• Y7301XPmiak (2/5): 😥 - Rooms are NOT what they look like! Ripped curtains, blocked sink, toilet didn't flush but the worst was the customer service. Rude and offensive. The customer is NOT right! But they did have air condition.

• traveller2australia (8/5): Great place and location - We have stayed here a few times over the last 8 years - easy to find, handy to harbour carpark (even if it sometimes takes a couple of 'drive arounds' to find a spot), tavernas and old town. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds, and from what we have found, most rooms have balconies. Breakfast is good, with fresh orange juice if desired. Small problem on checkout this time even though credit card details given months before when booked - we had to wait almost 1/2 hour to have our payment 'processed' and add a signature when we needed to head off and drive to Monemvasia. Would stay again though - a minor hiccup.

Close to restaurants, shopping and sites.With that comes noise though..we had 4 rooms and 2 of them were on located where there was music below tat actually vibrated into the rooms along with loud music late at night. The management were nice people. The breakfast was below average for what I have experienced elsewhere in Napflio for the same price. More of a continental than full breakfast with very small variety. We almost checked out on day 2 of our 3 night stay as there was no hot water to shower with, but the problem was resolved when we complained. The price is fair but I won't stay there again.

• Gos18 (10/5): Really cool hotel to stay for a quick getaway! - Nice, clean and with super stylish balconies room overlooking some cute streets. Really friendly staff, amazing location, tasty breakfast.. all this is worth recommending! Beautiful city with lots to see and good shopping.

• Voyage53474766182 (8/5): Latini Family Hotel - A clean, neat and well appointed room. Nice balcony with view of courtyard and church. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is situated in a good location on the edge of the core of the city. Good access to walking, jogging path just one block from the water. Parking can be a challenge in the harbor area but we were able to find a space without too long of a wait. The breakfast could use some improvement - would be great to include fresh fruit, yogurt. Nevertheless a good value in a lovely city.

• haik2 (2/5): Family holiday - We booked a triple room and on our arrival were given a double room with a bed crammed next to ours were they expected my 14 year old to sleep. Owner was absolutely rude and said that was our room. Moved us the next day because we complained to a triple room, with no apology or remorse. The only thing nice about that hotel was Ms Voula who made our breakfast and cleaned our room.

Вечером при открытой балконной двери в комнате воняло едой, видимо из соседних ресторанов. Комната достаточно маленькая, мебель старенькая. Купальники сушить негде. Персонал приятный. Завтрак вполне себе сносный: хлопья с молоком, круассаны, джемы, сырный пирог, чай, кофе, сок. Вайфай слабый.

• Betteloc (8/5): Perfect location - This friendly hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old town. The view from the balcony was lovely. The room was clean and one of the larger rooms during my trip. Unfortunately the bathroom door was broken which wasn't too much of a problem, but there was a feeling that the place could do with a little bit of care. I woke up with a slightly stiff neck the first morning and found more comfortable pillows in the cupboard. The breakfast was very nice and a great deal of care was given to personalising it.

• simina_CA (6/5): perfect location with great potential - PROS: location: perfect !!! in old town, near the water and shore lane with palm trees staff: nice and friendly (thanks, Ivanela !) the room: overall, ok; big enough and clean; the view from our room was wonderful bathroom: clean and functional (needs some little repairs to be done) breakfast = tasty and fulfilling, very friendly and welcoming breakfast lady (efcharisto poly, Ioula ! - sorry if I got the name wrong) CONS: the room is in need of a few repairs and updating !!! (this was actually a disappointing surprise) the balcony: the wooden blinds were broken, cracked, badly peeled; the railing was way too rusty the room: tv and mini-fridge are a joke; no phone, or clock; the door didn't stay shut (only locking it with the key) I think they started renovating though. The ground floor, with the reception and breakfast area, looks updated and recently renovated, with nice artistic touch, very cozy and pleasant. With some TLC, this cozy hotel could become a real gem.
• Alexandr (10/5): Отель соответствующий самому красивому городу - Красиво, уютно, расположение шикарное. Мы жили в мансарде на 3 этаже, комната огромная и с двумя балконами, вид с них просто супер. Мебель новая, стильная, из недостатков- сложно заносить багаж на 3 этаж без лифта, перебои горячей воды, а ещё на площади была какая-то тусовка в субботу и было сильно слышно музыку до глубокой ночи. Но это никак не порти впечатление об отеле, я бы всем посоветовала здесь останавливаться, тк это очень атмосферное место и добавляет шарма и удовольствия от пребывания в самом красивом городе Греции.

• Michal (6/5): Not as expected - The room was small and definitely needs renovation. Especially the bathroom! We were feeling uncomfortable to take a shower (mushrooms on the ceiling and the shower curtain). Don't trust the pictures, they were done long time ago or strongly photoshoped.On the other hand, the lady that was hosting us the 4 mornings of our stay was just lovely! The location is great, in the center of the old town. If we come back to Nafplio we will definitely not stay at the same hotel

They were helpful solving some of our concerns. But the room was small, the shower head holder broken and the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. With just a little help our stay would have been more comfortable.

We stayed in room 203 and the hairdryer didn't work!! Breakfast was very basic continental. Nafpolio was a beautiful place and will definitely return.

