• Bo (10/5): We all loved our stay. The accommodation was excellent. - The property is pefect for family. You can find everything you need in the property. Fans needs to be cleaned.

It felt quite private and we didn’t have too many noisy neighbours The utensils and kitchen bowls were old and a lot of them were broken. One of the spatulas was missing the top of it. We also had loud construction workers there for half the visit that were constantly noisy. Not great for relaxing at the apartment, as it was very loud.

• Tracey (8/5): Great apartment and complex for an excellent price. The host was lovely. - The complex had 2 large pool areas and tennis courts. The apartment was very comfortable with 3 good sized bedrooms. The host provided all the basic essentials plus fruit, bottled water, bread and milk on arrival which we thought was a lovely touch. There was also a very reasonably priced mini bar set up for snacks and drinks. The apartment was in a good location just out of town, a car was required.

The host was gr - A fantastic apartment with everything you need and more good view over the swimming pools lovely balcony A+++ couldn’t recommend it high enough There was quite a bad smell stagnant water from the aircon units outside the building by the entrance didn’t effect the apartment but a bit smelly on the way in Need a car or you are relying on taxis but the comment is just to inform future guests it’s not a negative mark

We arrived in the evening and where delighted that Aaron had supplied us with milk, bread, condiments, tea and coffee and fresh fruit, plus a delicious chocolate cake and candles to celebrate 2 of our ladies 70th Birthday. We wanted for nothing. A well stocked pantry that you could purchase. Great location and a fantastic lagoon style pool. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Lovely fresh bed linen, towels and pool towels. A beautiful outlook from the balcony. Aaron was really great to communicate with. 4 ladies would highly recommend this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment 💯 Nothing....it was all fabulous

Specially in the living room. There should be dishwasher and dryer necessary. All the cutlery and other kitchen stuff were dirty. The floor needs to clean properly

• Loek (9/5): Great apartment stay out of the city centre - Great service and communication with host. Addition of stocked cupboards with food for purchase was a great touch. The apartment is an excellent size and the pools at the complex are massive and great for kids. Amazing extras included such as tennis rackets and balls to make use of the on site facilities. As long as you have a car this is a must stay place in Cairns. Always miss a firm pillow! Not the easiest route into town but we did deliberately stay out of city centre to avoid the crowds. A car is necessary to stay here but we had a hire car in Cairns anyway. Nothing to complain about at all.

Really nice welcoming touches such as fruit, milk etc. A cleverly organised mini bar including breakfast options and a wide range of goods. Information pack. Two lovely swimming pools with lounge areas. BBQ facilities. Gated so very secure. Excellent WiFi. Comfortable sofas and living area. The space in the apartment was fantastic. Host had provided everything you could possibly need to have a fantastic stay. A home from home where you can re-charge your batteries. We stayed at 10 various properties over the three weeks and we all voted this our favourite place over all. The balcony. The utility room with washing machine and drying facilities. N/A

All the checkin instructions were easy to follow and we found the apartment to be very comfortable and spacious for our group of 6. The hosts were very generous with supplies and the apartment was well equipped. Great location, we would definitely stay again.

• Anna (8/5): Stunning pools and grounds; very quiet. Perfect getaway. - We had 2 weeks at this property and just loved it. The pools and grounds are stunning and meticulously maintained. The unit is on the second level, and it feels as though you are in the forest canopy. There was nothing we didn't like, although we both found the bed hard and very low to the ground. It's hard to please everyone with this though. The unit could do with a really good deep clean inside and out, but it wasn't badly unclean nor did it detract from our stay.
• Wendy (10/5): Exceeded expectations & I would stay again. - Very quiet location. 3 bed unit that could sleep seven. Every room had own air conditioner & ceiling fan. Very well equipped with bath & beach/pool towels, pool toys, spare bed linen, adult fiction & games for children, brochures of things to do in & around Cairns. Kitchen had lots of condiments,spreads, mayo, oils, spices. A very reasonably priced mini bar of cereals, noodles, pasta, crisps, chocolates & icecreams. Welcome platter of fruit was a nice touch, also the loaf of bread & 1 L milk. Part of a large gated complex so very safe. 2 pools, bbq area, tennis court, access to golf club. I could not recommend this unit & the hosts high enough. I would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone. Affordable even for couples. We hired a car as 10 min south of CBD so can't comment on public transport but I think a car is a necessity anyway if in Cairns. Could have been cleaner.. it was clean but not sparkling ( mould on shower screens, air vents were in need of a vac, door tracks needed a clean & backs of doors needed a good wipe down, blown light globes). A dishwasher would be an advantage too.

• Miss (10/5): Highly recommend this apartment and would like to stay here again in the future. - The place was clean and spacious. They provided a well stocked mini bar that was reasonably priced. There was a day that we had to stay in because of pouring rain, but it was a comfortable stay in. We were also happy with how secure the apartment was. I was also surprised with the price of the stay, especially as I only booked it a month in advance. It definitely exceeded our expectations and we hope to use this apartment when we come back in the future.

The property is very quiet and comfortable, this will be my new home away from home when visiting Cairns in the future. Next time I would see if we could get 2 house keys so my colleague and I could do our own thing from time to time without worrying about someone being locked out.

We were given a starter pack of bread, milk and fruit as well as having oil and spices etc that we didn’t have to buy for our stay. We also had the option of their “mini bar” which had a variety of grocery products that we could purchase at very reasonable prices. Not so much of a dislike, but this property doesn’t have a clothes dryer or a dishwasher.

• Jo (10/5): - The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including a bath), a laundry and everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Cairns. The mini bar has an excellent range of products at cost price, and the complimentary bread and fruit on arrival is another nice touch. Aaron is an excellent host, he was available promptly to answer any questions and went above and beyond posting something back to me that we left behind. The pools at the resort are lagoon style and are gorgeous, a little fresh for me but my children didn’t mind at all and the spa was toasty. There are multiple shopping centres about 5min drive away, DFO about 10min and Cairns CBD about 15min away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Cairns.
• Christopher R (10/5): If we need a family unit in Cairns, we'll be back - Great 3 bedroom apartment for a family in a complex with 2 pools, tennis courts and a putting green. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Owners are kind enough to have an extensive family-based mini bar that includes stuff for the kids and enough to make meals if you're coming in late. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. (Could have done with a dishwasher, but that might just be me being a bit lazy!)
