- Elisa (10/5): - We loved Upper Rooms. As a note to anyone staying here, be sure to contact owner at least 24 hours in advance to get check in information. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and a nice little balcony overlooking the marina. We found food within walking distance and the morning breakfast was satisfying.
- Nigel (8/5): - This is a B&B not a hotel. So self check in. Info on access to the room should have been sent earlier. I had to ask for it by phone while waiting at the front door. Info was sent in WhatsApp. You really just need the door code (same for all doors), so ask for it

En revanche la climatisation est réglé trop fort …le café mis à dispo dans la chambre est payant et surtout la porte du parking étant casée on nous a dit de nous garer en zone bleue sans préciser que toutes les zones bleues ne sont pas les mêmes …ce qui a fini par une amende de 40€ ! Cher la nuit d hôtel

Comodo al centro e proprio davanti all’imbarco dei traghetti, attenzione solo che in alta stagione ci sarà molto rumore.. già adesso non era silenziosissimo ma grazie ai tappi non ho avuto problemi. Dimenticavo, anche la colazione merita!!

- Verified traveler (10/5): - This very modern hotel is in a superb position for anyone travelling to the Aeolian islands. Everything works well. The rooms, beds, lighting and showers are all of very high quality. The buffet breakfast is served in a bright room with panoramic terraces. They ran out of croissants just before I arrived but there was a delicious homemade almond cake as compensation. Gloria made our whole checkin process really pleasant, including kindly arranging a taxi to collect us from Milazzo rail station. Thank you Gloria!

The property is ultra modern, clean and is situated in the most perfect position in Milazzo to explore the township, and access the port or parking and our ferry trip to the islands. We really enjoyed our stay in the Upper rooms. We recommend it highly!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to the ferry terminal, it's a very new and modern building. Fantastic shower in the bathroom. The only downside was that they don't have a reception. You must call a number then a person comes to meet you with the access card. I didn't have a working telephone service so that was slightly inconvenient for me. I'm not sure if I knew this at the time of booking, but it was easily overcome, with the added benefit of practicing my Italian while sorting it out!

- anne-sophie (8/5): Appartement ouvrant de belles prestations - Très bien situé, juste en face du port où l’on embarque pour les îles éoliennes. Chambre très confortable et propre. Literie de qualité. Si la chambre donne sur le port, il y a une superbe vue sur la mer avec un grand balcon. Salle de bains très spacieuse. Parking en dessous des appartements. La voiture peut y rester la journée le temps de visiter une île éolienne. Le petit déjeuner est cependant à revoir : il se prend dans un bar à côté de l’hôtel. Il est seulement composé d’une boisson chaude et d’un croissant banal. Le jus de fruits est en supplément. C’est un peu léger.
- Ryz (8/5): - Very clean and beautiful rooms. I asked the Manager if I could have a room with a nice view and she took care of it directly. I had a very nice view of the port. Big shower, comfortable bed, everything was great. Gloria was available and gave me good restaurant suggestions.

When we came back from Stromboli 4 days after we had only stayed 1 night at upper rooms the staff helped us book a taxi last minute to Messina to catch our train as the ferry had been late. Extremely helpful highly recommend!!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Look no further - this is THE place!! - This was the perfect place to stay in the port of Milazzo. Right across the street from the port and close to many restaurants. Gloria was extremely helpful with all our needs and answered all of our questions and even helped us with parking and book a trip to the Aeolian Islands (which was great!). The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the port. Next time I am in Milazzo (and I will be returning) I will not even consider anywhere else. Grazie mille Gloria - you are the best!! - armelle (10/5): - Arrivée difficile avec une circulation dense et stressante. L avantage de l hôtel est de proposer un parking privé sur place, attention toutefois contrairement a ce qui est indiqué sur hôtel.com il n est pas gratuit mais à payer en cash (15€ tout de même...). L accueil est inexistant il est très complexe de comprendre comment accéder aux chambres (heureusement que je suis tombée sur une femme de ménage adorable). La chambre est absolument parfaite, confort optimal, calme malgré la situation directe sur le port. Le petit dej est servi dans un bar indépendant, le gérant a été aux petits soins et nous a fait tester toutes les spécialités locales! Merci :)
