• DAVID (2/5): - Unfriendly office staff... not at all welcoming. Exposed wire on power strip was a fire hazard. Hard bed with extra large neck-breaking pillows. Rolled up a towel for a pillow instead. Worst of all… bugs and ants! Lots and lots of ants! Booked for three nights… wanted to leave immediately. Checked out after first night… On a positive note, Seven Eleven on first floor of building was convenient. Security guard was pleasant (much more so than office staff). Easy access to beach.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - We stayed at The Rocco Condominium in Hua Hin from June 3 until June 17 2019. We booked a corner room which was nothing like the pictures on their site. Our room was on the 5th floor. The kitchen extraction fan was so caked with grease they had to replace it; the couch was so bad a low class 2nd hand store would have rejected it; the shower at best dribbled; the basin would not drain; the balcony door would not lock and as the room was right above the main highway of Hua Hin the room was so noisy sleep was impossible. The next day we asked for another room and were told –“you pay more”. I heard this same tactic from a few other guests. They tried for BT4000, then Bt2000 and in the end we paid BT1000 and moved 2 rooms down. After one day the glass and wood coffee table next to the television fell apart and they replaced it with a low quality small outdoor plastic table for the rest of our stay. The pool whist pleasant had no where to sit in the sun unless you went by the side of the pool which had an unsafe glass boarder at a height well below my waist with a gap below so that a small child could fall under it and an adult could fall over it with a drop of 2 floors onto concrete. Kitchen items we well below standard. The cleaning staff were very nice and friendly but those in the office seemed only interested in squeezing a little more money from you. We would not recommend this place. We have stayed in Hua Hin many times and this place is in a class all its own.

• Jui-Man (6/5): quiet and great sea view from balcony - we booked apartment with 2 bedrooms and kitchen, near beach and Sombat Tour Bus Station back to BKK. it's suitable for family and group friends trip. air conditioner in one of our bedroom was broken and leaking, but it fixed quickly. very convenient there is 7-11 just on the first floor.

Скорее рекомендовал бы. - Плюсы: -бюджетный кондоминимум -в пешей доступности инфраструктура -уборка номеров -при долгосрочном бронировании отсутствует доп плата за электричество и воду -есть все необходимое в номере. Минусы -номер попался «уставший» но так как приехали ночью и забронировали и оплатили через Хотелс- пойти и выбивать другой не стали. -номер с видом на дорогу, ночью спать не комфортно. -кондиционер дует прямо на кровать с расстояния 1-1,5 метра. -перебои с водой. Нет нормального напора что бы принять душ.

I couldn't sleep from the noise (directly beside main road, with single glazed glass sliding doors that don't even close properly), Given no option to change rooms. An absolute refusal to refund. The corridors reeked. Not enough plugs in room for the appliances. Uncomfortable bed. I had many sleepless nights. Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in alot! And it's much too expensive. Disgraceful.
• DANIELLA F. (8/5): Bien situé et personnel agréable - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce condo. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. L'appartement spacieux est joliment meublé et les grands lits sont confortables. Il est situé à 5mn à pied de la plage (une navette peut aussi vous y conduire) et entre les 2 principaux centres commerciaux (Village Market et Blue Port) auxquels on peut de se rendre à pied. Le wifi et l'A.C. fonctionne bien. Tout correspond à la description sauf qu'il n'est pas précisé qu'une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtre, ce qui ne m'a pas dérangé puisse qu'il y a la clim et je n'étais pas réveillée par la lumière du matin car les rideaux de l'autre chambre ne sont pas occultant. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine mais les centres commerciaux et le marché de nuit proposent des plats cuisinés à manger sur place ou à emporter. Il y a aussi de nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Par contre le débit d'eau des douches est faible.
• Eva (4/5): Ingen wifi. - Dejlig lejlighed, dårlig service..ingen wifi og ingen rengøring i 19 dage, det var noget ejeren åbenbart selv stod for og ham havde vi jo ingen kontakt til eftersom vi havde lejet gennem hotels.com . Ingen mulighede for sol på stedets område da pool og “havemøbler” kun var i skygge, sol havde vi dog på altanen. Men da vi godt kan lide at være ved poolen var det skuffende. Det var nemt til stranden og dejlig tæt på soi 94 hvor der er masser af liv og mange spisesteder.
• Angie (2/5): Dirty, dank and miserable - What a mistake we made booking the Rocco after staying there 4 years ago! We arrived late to a dirty, badly maintained apartment. We asked for a refund the next morning which was refused; indeed the manager wanted a further £125 damages deposit. As I did not want to be held responsible for the appalling state I asked the manager to take a look. He looked visibly shocked but still no refund. With the help of Hotels.com we secured a move a few days later to a room which was better though far from perfect (the attached pictures are from the second, better apartment). Although we had paid for a 23 night stay we moved out after 16 nights as we could stand it no longer. The TV shows only Al Jazeera news in English, there are no relaxing sunbeds by the cold pool, the sofa is uncomfortable, the kitchen dirty, no hot water and the sink smells as there is no u bend underneath. Finally, be aware that you will be charged electricity upon check out; budget £4 per day for this if you turn off the aircon all day, more if you dont. By the time youve added this you would be better staying in a hotel. In this day and age one should not be held hostage somewhere unsuitable. Very poor customer service! Thank goodness we had the help of Hotels.com!

