towel was provided for 6 people to use over 3.5 days! The no towel change policy for people checking in on Thursday and checking out on Friday is ridiculous The first night the geyser burst and the next morning we had the plumber coming in and working on the geyser and toilet, so we had no privacy and no use of the facilities The toilets.should have been maintained before guests arrived The toilet doors.do not have locks The.website.does not.mention how many stairs we have to climb to access the unit. It is not elderly friendly Its a 6 sleeper but only 1 parking space is available for the unit, the website does not mention this The unit is clearly catering for a family with small kids. This must be made clear on the website

• Leigh Clarke (7/5): Beautiful View, Unit needs upgrading - The view was absolutely amazing. You are right on the beach The sliding door was difficult to open, needed new rails, the bedding, curtains and lounge seemed old and outdated. The walls in the main bedroom were dirty and the garage is tiny ( Very tight fit for a SUV).
• Charne (8/5): Great stay - Great Location, friendly cleaning service With a toddler and a hip injury, the steep sand path to the beach was a bit tricky. A good staircase would be ideal
• Sarit (2/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION! - This accommodation should not be available to book on Expedia/Hotels.com. It has been sold and is no longer available. We were stranded without accommodation when we arrived to check in at 21:00.

• Connieg (7/5): Overall our stay was good exept for the few hiccups we had to overcome. - The location was good. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach The fact that some of the locks did not work and some key was broken. A swimming pool would have been welcome and electricity was off for 2 and a half days without us being notified. The only light that were rechargeable did not have a cable to charge it with.

• Cecilea (6/5): Great view, below average accommodation - We only liked being beachfront and having a lovely sea view. 1. The furniture was old, dirty and uncomfortable 2. None of the cutlery and kitchen utensils matched and some were dirty. 3. The fridge did not work and we had to fix it (plug was lose- could have started a fire) 4. Upon arrival the main bedroom window fell out and when we reported it; we never received a response and they sent someone to fix it while we were not at the property without informing us- we had valuables in our bags and we feel that our privacy was invaded 5. The bathrooms especially the showers were dirty and mould was present. The curtains were dirty 6. No network service on our devices to make or receive calls/ we brought our own wifi and still nothing worked

• Juan (8/5): We brought home memories of fun, happiness and peace that will lead us to return - Location is exceptional, security is good and the layout of the unit is convenient Door locks need lubrication, being sea side they tend to accumulate rust and are slightly tight. Q20 or WD 40 will help loosen them up .

• Rene (6/5): THE SEAVIEW IS BEAUTIFUL BEST THNING ABOUT THIS PLACE - N/A NO DISHWASHER AS ADVERTISED, TAPS LEAKED, NOT MODERN FOR THE PRICE WE PAID, SMALL GARAGE AND PARKINGS, TV WAS A STRUGGLE EVERY DAY TO SWITCH ON, NOT MANY CHANNELS TO WATCH IT IS VERY INCONVENIENCE WHEN YOU TRAVEL AS 4 ADULTS AND ONLY ONE REMOTE TO THE GATES, I HAD TO ASK FOR NEW BEDDING, CAN SEE THE PLACE IS NOT WELL MAINTAINED OLD PAINTINGS, NOT MANY KJITCHEN UTENCILS TO COOK PROPERLY,

• Frances (8/5): Great location, wish it had air con. or better fans - The location was excellent, right on the beach so we could watch the waves breaking from our rooms We had a good patio and were given a new stainless steel braai when we let the owners know that the old one had collapsed. Very friendly neighbours too who helped when we got stuck More instructions about opening gates would have been helpful. The property is a bit "tired" in part but new fittings are being installed. The sea air has caused some items to rust, but this seems unavoidable.
• Anonymous (3/5): Poor - the location, the view and the beach access. it was very dated, the things were all extremely old and worn out, some of the furniture was quite dusty.
• Stephanie (8/5): Very good - The location is right on the beach. Stunning views. The house needed a little more detailed cleaning ..this was however quickly rectified by the cleaning company the next day.

It is false marketing as the place is called Boulders. i spent 30 minutes driving up and down Compensation beach road before finally discovering that the complex is called Boulders and another next door called Coral cove. Maybe just unit number 4 is called Azure Cove
