• Dr.Manoj (7/5): A family friendly hotel. - The rooms are spacious and offer a pleasant view of the ocean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to look after every need. Good breakfast. The entrance alley to the hotel is not very eye appealing (out of the hotel's control). The balcony doors and window pane locks require improvement, and the shower pressure is low too.

Das Hotel ist offen gestaltet und es weht einem ein angenehmer Windstoß entgegen,wenn man aus dem Zimmer kommt. Das Hotel kann dafür nicht,aber es gibt sehr viele Moskitos überall! Leider gibt es keine Netze und die Fenster und Türen sind auch nicht ganz geschlossen,weshalb man ständig Moskitos um sich hat. Das Badezimmer bzw die Kanalisation riechen nicht sehr gut.

• Branden (8/5): Mooi begin voor ons avontuur! - Vriendelijk personeel die je graag een praatje met je maakt. Mooie ruime kamer met een goed werkende airco. Je kan op 10 min afstand en leuke boot tour doen. De accommodatie kan dit voor je regelen voor een eerlijke prijs. Daarnaast ook gebruik gemaakt van de shuttelservice. Heel veel muggen 😅

Śmierdziało z łazienki, brak czajnika, szklanek, wody nie bylo nic. Miał byc telewizor też nie było (to Nas akurat mało interesuje ale chodzi o sam fakt) lampka nocna stała jeszcze owinięta w folię ale bez żarówki. Zdjęcia to przekładanie. Łazienka jeszcze gorsza od pokoju smród brud grzyb. Najgorszy nasz nocleg na Sri Lance. Cena kompletnie nie adekwatna do warunków.

Le petit déjeuner était excellent. nous sommes restés 2 nuits, La salle de bain hyper sale, a donner envie de vomir, pas du tout de pression pour l'eau, un mince filet d'eau. l hôtel , un vaisseau spatial en voie de perdition, pas de wi fi dans les chambres, juste à la réception. autour de la piscine juste 4 à 5 transats pour tout l hôtel, nous pensions prendre du bon temps avant de prendre notre avion de retour, raté, nous avons du aller sur la plage et réserver un transat là bas.

• Laura (4/5): No thank you - Pool vorhanden, Man konnte das Meer von Balkon sehen Dreckiges Badezimmer (Duschwand und amaturen fleckig, offensichtlich wurde nicht geputzt), Zimmer dreckig, wir bekamen nur 1 Handtuch statt 2, Bett war nicht richtig gemacht, kein mosquito Netz, laute Klimaanlage, vieles wirkte super alt und ist stark in die Jahre gekommen ohne, dass man das Hotel gepflegt hat. Dafür bezahlt man einen stolzen Preis, wir kommen nicht wieder - gibt viel schönere Unterkünfte in der Umgebung.

Badkamer ook goed, water soms wat lauw. uitzicht op zee en ontbijt was erg lekker vrij veel muggen toen wij er waren, maar wrs gevolg van regenval daarvoor. wel met wierook om overlast te voorkomen meer ligbedden bij het zwembad en wat meer aankleden met leuke planten.

Aggiungerei dello yogurt al tutto La doccia non funzionava, non usciva abbastanza acqua e ho trovato uno scarafaggio in camera appena arrivata. Inoltre il bagno era tenuto malissimo e la camera era poco curata. Per la stessa cifra penso sia possibile trovare di meglio. Mi dispiace perché la posizione è ottima e lo staff è gentilissimo. Forse ho trovato una stanza sfortunata

• Jürgen (7/5): Einfache, saubere Unterkunft in Airport-nähe - Late Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert, netterweise durften wir dann auch später frühstücken. Transfer zum Airport ist kurz. Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft in Sri Lanka. Die Zimmer waren sauber, an sich etwas zu teuer für das was.man bekommt.

Nos quedamos al inicio y final de viaje por su proximidad al eropuerto. La primera vez la habitación estaba algo más deteriorada y no había agua caliente.

• Joris (7/5): Direct kennismaken met een typisch sri lankaanse badkamer - Vriendelijk personeel, lekker zwembad om af te koelen. In de badkamer stonk het nogal en er waren maar 3 ligbedjes bij het zwembad.

Te cobran DOBLE suplemento respecto al precio de reserva… La ubicación está entre la zona turística de Negombo y la ciudad, necesitas transporte para moverte Tuvimos que pedir cambio de sábanas y almohada por manchas y moho, aunque las cambiaron sin problema por otras limpias. Por la noche una cucaracha enorme apareció en la cama mientras dormíamos.

• Eva-Maria (5/5): Geht besser - Nettes Personal Frühstück: Eivariante wählbar (Omelett, Spiegelei) und Früchteteller Fotos entsprechen nicht mehr den Gegebenheiten! Frühstück war ok,, Pool klein aber ok, Leiter allerdings grenzwertig, nicht sicher, zuerst kaputte Klima gehabt, direkt neben den Slums, Strand seeehr verdreckt u zugemüllt, kein direkter Zugang. Dafür viel zu teuer!!
• Chevallier (8/5): - Séjour de 3 jours qui s’est bien passé. Hôtes accueillants et souriants. Grande chambre avec clim et balcon vue mer. L’emplacement est bien à 5 minutes à pied de restaurants. Besoin de tuk tuk pour se déplacer et visiter la ville, les alentours. Facilement trouvable sur Pick me ou dans la rue. Petit déjeuner simple et bon. Point négatif du séjour eau froide pour la douche le soir et beaucoup de moustiques à la piscine.