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The picture shows rooms overlooking the beach. We was on the front overlooking a building site, busy road, and Bangkok hospital. The traffic was so noisy all the time couldn't open balcony at all. And to make matters worse work was also been done in the Rocco drills and other noisy tools was at some points shaking our room very disappointed with the whole situation and would not recommend this place at all. And the week we stayed only had clean towels twice and change of linen. The swimming pool was ok but no sun loungers. a very bad experience we was a party of 8 and we all felt let down by this place.
• Bernd (4/5): Nicht für längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen - Wir war fast 4 Wochen in dieser Anlage . Es ist eine ständige Baustelle , immer wir in einem Apartment gebaut oder renoviert. Unser Zimmern 311 bekommt zu keiner Zeit Sonne auf den Balkon liegt eingebaut im Innenhof . Es gibt nichts weiter zu sehen als den Innenhof !!!!!! direkt neben dem Pool , ständiger Durchlauf , ein Leben im Schatten .Zudem befinden sich viele Zimmer zum Innenhof , unser Zimmer auch, wo ständige An - und Abfahrt ist . Die Anlage liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse , es ist ein ständiger Verkehrslärm ,Tag und Nacht !!!! ,alles sehr laut und unruhig . Der Pool ist fast ohne Sonne und es gibt keine Möglichkeit am Pool zu liegen und sich zu sonnen.Das heißt um sich zu sonnen , muss man den ganzen Tag am Strand sein .Energiekosten müssen angeblich bezahl werden wenn mann länger als 21 Tag bleibt ??? wir waren 28 Tage dort und mussten extra die Energiekosten bezählen , obwohl sie eigentlich im Preis enthalten sind !!!! Also keine Anlage , wo man einen entspannten erholsamen Urlaub machen kann !!!
• Connie (4/5): Skuffende oplevelse - Boede i to-værelses lejlighed, der var meget slidt. Møblerne i stuen var i meget dårlig stand, flere pærer i lejligheden var ikke skiftet så der manglede lys mange steder. Terrassedøren ud til altanen fra stuen var i stykker og kunne ikke låses, og der dryppede vand fra lejligheden ovenover ned i det ene badeværelse. Der var byggestøj fra renovering af lejlighed skråt overfor, så fra kl. 08.30 og til kl. 19 kunne vi ikke være i lejligheden eller på vores altan. Så alt i alt en meget skuffende oplevelse og vi kan ikke anbefale det til andre.

Nähe Bars haben laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht, Lärm der Hauptstraße ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern hörbar und Bau ist im allgemeinen hellhörig. Leider kam noch Baulärm hinzu der auch Sonntags und über Mittag andauerte. Zu langsames Internet und sehr bürokratische Verwaltung mit vielen extra Kosten! Daher leider eine negative Bewertung für das schöne Haus mit Meerblick.

