Adiego (10/5): Tot molt bé! - Molt bé! L’allotjament estava ben situat, a uns 10 minuts de l’estació de Genova Brignole. L’habitació era gran i el llit molt còmode. L’amfitrió va ser molt atent i amable, i ens van deixar menjar a la cuina (iogurts, cereals, cafè…).

Miisa (10/5): - Aivan täydellinen paikka. Hyvä sijainti, kävelymatka keskustaan ja juna-asemille. Meillä oli ensimmäisenä yönä juniorsviitti, joka oli todella tilava. Olisimme ottaneet sen heti toiseksikin yöksi, kun näimme sen. Harmiksemme se oli jo varattu, mutta huone jonka saimme oli myös tilava, vaikka pienempi. Kahvit ja kevyt aamupala kuuluivat hintaan, josta vielä extra pisteitä. Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu. Jos haluat historiallisemman elämyksen, kannattaa valita tämä majoitus.

Pavoletto (10/5): - La struttura è situata in un palazzo signorile in una delle grandi arterie di collegamento di Genova. La centralissima stazione di Brignole è raggiungibile in circa quindici minuti a piedi, passando per le numerose scalinate o anche facendo giri più ampi. La camera era molto confortevole, spaziosa e luminosa. Il gestore è stato ottimo nel fornire tutte le indicazioni via WhatsApp. Mi sento di consigliarlo assolutamente visto anche l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, sia da soli che in coppia. L'appartamento si trova al quinto piano ma se qualcuno lascia le porte dell'ascensore socchiuse o non chiuse bene questo non funziona, quindi bisogna fare attenzione.

Falco (9/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima - Camera molto bella, letto matrimoniale molto grosso e comodo, bagno ben attrezzato e pulito, balcone che affaccia sulla strada. Unica nota negativa che non mi è piaciuta è l’orario check in che si fanno dalle 15 in poi, avrei preferito farlo il mattino per poter visitare qualche ora in più Genova, ed il check out che si fa la mattina, credo che andrebbero invertiti gli orari del check in e check out.
alessandro (5/5): Tropo rumore dalla strada - La posizione in città, il palazzo nobiliare La camera (suite 15) era al quinto piano ma sembrava di dormire in strada, e’ inaccettabile che non ci siano doppi vetri in una struttura a 190 euro a camera che dà’ su una strada così trafficata. Surriscaldamento. Sanitari traballanti. Neanche una tisana o una bustina di tè nella cucina, solo un paio di cialde. Solo 4 bottigliette d acqua per sei persone. Non sono riuscita a dormire quindi non ci tornerò
Marco (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno a Genova in questa camera con piccola colazione disponibile anche se non compresa nel prezzo. - La camera bella ampia ed il bel bagno. In più, benché non fosse compresa, la possibilità di fare una piccola colazione(caffè, yogurt, succhi, …). La posizione centrale a 10 minuti a piedi da via Roma. La camera un po’ disadorna con pavimento un po’ freddo (magari uno scendiletto sarebbe piacevole). Se avessi avuto la macchina sarebbe stato un problema parcheggiare.

Michele (7/5): - La posizione e la camera L accoglienza (messaggistica wa), colazione striminzita, carta igienica e saponi in quantità minimal (due notti, due ospiti a fronte di due flaconcini mini per doccia e shampoo ed un solo rotolo di carta) e assenza di almeno una bottiglietta di acqua nel frigo in camera. Ah, abbiamo visto il titolare il giorno dopo per riscuotere l imposta di soggiorno. La tecnologia ed altro non può e non deve sostituire una buona accoglienza in quanto all ospitalità.

La possibilità di avere sempre a disposizione caffè, tè, latte, succo, yogurt e altro nella sala comune, è una grande comodità. La struttura è molto vicina al centro ma se si è a piedi occorre fare una lunga salita (a Genova è normale, non è una città in piano). Però la fermata dell'autobus è molto vicina al B&B.

Sara (9/5): Great location for a short or long term stay in Genova. - We stayed in a lovely two bedroom apartment on the top floor of a lovely old building with very large bedrooms and very spacious bathroom. The apartment is quite well located with a bus route quite close by that goes to the train station. The kitchen could be a little better stocked, i.e. only one teaspoon, no teabags, sugar or milk, but this is a very minor point. Also needed to ask for soaps for the bathroom, but the staff were quick to rectify.

War sehr freundlich vom Personal, der uns auf diese Möglichkeit aufmerksam gemacht hat. Zimmer waren sehr sauber, schönes und modernes Bad, Boden mit Mosaiksteinen ausgelegt, man kommt dich vor wie im alten Rom. Echt toll. Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr ansprechend angerichtet. -

patrick (6/5): Découpage d'appartement imparfait - L accès a l'appartement par la chambre principale n'est pas idéale du tout surtout quand des interrupteurs situés dans les parties communes dirigent des lumières de l'appartement. On entend bien la circulation dans la rue et pas de réelle intimité par rapport au reste de l appartement qui est aussi loué séparément.
Nargiz (10/5): Worth staying at this property to visit Genoa and the beautiful Ligurian coast - The room was spacious and clean, with air conditioner. Everything matches with the description, and the building itself is quite beautiful (even the elevator inside the building was impressive :-)). The staff was very helpful and welcoming and gave us some useful tips. Good location, and the bus stop is very close. I can totally recommend visiting Genoa and staying at this property. Just note that the city has many levels, and be ready to climb some stairs every now and then :-) While being in Genoa, it's also worth visiting other places at the Ligurian coast: the ones I've been to were Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, as well as Camogli - really loved both!