• Floor (8/5): - Hele ontspannen plek om onze reis te beginnen, in een rustig deel van Negombo.
• Annemarie (7/5): Okay, aber... - Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Personal al höflich und zuvorkommend. Es gab Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Ne funktionierende, einstellbare Aircon und einen Kühlschrank sowie einen (sauberen, geruchlosen) Kleiderschrank - was eine absolute Seltenheit in dem Preissegment scheint. Keine Affen, keine Schaben oder Bedbugs bemerkt. Es tut mir echt leid, weil ich weiss wie sehr die Existenzen der Menschen hier davon abhängen. Im Gesamten hatten wir den Eindruck; alles war schick und dann kam Covid dazwischen und es hats einfach nicht geschafft sich wieder aufzuraffen. Wir haben die Einfahrt erst beim 3. Versuch gefunden. Das Schild ist nicht beleuchtet und unauffällig. Dann das doch Recht verwahrloste Haus direkt davor mit der sehr schmalen Einfahrt gibt einem kein gutes Gefühl, noch denkt man dahinter das Hotel zu erreichen. Im Gesamten mangelts an Sauberkeit. Dicke Spinnweben in den Zimmerecken, ne Dusche bei der man die Wasserstrahlen die aus dem Duschkopf plätschern, zählen kann (so 10 von vielleicht 60) weil völlig zugesetzt und wackelig. Ein nach Knoblauch und Schimmel müffelnder Kühlschrank. Ärgerlich war für uns, dass wir den Balkon am Abend nahezu nicht nutzen konnten. Naja doch, die Wäsche war ratzfatz trocken, da die Klimaanlage ihre Abluft direkt auf den Balkon ballert. Wir saßen dann unten im geschlossenen "Restaurant" und haben haben uns von den Moskitos fressen lassen, die sich schamlos in der Überlaufrinne vom Pool vermehren. Die Poolleiter ist sehr wackelig, bedarf dringend einer Reparatur und ist für Kinder dadurch kaum nutzbar. Ebenso mangelts auch hier an Sauberkeit. Das Wasser war schon sehr trüb. Die neben dem Pool befindliche Toilette roch unangenehm nach Urin und ist ne Mücken-Brutstätte. Ein bedrückende Gefühl vermittelt einem die Aussicht vom Poolbereich nach Oben aufs Hotel. Da ist nämlich nicht allzu Viel, außer ner mittlerweile angegangenen Bauruine. Im Gesamten, ganz okay für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise aber mehr halt dann auch nicht.
• Myrthe (6/5): Goed verblijf om je reis in Sri Lanka te starten. - Mogelijkheid om je tuktuk veilig te parkeren. Een proper zwembad. Straat met veel eetgelegenheden. Ruime kamer met airco. Vriendelijk personeel. Er zijn te weinig ligstoelen aanwezig. Graag meer variatie in het ontbijt (bv. Type eitje, fruitsap,...). Desondanks hebben wij van het ontbijt genoten. Rioolgeur in de badkamer! Met als gevolg ook in de kamer. Jammer van het vele afval op de straten en stranden (overal in Sri Lanka). Taxi werd aangeboden. Deze hebben wij genomen. Dit kostte ons 15USD. Wat volgens ons veel te veel is. Maar de taxichauffeur was zeer vriendelijk en contacteerde ons via Whatsapp.

• Judith (1/5): Nos entraron a robar estando la habitación cerrada con llave - La ubicación del hotel es buena, está cerca de varios puntos de interés y es de fácil acceso. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa por un hecho gravísimo: nos entraron a robar a la habitación, la cual estaba cerrada con llave y sin señales de haber sido forzada. Se llevaron todo el dinero en efectivo que traíamos, lo que claramente indica que quien entró tenía acceso a la habitación de forma irregular. Lo peor fue que, al reportarlo de inmediato al personal del hotel, no se hicieron responsables ni mostraron interés en ayudarnos a esclarecer lo ocurrido. Su respuesta fue evasiva y no ofrecieron ningún tipo de apoyo, ni siquiera para hacer una denuncia formal. Nos sentimos completamente desprotegidos e ignorados. No recomendaría este lugar bajo ninguna circunstancia, ya que no solo fallaron en garantizar la seguridad, sino también en brindar una atención mínima ante una situación tan delicada.

Además, alquilamos un tuktuk en una empresa que estaba a 10 minutos andando así que nos vino genial. Los dueños son muy hospitalarios y amables. Es un hotel sencillo, pero está bien para el precio que pagas.

I would recommend it if u have had a long trip and want to rest in negombo before heading downtown.. Restaurants are walking distance For this budget it's very good 👍 The place needs a fresh touch

• Senthome (8/5): Personnel très accueillant - Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique, chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner était très bon Bien placé Manque de rangements en général La porte de la douche ne se fermait que de l'extérieur
• FAZANY (8/5): Very peaceful stay - The rooms were very clean and comfortable,small but nice pool,you can feel the sea breeze and the staffs are amazing Only the entrance doesn’t give good feel other than that all good