• daniel (4/5): Find another place - CORNER STUDIO APT.? BE WARNED!!! Old, worn & nothing like the pic. You are on the back of the block & right above a noisy main Rd. with 24/7 traffic. No spare sockets in kitchen so kettle & toaster on bedroom floor. This is a bad option.
• Robin (6/5): Okey hotell utanför Hua Hin. - Hotellet ligger en bit utanför Hua Hin centrum (Skaffa moppe/motorcykel) men ligger med gång avstånd till stranden, i samma byggnad finns en 7/11 vilket va väldigt bekvämt. Det ligger även en Yoga studio precis bakom som rekommenderas starkt, gymmet på hotellet va tyvärr otroligt dåligt. Hotellet är även nära två köpcentrum. Dock va det otroligt dåligt att det inte förvarnade när jag bokade hotellet att de skulle renovera polen, vilket resulterade i att jag hann bada 1 gång i polen, renoveringen skulle pågå en månad. Rummet va renligt och fräscht och har allt du behöver, även ifall du är intresserad av att laga egen mat. Dock hade de inte daglig städning av rummet. Stannar du längre än 7 dagar så måste du lämna en deposition på 5000 baht, du måste även då betala elräkningen, för mig som stannade 27 dagar (hade inte på AC speciellt mycket) så betalade jag 3000 baht för elen. Wi-fi va helt okey!

• T (6/5): Location is good and price is reasonable - Beach is within 10 minutes walk. Close to shopping mall, a bit noisy though due to located by the side of main street. Staff there is helpful and friendly.
• Butsarakham (6/5): Cheap, Good location, Good Wifi and Fire alarm!!! - I stayed there 10 nights. Rocco is much cheaper than other Condominium around there. The location is very good. You can walk to Lotus shopping mall and The Blu port shopping mall. There are local green bus from 8:00 - 21:00. Also close wtih Cicadar. The pool is ok clean and quiet. Two washing machines service under the building 40 baht for one washing. Wifi is very good. Use 5 minutes walk to public beach. Easy to buy things because the Kios is under the building. The room was good as I expected. Cleaning was every 3 days. The sofa bed was horrible. I've gotten backache from the sofa bed. Don't forget to open kitchen hood when you're cooking because there was 5 times fire alarm when we were there because neighbour forgot to do it.
• gary (2/5): An Utter Hole. - If I was being charitable I'd say this place is unloved, but really it's just plain dirty. Throughout there are stains and black mould, marks on the wall and paintwork, and a sofa bed that looked like it had been dragged in of the street. The bathroom is so small you have to come out to dry yourself, and the toilet didn't flush properly. The door onto the balcony wouldn't lock, and the TV was just snow. There is a small kitchen, hob, microwave, and a kettle and toaster, but there is no socket to plug them into, so you have to use the one for the lamp and make toast on the floor.... Also it is right on the main road into town and the traffic is constant, and loud. Don't be fooled by the room descriptions either, I was in a Grand Suite, nothing grand in that room. The staff were fine, they always are in Thailand, but this place is rotten, and you should avoid it at all cost's.

The hotel location was quite far a bit from the sea, but still saw it in high level floor. Overall review was worthy and nice, will visit again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Very basic and a little run-down - The room was described as a king suite with sofa bed, and was only a king size bed with a sofa bed in a single room. The hotel design is not the best so the swimming pool does not get much sun, and so gets freezing cold after midday making it only good for swimming if you're from Scandanavia! The room was clean, but the hob was rusted almost beyond use, and all plates, glasses, and cutlery were dirty. We also had an any infestation (on the 7th floor). However, the staff were very friendly, and the location is very good (but not especially cheap).

