- Muhittin yalcin (2/5): Malesef - Oda çok havasız ve çok sıcaktı öncesinde havalandırılması ve serinletilmesi güzel olabilirdi. Görsellere bakarak çok daha küçüktü. Görsellerde özel balkonu varmış gibi gösterilmesine rağmen ortak bir koridorun sonuna masa konmuştu. Uygulamadaki puanlamayı göze alarak ve görsellere bakarak bu ücreti ödemeye razı olup odayı tutmuştuk ancak çevredeki pansiyonları ve fiyatlarına baktığımız zaman ödediğimiz paranın üçte biri anca ederdi.
- Delphine (8/5): - Ce petit hôtel n'est pas une découverte, nous y étions déjà venus il y a plusieurs années. Nous avons logé dans un petit bungalow au cœur d'un jardin luxuriant très agréable mais où il faut savoir qu'il y a peu de mètres carrés habitables et où les lits nous ont semblé très durs ! nous avons décidé de dîner sur place mais malheureusement une mauvaise surprise nous attendait car les prix ont explosé ! ceci est dû au classement au guide Michelin. Pour le petit-déjeuner rien à dire, il est bien fourni et diversifié.

- WILLIAM (10/5): Amazing spot for hiking and archeology! - Firstly, I want to say this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have had in my 30ish years of international travel. The Hotel consists of small cabins spread amongst a beautiful garden, surrounding the main building which houses the restaurant. This is a family operation, with Mithat running the hotel, sons and wives helping in the restaurant. They also are able to guide you on various treks to the numerous archaeological sites ranging from Paleolithic cave paints to Byzantine Monasteries. Situated just uphill from the old agora of Heraklei under the Latmos, you are feet away from incredibly well preserved Roman baths, Hellenistic theater, and some of the best preserved Hellenistic fortifications in the world. The Hotel and Restaurant made the Michelin guide this year, and it's incredibly well deserved. Every meal was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. I regret not having budgeted more time at Lake Bafa. Between this hotel and the numerous archaeological sites in the area I could have stayed for weeks. I highly encourage this hotel for anyone who has a interest in trekking/hiking, and 100% it's a must stay if you or your significant other have a interest in Roman-Byzantine history and archaeology. I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough. Book here, and you won't regret.

- Johanna (8/5): Prima verblijf - Eenvoudige accomodatie in houten chalet met buitenzitje. Dorp ligt tussen de resten van een antieke stad. Prachtig aan het meer, stil en rustig. Familie verzorgt heerlijk ontbijt. Ook 's avonds hier prima gegeten. Familie organiseert ook hikingtours in de omgeving.
- Yvan (10/5): Superbe pension - Excellente pension, située au coeur du village. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, les chambres mignonnes et fonctionelles. Les petits-déjeuners sont variés et copieux, et lerestaurants excellents. Les hôtes proposent aussi des excursions sur le Latmos et dans la ville antique. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y vais et j'espère le refaire.

Nice bright room, we got a better room, the owner of Mithat was very kind, for which we thank him very much. A delicious homemade dinner with good wine. The place is very quiet, in the heart of the village. A beautiful lake and we lived right next to the ancient ruins. The ancient history of this place makes it exceptional. Thank you again very much. We had a lot of pleasure

- Gary (10/5): - The town of Kapikiri where the Agora Pansiyon is located is a Roman city where people live among the ruins on a Lake that is on the migratory bird routes. It is easy to walk in the town and everyone was very friendly. Agora Pansyion has protected parking, an outdoor seating area for warmer weather and an area inside for cooler weather. The owner, Mithat Sercin, provides a full range of additional services to include guided walking tours of the area. He is also an excellent photographer. There are no restaurants in the town except those attached to other places to stay but the food prepared by the owner's mother checks all the boxes for delicious, healthy eating. If you are looking for small town restfulness, authentic village home cooking combined with the ability to walking in history, Agora Pansyion is the place to spend some time.
- Pascal (8/5): Agréable halte au bord du lac Bafa - Séjour agréable, la chambre était petite et assez austère mais néanmoins confortable. La pension en elle-même est très agréable, dans un jardin ombragé et l'accueil . Nous y avons très bien mangé, tant au petit-déjeuner (inclus) que le soir, notamment du poisson excellemment préparé, grillé juste à point, à un prix raisonnable. En revanche, le prix de la chambre pour une nuit, 82,50 euros, nous a semblé trop élevé.

