- KLEIN (8/5): Nous avons été bien reçus, bien renseignés et la situation en centre est pratique et agréable, BRAVO - La collation mise à disposition était variée. L'espace adapté était bien achalandé et disponible 24h/24h. L'accueil en français était très apprécié , bravo aussi pour la disponibilité, les informations complémentaires et la réactivité . Nous avons trouvé pratique la possibilité d'avoir un parking à proximité , à un prix convenable. L'emplacement au centre est parfait et proche de la gare mais isolé du bruit. La chambre avait une petite terrasse mais pas de fenêtre, dommage mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir .

- Christine (8/5): - Excellent accueil, avec toutes les infos nécessaires pour visiter La Spezia et ses environs. Logement atypique, joliment décoré ce qui donne une ambiance particulière. Il y a une cuisine commune où on peut avoir des boissons chaudes et de quoi préparer un petit déjeuner dans chaque chambre. Emplacement parfait pour visiter et faire du shopping. Chambre donnant sur la rue piétonne, donc bruyante, ce qui peut être gênant.

I proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno facilitato al massimo l'accesso alla struttura e fornito numerose utili indicazioni per il nostro pur breve soggiorno.

- Marta (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente, prácticamente al lado de la estación de tren y en el casco antiguo, pero muy tranquilo para descansar, no se oía ruido.

Немного шумно вечерами, но это даже плюс: чувствуешь атмосферу и настроение города. От вокзала 10-15 минут пешком. Столько же до набережной и порта. Рядом супермаркеты, кафе, рестораны буквально в том же доме. Дом старинный, но в подъезде есть лифт, что очень удобно для перевозки багажа. Номера - произведение искусства. Я посмотрела все номера в отеле, которые были открыты, и все они разные, но каждый оформлен с большой любовью в собственном стиле. Мой был в морском. На стенах нарисованы кораллы и приклеены ракушки, волшебный музыкальный фонарь-проектор запускает разноцветных рыбок на потолок и стены. В номере есть холодильник. Хороший wi-fi. Удобная кровать. Большая ванная комната в номере. Есть общая обеденная зона, где можно выпить кофе или чай с печеньем. Сотрудник Дарио встречает гостей и проводит, можно сказать, экскурсию по отелю. Рассказывает подробно, что посмотреть в городе и куда поехать из города в короткое путешествие. И дарит каждому гостью буклет отеля с картой побережья. За что ему отдельное спасибо! Немного темновато в номере. В общей зоне не работала кухонная плита, хотя она есть. Хотелось бы хотя бы СВЧ-печь, чтобы можно было подогреть еду.

La chambre de devant très bruyante vu le passage dans la rue piétonne ! La meilleure chambre au fond avec une belle décoration faite par le propriétaire. Le petit déjeuner est compris mais pas de produits frais ! Dommage ! Literie moyenne.

Gli arredi creavano un'atmosfera calda e rilassante, rendendo il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Inoltre, il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile, facendo in modo che ogni nostra esigenza fosse soddisfatta. - silvia (9/5): Localização e Recepção nota 10 - O anfitrião Dario foi muito cordial, nos acompanhou até o estacionamento (pago, mas próximo) e indicou os pontos de interesse na cidade. O quarto temático tb foi interessante, além da cozinha disponível na área comum. Para o nosso gosto, o colchão era muito mole.