• Diana (6/5): WORKED FOR US - Our room was in definite need of some TLC. The walls needed a good wash or painting. As a rental, this room has definitely had the use. Our room was in an excellent location for air flow, room 408. We faced the ocean and were able to open the patio door to both the living room and bedroom, which really helped move the air around. We utilized the air condition in the bedroom only at night. We didn't need to turn on the living room air. The location is perfect for how Hua Hin is developing with lots of restaurants/bars on 94th, which was only a couple of blocks away and also very close to the Village Market Mall and the Blueport Mall. The pool was lovely but the only place to sit was in a covered area, in the shade. It was nice to have the maid service every 3/4 days, getting clean bedding and towels.
• Verified traveler (4/5): 3 nätters pärs på Rocco. - När vi checkade in så fick vi inte ett rum som vi bokat och redan betalt för. Viss havsutsikt var istället full transformatorutsikt. Hemsk utsikt om man nu kan kalla det för utsikt. Vi vägrade att acceptera detta rum och efter två timmars diskussion så fick vi ett annat rum första natten med med viss havsutsikt men då ett mindre rum. De två efterföljande nätterna var vi tvungna att byta rum igen men då till ett större än det ursprungliga. Ingen havsutsikt men till ett tillägg på 2.400 Bath. Vi hade sönder ett billigt vinglas som vi också meddelade i receptionen. För detta fick vi betala 500 Bath för ett glas som kostar 30-50 Bath i butiken. Väldigt dåligt agerande tycker jag med tanke på det vi redan råkat ut för på detta boende. Vi kommer aldrig att boka detta ställe igen och jag avråder andra att avstå.

• Svetlana (6/5): Все поменялось не в лучшую сторону. - Отдыхали 16 дней в Хуахине.. В этом отеле останавливались второй раз, и исходя из того, что в первый раз было всё замечательно, мы не рассчитывали на отрицательные эмоции. Но , так сложилось, что именно эти эмоции не заставили себя долго ждать . Мы бронировали самый большой и соответственно самый дорогой номер в кондо-, на предоставили номер с двумя спальнями, с отсутствующим окном и площадью , меньшей метров на 30-40 от заявленной. После того, как мы купили рулетку, замерили номер, нам предложили доплатить ещё порядка 6500 бат, и переселили нас не сразу , а через двое суток в номер, который мы изначально заказывали, . Вроде потом все нормализовалось, но осадок остался ,я не планировала оплачивать то , что уже оплачено изначально. Короче, осадок остался и навряд ли я ещё остановлюсь здесь, очень сильно отличается прием двухлетней давности от этого года. Изначально номер был 709, потом переехали в 610 номер. Поэтому при бронировании связывайтесь с отелей и уточняйте, ести в спальнях окна, действительно метраж соответствует заявленному, в нашем случае нам стали объяснять,что в метраж входят и балконы ,только угловые номера имеют панорамный вид.

• Charlotte (8/5): Fin lejlighed til par - Vi havde valgt hotellet efter beliggenhed. Hvilket var fint. Vi boede mod gaden, og der var en frygtelig larm af trafik, når vi opholdte os på altanen. Når altandørene var lukkede tog det dog heldigvis meget af støjen. Sovesofaen var frygtelig! Hård som beton og alt for kort! :-( så bestemt ikke velegnet til familier. Fællesområderne var meget rene. Poolens tilstand var elendig og efter vores vurdering burde den restaureres, da der manglede MASSER af små mosaikker. Der lå også masser af løse mosaikker på bunden af poolen. Alle vi mødte var venlige og imødekommende.

• Georg (2/5): Keine Empfehlung! - Beim Check-Inn wurde mir Bargeld abgenommen weil der Kreditkartenleser nicht funktionierte, aber bei der Abreise nicht. Die Zimmer sind alt und abgewohnt, es gibt neuere und weitaus komfortablere Zimmer zum gleichen Preis. Safe funktionierte nur auf gut Glück, die Ausstattung im Zimmer eher spartanisch. Personal zockt hier die Leute ab, einer ältereren Dame nahm man für einen vorzeitigen Handttuchwechsel 450 Baht (ca. 12 Euro)ab, ich wollte um 8:30 Uhr ausschecken und man verlangte von mir für einen vorzeitigen Check-out 300 Baht (8,50 Euro) den ich mich aber geweigert habe zu zahlen.

