• Monica (10/5): Great value for long term stays and genuinely kind hospitality - Me gustó que está ubicado en una calle muy tranquila, cerca de restaurantes y cafés y de la zona Ninman donde hay boutiques encantadoras. El administrador, Watt, fue muy amable siempre y muy atento organizando tours, y en general, brindando información y ayuda. El servicio de limpieza me pareció mejor que en hoteles más caros. La ropa de cama es de la mejor calidad, siempre tuve una abundancia de toallas limpias. Cada día me dejaron 2 botellas de agua de medio litro en envase de vidrio. Otro atractivo es que el servicio de café/té estuvo disponible 24h. Con acceso a microondas y vajilla. Otra bondad es la señora Mu que tiene un puesto de comida junto al hotel. Me atendió con una alegría genuina y deliciosos platos típicos por dólar y medio! Me hizo falta clóset y repisas para mi ropa y mis cosas, pero me prestaron una silla que me sirvió de porta maletas

• Thea (9/5): Had a really great stay overall. The location was a particular highlight, the Nimman area was great, really vibey and tr - Great location. About a 10 minute walk to Nimman Road and relatively near the old town. The manager was very friendly and knowledgable and always eager to help. Down a really quiet road, which was perfect after a busy few days in Bangkok. The bed sheets were slightly dirty when we arrived, but other than that no complaints at all :).

Would like to return to this hotel on my next visit. - Friendly welcome as soon as you arrive as the name says Friends & Family, great location as it is very close to the old town, you can use the bicycles provided by the hostel which is great, coffee and tea available in the morning which is a great start for your day, convenient location in terms of eat out, restaurants, bakeries, bars. none

• Lars (8/5): Cozy hostel well worth the money - A cozy hostel well worth the money. It is in a nice location in Chiang Mai, and is well run by an owner that was easy to communicate with. The hostel is clean and the room is nice, well worth it.

• Ron (8/5): quite place and good hostel but far - nice room and staff , comfortable bed there is f plus f hostel and hotel , got to the hotel before and had to take a second ride , the location of the hotel far from the central (more than 25 min from the tourists central , for the old city center is 20 min minimum)

• Ladiina (6/5): Better organizing next time - The location is very strategic, nearby to many cafes, restaurants and the mall. The area very quite. The wifi speed is great. The AC work very well, there is mini fridge and the room is quite clean. Also the owner was nice. The wall is not thick enough, so i can hear someone snore throughout the night (i can bear with that considering the price i pay) The water heater didn’t work twice, he tried it a minute, and work and didn’t work again. When I arrived nobody there even on the booking i already specify on the special request that i will arrive in the morning. I didn’t book the room last minute, i booked it from 8 September. The check-in was late. Supposed to be at 2pm but they just start cleaning the room at 2pm. because lack of staff. But it could have been avoided by organizing schedule better next time. Giving excuse because it was sunday its not the answer. Hopefully the service will improve later because there is a potential to this place
