• Văn Hải (5/5): tạm - nhân viên thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, lễ phép, xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn, cửa hàng tiện lợi ở 3 đêm nhưng không dọn phòng một lần nào, đèn nhà vệ sinh khá tối, không có dép đi trong nhà , không có tủ lạnh . mình đi từ sáng đến tối mới về nhưng khi về thấy phòng vẫn còn nguyên. chưa dọn dẹp chả nhẽ yêu cầu dọn phòng lúc nửa đêm.

• anthony (4/5): - The location Checking in no one to see just a note and key. And the outside door closed at 8pm and note don't say the code to come in at night. So first night have to call to let us in and they where not happy whit te call. So I left the day after. Never book ther again
• Martina (6/5): - + Standort + Mitarbeiter + Waschmaschine Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend Renovierungsarbeiten. Das Bad hat ganz schlimm gerochen, vieles war kaputt und es war dreckig. Die Besitzerin ist gut via Whatsapp erreichbar und kümmert sich um die Anliegen der Gäste. Ich bin nicht der Typ der gerne reklamiert und beim dritte Mal schreiben, wurde es für mich langsam unangenehm und ich habe aufgehört Dinge zu melden. Ich hatte Ameisen im Zimmer, in der bereit gelegten Wasserflasche habe ich zu spät bemerkt, dass sich tote Tierchen befinden... Mir war es nicht bewusst, darum WICHTIG zu wissen: nur Barzahlung für die Unterkunft verfügbar. Die Besitzerin kam mir entgegen und ich konnte in USD zahlen. Aber ja sowas wäre gut im Voraus zu wissen, denn ich zahle nie eine Unterkunft in bar, sondern immer mit Karte

Also I was surprised with the location of the room - it was on the second floor of the gift shop which I found extraordinary and nice 😊 There was a blanket on the bed, but I wish it had a cover for it as well.

Free laundry facilities upstairs with plenty of space to dry clothes naturally (but still a dryer on offer if you need it). Comfy mattress! Room is quite small, but fine for a few nights with enough storage

Compared to the surrounding hotels in the same price, this one wins for sure. The bathroom is quite smelly, understand it is a common pipe problem in the old building. and light in the bathroom is quite dark which makes the experience less pleasant.

All information for check-in and check-out was provided clearly via chat (in Booking apps). They have washing machines on the rooftop and provide detergent that can be used by the guests. The room was clean, I can say that there are 2 types of rooms, one with windows facing outside and one with windows adjacent to the building next to it. I got the second room and the ventilation system was good. No bed light. Sometimes, there was a weird smell in the bathroom, maybe a leaking pipe (?) Overall I'm very satisfied with my stay :)

• Julia (10/5): The perfect HCMC/Saigon base! - Excellent the welcome and introduction from Ms Phuong, with excellent English and empathy. Easy to then feel totally at home. The whole system flowed perfectly - from the security shutters at the door, to the shared kitchen, to the rooms, to the washer and dryer on the roof - plus communication if necessary via booking.com messages. Great value and a perfect location too, for me - a few steps away from Tam Hanh bus. A great antidote to working with Customs at Cat Lai port, which nearly broke me :D Nothing

• Tudor (7/5): Can't walk anywhere, small room, not like pictures - Good room, private, could do laundry. The room was very very tiny, didn't have space to open the luggage. Also the room looked way worse than the pictures, it was only space for a bed in the room and nothing else. Can't wait anywhere and nothing of interests is nearby, not even restaurants.

• Zheng (7/5): Not too bad if you’re not picky - It’s enough for a person/solo traveler because the room was a bit small. Bathroom was clean and enough for a person. I would say you’re getting what you’re paying for. Location was quite a distance to the tourist spots. I would say about 8-10 minutes walk away to the closest attractions. It’ll be okay if you’re taking the grab but if you’re like me who’s trying to save as much as possible then you need to be okay to walk. I’m a light sleeper and it was quite noisy from the streets, floors above, plus people talking at the hall way so bring earplugs.

It works, although intermittently, otherwise the location is good and even though is not the cheapest, it’s still a good value for your money.

Just far enough from the chaos of walking street, but only 2 blocks away if you wanna be in the heart of everything. bed was great, rooftop hangout with free laundry was a major plus. Super Minor, but wish there was better lighting in the bedroom and maybe a bed light or lamp. Overhead light switch was on hallway wall.

• Mirna (7/5): Good - The location is great and the staff is nice and helpful. Our room was super small (wouldn't be able to fit 2 large suitcases open at the same time on the floor and still be able to move around the room), but had a private bathroom, so value for money was okay. The room could have been maintained a bit better. The AC was super loud so it was impossible to sleep with it turned on since the outside unit is on the wall right next to the bed and inner unit and our room was the only room on the 6th floor, which I think is an add on to the building so the walls are very thin, which makes the inner and outer unit produce a cacophony of uncomfortable noise to sleep to. It was obvious that no-one stayed in the room for quite a while, but I've noticed this at other places we stayed at in Vietnam and Cambodia - think it was due to covid restrictions and lack of tourism. We've noticed that quite a few places (cafés, restaurants and such) have permanently closed due to covid.

Quiet at night as it is down a small alley (but still feels safe). Alley provides access to 2 main streets. Very close to lots lf food and convenience store options. There was smoking smell from the air conditioner or could be from the room. One side of the window can not be locked. Bathroom is quite small However, suitable for what we paid for.

• y (8/5): 鉄壁のセキュリティ - 新しい施設で非常に清潔です。１階共用スペースにキッチン有。屋上にはランドリーも有。入口は24時間電動シャッターで守られてます。都度、リモコンキーにて自身で開閉が必要です。 看板も無い(番地のみ掲示)うえにシャッターが閉まってる為、チェックインの際には(チェックインの時間が大幅に変わってしまい)苦戦しました。事前にチェックインの時間を(エクスペディアの)メールで尋ねられるので、そのやりとりを確実に行う必要があります。 チェックインイン/アウトの時間は、かなり、かなり、かなり融通が利きます。とにかく、かなり自由です。