After the first few days, we have compared to other hotels in the area and decide to book for another week. The reasons are simply good service, good location to Market Village, the beautiful Huahin beach, and restaurants around. Thumbs up!

This time 23 days it close to shopping mall market village 8 min wail & Allso a new mall blue port will be opening very soon 10 min walk . Great restaurants near by or Thai food 3 min walk to beach ,I will be back

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good but not at all. - Nice staff. Overall is good for the room, but Sofa bed is too old and uncomfortable.
• Gavin (10/5): Nice sized rooms - The best thing about this hotel is the size of the rooms and how modern they are. The downside was I booked the room then after entering found I had to pay for the second bedroom to be unlocked lol. Check in was delayed about an hour but apart from that no complaints. Quick walking distance to Market Village shopping centre.

• steve (8/5): Condo in huahin - I stayed for 20 days at rocco condo .very enjoyable stay in the heart of huahin .pleanty of places to eat within walking distance great coffee shop nearby called coffee 77 ,bus station just across the road to catch airport coach to Bangkok or go to islands in the south,beach 5 min walk
• YUE (8/5): Basic stay in the suburbs - Normal stay. Location near a taxi stand with a convenient 7-11 just downstairs. Nearby nothing much except for message and some food outlets. Plenty of ants in the apartment. Sofa bed too small for two persons
• Ying Chuan (8/5): Simple apartment with affordable price - Simple stay. Able to checkin at midnight. Apartment was big in size
• Verified traveler (6/5): Decent room at decent rate - This is a condominium that rent some room on daily basis. Don't expect full service. The room is clean and well equipped. A/C wasn't working very well and the satellite tv receiver didn't work. So things could be improved in the amenities dept. Both the main bed and the sofa bed are comfortable. The place is close to the main road so it's not absolutely quiet. But at this rate, I mean, you shouldn't be expecting that much anyway.
• Eric khor (8/5): Near to Market Village (shopping center ) - Convenient and easy to get taxi or tuk tuk and not daily housekeeping.
• Jerome (8/5): Good location but lousy service - Good location but lousy service. Limited reception hours so have to pay extra for early or late check-in and check-out (supposedly for staff's overtime). Trash not cleared from apartment and no extra trash bags provided.
• Rodney (2/5): Completely disorganized and inaccurate room desc - This is actually the first negative review I've ever written, but I was compelled due to my extremely poor experience here. I'll make it brief: -We informed the management office that my group would be checking in at 8pm (the office closes at 6pm). They said it wouldn't be a problem and that the key would be with the security guard. We showed up and the security guard did not have a key for us, nor did he speak English (obviously not his fault, but it just made the situation more aggravating). We called multiple phone numbers we had for the management lady, including her cell phone, for over an hour. Despite what must have been 30+ phone calls, she did not pick up. Eventually, she called back and said she forgot to give the key to the security guard. We ultimately were not able to check in until after 10pm. -The room description said there was room for 5 people, yet there was only 2 beds (and the couch was not a pullout couch). We ended up sleeping 3 people to a bed, which one could imagine is not comfortable. -The wifi seemed to only handle 1 user at a time, whenever most of us tried to log in it said the capacity had been exceeded. -For all these troubles, the management begrudgingly offered a measly 5% discount - which was never even given. I just looked at my credit card and it was charged the full amount. Long story short, find somewhere else. There's plenty of offerings in Hua Hin that can provide better service at the same price.
• Gal (2/5): stay away (!) - the flat wan't clean. they try to charge extra for anything. very noise area. I have booked for 3 nights, ran away after 1st night (which says it all)
• Sam (10/5): Close to everything - We stayed 1 night at Rocco. The condo is new and close to everything, 2 minutes walk to the beach. There is 24 hr. convenience store at the Condo. The beach is so nice.We had a great time.
• tan (6/5): 2 nights - Acceptable. Relatively new and all facilities were present. Location is a bit far from most amenities. Hard to get taxi, so it is better if you drive.
