• Franca Mara Lena (7/5): Super Lage, enttäuschendes Frühstück - Super Lage. Hauptbahnhof, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shopping und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem ist unten im Hotel ein 7-Eleven. Großes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war leider echt nicht gut. Sowohl das asiatische, als auch das westliche Essen, war einfach nicht von guter Qualität. Außerdem waren in meinem Zimmer viele komische Flecken an der Wand/Decke, die nach Wasserschaden aussehen und das Zimmer hat nur ein Milchglasfenster, das sich auch nicht mehr als ein paar Zentimeter öffnen ließ.

• Inge (8/5): Prima hotel op centrale plek - Mooie kamer met zithoekje. Hotel is heel centraal gelegen. Met bus ben je snel bij alle bezienswaardigheden en station. Supermarkt onder hotel. Personeel verstaat zeer beperkt Engels. Keuze qua ontbijt voor westerse smaak beperkt.

• Julie (9/5): Lovely, great value hotel in good location - Modern, clean, well equipped room with excellent bathroom facilities and room for hanging clothes and storage of cases. Very helpful and friendly staff. A good breakfast with traditional Japanese as well as western food options. Good location, walking distance to Peace Memorial Park, Hiroshima Castle etc. and a short walk to shopping areas, restaurants and bars. Excellent value for money.

• Katharina (8/5): - Die Zwischentür zwischen Tür im Flur und Bettraum fand ich gut, weil so die Geräusche vom Hotelflur nochmal gedämpft wurden, hatte ich so noch nicht gesehen, fand ich super. Am letzten Tag mussten wir warten, bis Plätze beim Frühstück frei waren. Das war halb 9. Per se nicht schlimm, aber so war es kein herausragendes Hotelerlebnis ;) Und 2 separate Decken, statt 1 große fürs Doppelbett wär besser.

• Philippe (8/5): Un hôtel confortable, très central donc facilement accessible - Propreté de l'hôtel et amabilité du personnel. L'emplacement est top. Le petit déjeuner offre beaucoup de choix. 14 étages d'hôtel, ça fait beaucoup de chambres. Pour les deux ascenseurs, il faut être patient le matin. Même chose pour le petit déjeuner concernant les embouteillages du matin.

• anamaria (10/5): Excelente hotel con buena conexión - La habitación era espaciosa, y el hotel muy limpio y el personal atento. La ubicación es bastante buena sin estar al lado de todo está muy cerca y bien conectado. El Aire Acondicionado no estaba integrado a la habitación y no era bueno.

Unkomplizierter Check-in, check-out und Gepäckversand. Die Sauberkeit war aus meiner Sicht nicht in Ordnung. Klebriger Tisch, vereinzelnd Haare, Klimaanlage und Belüftung wurden länger nicht gereinigt. Krümmel unterm Bett und auch teils so auf dem Boden. Sehr ungewöhnlich für Japan. Der Tisch wurde sehr freundlich von einer Mitarbeiterin gereinigt, wir haben es dann dabei belassen, eigentlich müsste die Grundreinigung besser sein.

• SYLVIE (10/5): - La taille de la chambre, les toilettes séparés, la salle de bain. Très bien situé à 4mn du tramway qui vous emmène vers les lieux principaux. Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Personnel très agréable. Uniquement 2 machines à laver et 2 sèches linges pour 14 étages. C'est peu. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir faire une machine avant que l'autre ne tombe en panne.

• RovingRiffy (9/5): Great place to stay. - Friendly staff, I was allowed to drop off luggage early before check in. Rooms were very clean & a good size. All bathroom essentials provided, extra could be obtained from reception. Additional extras included a humidifier & room/clothes deodorisier. Smoking room on level 6. Coin operated laundry on level 9. Many nearby shops (food,drinks, retail, gaming arcade, karaoke) on the main roads & in a mall. Despite all this it was quiet at night Peace park & A-bomb monument a short tram ride away. When arriving by tram from JR Hiroshima alight at the 3rd stop (Ebisucho) the hotel is a short walk. I found the mattress a little firm for my personal preference. I regret my booking wasn't longer.
• TAKUYA (10/5): 利便性が高く、ゆっくり滞在できるホテル - 全体に清潔で、特にバスルームが広々していて綺麗でした。値段もリーズナブルだったと思います。路面電車駅が近く、周囲に商店街もあって観光にも買い物にも便利です。一回にコンビニエンスストアがあり、品揃えも豊富で便利です。 強いていうのであればですがスーツを掛けるハンガーがあり、数もしっかり確保されていますがクローゼットがなく、それぞれを重ねて掛けておくようになり、長めの出張の際は少し不便かな？と感じます。

• Karen (4/5): Exhausting to stay in, feels like it’s on borrowed time - It’s situated well for sightseeing This feels like a hotel in financial distress. Our mattress was lumpy and hard. At breakfast food was rationed out- only a few slices of bread so you had to repeatedly ask for replenishment. I felt bad because I booked the place as so many reviews raved about a great breakfast. Not from my family’s perspective. Very runny scrambled eggs and a few limp mini sausages are not a great breakfast. Very few fruits, a toaster which gave you a pension by the time your mini slice of bread was toasted. Air con was not responding so you either sweat or freeze- often both in the course of the night.

The staff were great and helped us dispose of a broken suitcase as well as help with luggage forwarding. The room was comfortable. Wish it had a water dispenser to fill our bottles but they did provide us with water bottles everyday.