• KristenLund (6/5): Disappointed - We booked through hotels.com and found that the rooms pictured were incorrect. The staff helped move us to a better room on the third day which helped a lot!!! However, the hotel is generally run down with a loud nightclub on close proximity and the room is not what we expected at all. The high points are the location, the staff and that it is clean. For us though, it was not enough. We thought we were booking an apartment but there is not any kind of kitchen or even water boiler. We would rather pay a bit more for a nicer place (or an actual apartment) so we would not chose to stay here again. The pictures are of the room we moved to which is called the Suite (according to the staff).
• Kristen (6/5): Disappointed - We are a family of 5 with three kids under 7. Upon arrival we were shown to the “apartment” we had booked. This was in fact two small adjoining rooms connected by a door. When we spoke to the staff, we were told that Hotels.com had labeled the rooms incorrectly for the pictures. The room we thought we had booked was their “suite”. They said they could move us to the suite on our third day. I did sincerely appreciate this! The bigger room was much better, quieter (further from night club) and had room for the kids to play a bit. High points: location, nice staff, clean Low points: small rooms, run down, hard beds, loud night club (music ended at 7AM). I really want to give a good review but I am afraid I cannot. The staff were great but it didn’t outweigh the needs of our family and the fact that this place should refurbish a bit (new textiles, modern TVs without taped in batteries, better beds....). There are no “apartment” type rooms and really that is what we needed and expected. We will not stay here again

• Gregor (10/5): - Sehr hübsches kleines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Nafplio, fast direkt am Hafen, für uns im Oktober war es auch kein Problem am Hafenparkplatz einen Platz zu finden. Trotz der Altstadtlage einfach zu finden. Eine für uns ideale Lage, so richtig mittendrin! Sehr netter, familiärer Service, gutes Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Marmeladen, Croissants und Blätterteigtasche mit Feta. Man muss sich klar darüber sein, das das Hotel im Trubel der Altstadt liegt, mit vielen Tavernen, Cafes, Livemusik und entsprechendem Nachtleben. Wenn man das mag ist es eine perfekte Bleibe, die auch nicht zu teuer ist. Die Familienzimmer sind für eine 4 köpfige Familie ideal. Sehr empfehlen können wir die Taverne Bycantino, eine Taverne wo auch Griechen essen - das beste Essen das wir in Griechenland diesmal gegessen haben! Das Nafplio eine bezaubernde Stadt ist, in der vor allem auch gerne die Athener sich erholen, muss ja kaum erwähnt werden, oder?
• MikeLiebke (10/5): - Gutes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt mit Aussicht auf den Hafen Nafplio. Positiv: Das Zimmer war gut und sehr geräumig. Sympathisch! Minikühlschrank (mit kleinen Getränken). Für den Preis ein gutes solides Hotel. Allein die Matratzen waren überdurchschnittlich gut (fest - nicht durchgelegen; wie es der Orthopäde empfiehlt). WLAN hat immer funktioniert. Scheinbar Probleme mit dem Provider (Anfangs kein Internet). Personal sehr freundlich und engagiert. Frühstück war im üblichen Umfang, selbstgemachte Marmeladen und griechische Teigtaschen incl. Negativ: Hotel liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, besonders an Wochenenden etwas laut (Partyzone). Anfahrt (mit Navi) schwierig. Mit "Parkplätze vorhanden" sind öffentliche (kostenfreie) Parkplätze gemeint. Das kann auch mal ein Glücksspiel werden.

We were there in mid October. Can’t imagine it in high season. Hotel lacks an elevator, but owners are friendly. Breakfast is a bit abbreviated but adequate and fresh. Q
• pancakealley (8/5): Lovely friendly hosts, great breakfast, brilliant location - We had a really enjoyable a day right in the centre of nafplio, with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was super. The room was a bit noisy on a weekend night, so worth asking for a quiet room if it bothers you.
• 661coryc (8/5): Lovely - My boyfriend and I just stayed in the top floor suite. It was spacious with a commanding view of Nafplio’s harbor. Breakfast was scrumptious and generously portioned. The staff were warmand helpful.Things to bear in mind are that the ceiling over the bed in the suite is a bit low and the steps leading to the rooms are abundant and in places very narrow. Having said that, I was able to make it up and down the 4 flights to the top room each day, but that took some patience and (a lot of help) from my boyfriend.I should underscore that the staff offered several times to move us to a ground floor room or help in whatever other way we needed.Overall, we felt lucky to be staying at the Latini.
• Gayle (8/5): Latini Family perfect for Families! - Vassilis Was very thoughtful in answering my messages in advance of our arrival. As we arrived later than we thought, he stayed in touch. As I was travelling with my twenty so,ehting kids, the triple worked well for us with two rooms and two bathrooms, great for families. Wifi was available in rooms.Lovely breakfast. Nice location. Heads up- if you are driving and parking- the google directions are incorrect, caused us to drive an extra hour trying to figure it. There are many one way or no car streets. Park on the main road and walk in. Don;t trust the google map.
• GaryJ45 (8/5): Great location and friendly staff - Perfectly located for the sea front and shops, but not so close as to be noisy at night. Parking isn't available on site but the free port parking areas are a short walking distance away. Staff were always friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. We had two room, the room on the first floor was of a decent size with a spacious balcony, the room on the second floor was much smaller and the balcony was tiny.

• 130ramild (10/5): Very nice Hotel! - We stay for 3 nignts, everything was very good. Host Ula very friendly and lovely. Very beutiful place, near to all popular cafe and bar's, close to the sea. Next time we will chosee this place again.
