• Achim (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Kathedrale von Trani, hat schöne Zimmer mit einem sehr guten Bett und bietet Blick auf das Meer und/oder den Hafen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut isoliert und es wird peinlichst sauber gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist ein kleines Erlebnis und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter unübertroffen. Wer also nicht gerade ein Badehotel sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Festzuhalten ist, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen gesicherten Parkplatz anbietet, man aber für 4€/Tag relativ nah auf der Piazza Manfredi gut aber unbewacht parken kann.
• Michele (10/5): - This hotel is in an excellent position with easy parking (public parking) across from the hotel. Rooms were good and Netflix was available which was a plus. The restaurant was very good with excellent food and the staff were very good. My only complaint would be that we were there for 3 nights and could not get into the restaurant until the last night as there was a function on 2 of the 3 nights. I fully understand that the restaurant cannot rely on guests only and need functions to survive. However the hotel states it has a bar except guests could not use the bar while the functions were on. I do believe that if you advertise a bar it should be available to the guests at all times. If the functions needs to use the bar then maybe management should use the lobby as a makeshift bar for it’s guests. It is good after a day of sightseeing to come back to a hotel and get a drink and sit down somewhere to discuss the day. Being refused a drink because of a function and being told there were other bars in the area is a poor way to treat a guest. Saying that I do believe this is a management problem not as staff problem as they do not make the rules. I would definitely go back but I do hope that management looks at alternative ways to assist it’s guests when they have a function. They even have a place upstairs for coffee where they could offer drinks if they had a function in the restaurant.

• Liviu (10/5): The place to stay in Trani - We were planning to spend one night but upon arrival we decided to extend to three nights. Just a fabulous hotel with a personal touch. We like the fact that the rooms still have actual keys.

Beautifully decorated, best port view, robes… Everything is walkable which adds to the convenience. The hotel and the town are quite charming. There was a wedding reception at the hotel our second evening, no notice. So they closed the restaurant. Loud music starting right at 11pm til past 2am. A voucher for a nearby restaurant would have been a nice gesture in lieu of the inconvenience and the loud music .

• Herman Hovde (10/5): Flot hotel - Rigtig flot hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed ved siden af katedralen og havnen. God morgenmadsservering, hvor man fik forskellige valgmuligheder. Parkeringsplads lå 5 min gang fra hotellet.

• Luisa (10/5): Trani ... ancor più bella in un Hotel così - Hotel fantastico ubicato in modo strepitoso.Occorre però parcheggiare la macchina laddove possibile essendo l' hotel senza proprio parcheggio ed in ZTL. Camere e bagni perfetti, pulizia ineccepibile, staff gentile. Colazione ottima e ristorante all' altezza. Consigliato senza dubbio per un indimenticabile soggiorno a Trani.

• Paride Antonio (10/5): - Struttura fantastica, ben arredata e progettata, situata a pochissimi metri dalla Cattedrale di Trani. La nostra stanza (junior suite) aveva una vista stupenda sulla stessa chiesa e sul mare dietro di essa ed il soggiorno, seppur di una notte, è stato gradevolissimo. Buona la colazione, gentile il personale. Unica pecca è stata la comunicazione poco chiara riguardo il parcheggio "incluso" durante la fase di prenotazione. Una vs collaboratrice, infatti, poco prima dell'arrivo, al telefono, mi ha parlato di parcheggio recintato in area residenziale con ticket offerto dall'hotel, mentre al nostro arrivo ho scoperto altre due soluzioni esclusivamente a nostre spese. Per carità, il parcheggio da noi scelto, in area pubblica ci è costato pochi euro ed era effettivamente a due passi dalla struttura, ma sarebbe meglio essere più chiari e coerenti nelle comunicazioni, perché queste piccole disattenzioni potrebbero mettere in cattiva luce tutto l'ottimo lavoro che c'è! Ad ogni modo, ci tornerei volentieri e faccio i miei più sentiti complimenti per la gestione della struttura!
• Jonathan (10/5): - A complete and utter five-star hotel experience. A small, 10-room hotel overlooking the sea, the old city, and an immense gorgeous old church. Everything — from check-in to our gorgeous room to the melt-in-your-mouth butter cookies they put out in an adorable lounge to the extraordinary breakfast — was superb. Brava! Bravo!
• Burkhard (6/5): - Das Hotel liegt hervorragend mit Meeres/Hafenblick gegenüber des bemerkenswerten Doms. Der Hafen mit seinen vielen Restaurants ist fußläufig in direkter Nähe. Leider weiß die Hotelleitung aber anscheinend nicht genau, ob man vorrangig eine "Clubdiskothek" oder ein Hotel sein will. An unseren beiden Aufenthaltstagen gab es im Hotelrestaurant unter der einzigen Hotelzimmeretage jeweils eine Party mit vielen Gästen und lauter Musik. Am ersten Tag bis 1 Uhr, am zweiten Tag bis 2 Uhr mit anschließenden Lärm von Gästen auf der Terrasse genau vor/unter unserem Raum bis nach 3 Uhr. Beim Einchecken wurden wir nur auf die Party am ersten Abend hingewiesen. Die Frage nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer, wurde damit beantwortet, dass es überall gleich laut werde. Für die zweite Nacht stimmte das wegen des Lärms auf der Terrasse nicht. Im übrigen hatte die Ausstattung unseres sauberen Zimmers einige altersmäßige Abnutzungsspuren. Eine Hotelbar, in der man den nächtlichen Lärm eventuell hätte besser überstehen können fehlte, das Restaurant war ohnehin wegen der Parties nicht nutzbar (da gab es aber sehr viele andere Möglichkeiten in der Nähe). Auch wenn man sich beim Auschecken wegen des Lärms bei uns entschuldigte: So geht das gar nicht für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel!

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und zweckmäßig. Die Rezeption ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rund rum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder.

• Heath (8/5): - This hotel is amazing - location, reception, room size, decor, relax room, breakfast, etc. We cannot give a perfect score, however, because our room smelled of smoking. We tried to open the windows after check in, but it did not help. If we could do it over, we would have requested another room immediately. That room needs a deep cleaning to remove the cigarette smells. I hope they will do it.

We happened to be there for the night of the Trani annual summer festival and fireworks. Such a fabulous day evening with views of fireworks from our balcony.

Look out on the cathedral in one direction and the bay and the port in the others. Incredibly beautiful views. The staff are also extremely polite, helpful, and available.