- Morgane (10/5): Petit havre de paix - Dans un petit village avec vue sur le lac, cet hotel est parfait pour un séjour déconnecté des grandes villes. Les parties communes et les exterieurs sont tres agréables et très bien entretenus. Notre chambre était un peu dans son jus mais très propre et très confortable. Les repas cuisinés sur place étaient trés bon (mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner turc). L'hôte est trés gentil et très avenant, soucieux du bien être de ses clients.
- Richard (6/5): Expensive for what you get - This place is good for a stopover. It isn’t on the lake so no nice views and there isn’t too much to do in the village. The room was okay although we were unable to lock our room as the previous guest had taken the key. We were given a few spare keys to try after we arrived, but that isn’t really for guests to do! The village may well be “safe” but guests don’t know anyone from Adam. Surprised there wasn’t a spare and/or housekeeping key! The Agora isn’t cheap for what you get and having traveled extensively in Turkey and Eastern Europe for months at a time, you get no more or less than other locations. Beer was 60 lira a bottle, this is more than some places in Bodrum, expensive for a rural location. The food was okay but expensive and nothing that got us excited. Also there is no price list or menu, the menu is basically what is available on any given day. We would have given a higher review had it not been for the prices and not being able to lock our room at night!

- Elaine (10/5): - Kapikiri is in the middle of nowhere, and very difficult to get to if you don't have a car or speak the language. That said, it is worth the effort! This is a very unusual and beautiful part of Turkiye, and I have never been to a place where the village was literally built around the ruins of Helikos, dating back to 300 BC. Not kidding- to get to some ruin sites, you have to walk through people's yards! The villagers are very friendly, but the women will try to sell you trinkets at every turn. The only disappointment was that I couldn't go on the guided hike to see the 5000 BC rock drawings- my guide woke up sick, so he had to cancel. Nothing in Turkiye is fast, so a last-minute replacement wasn't an option. BTW, the food is a major reason to visit- everything cooked fresh by mama, and everything grown on their farm. Exquisite!!

Definitely worth a visit . On our way north and south along the west coast of Turkey a definite comfortable stop!! Highly recommended!

The family running the pension helped us arranging the transport, gave us tips for our hikes, prepared us home cooked meals. Tea was always boiling.
- Brenda (10/5): Hors de temps. - Un endroit hors du temps dans un village isolé au bord du lac Baffa. On voit la vie paissible se dérouler sous nos yeux. Les mamies prennent le frais devant la maison et vendent des objets fabriqués eux-mêmes. Chèvres, ânes, poules et moutons sont tout autours. Pension de famille très sympathique, on se sent comme à la maison. N'hésitez pas à goûter les repas excellents sur place.

It has a laid back charm, the breakfast waa absolutely delicious and plenty. The only down- side is it does not have the view of the lake but it is closer to the ruins. Really refined and reliable familt-run B&B.
- Luciano (10/5): Accoglienza calorosa in un luogo autentico - La pensione Agora è situata nel villaggio di Kapikiri, tra le rovine dell'antica Eraclea ed è vicina al lago Bafa, nota area naturalistica. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dalla simpatica famiglia che gestisce la pensione, proponendo diverse attività legate alla regione, tra cui delle gite e dei trekking sul monte Latmo e vi produce anche dell'ottimo olio d'oliva. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, i servizi comprendevano il parcheggio ed il wifi oltre che un'ottima ed abbondante colazione. La ristorazione (pranzo e cena) è a base di prodotti del loro orto, cucinati in modo casalingo e genuino. Un'ottima sistemazione per visitare il lago Bafa, le rovine di Eraclea ed il monte Latmo oppure anche semplicemente per rilassarsi in un ambiente calmo e familiare.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Kann man weiterempfehlen - Im großem und ganzen in Ordnung. Das Abendessen in der Pansion ist verhältnismäßig teuer aber geschmacklich sehr lecker. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker, jedoch hat mir hier Fleisch in Form von Wurst oder ähnlichem gefehlt.

- Serdar (10/5): MÜKEMMEL - otel sahipleri harika insanlar. çok ilgilendiler. akşam yemekten sonra mükemmel bir ortam oluştu. Kahvaltı oldukça lezzetliydi. Doğayla aşırı iç içe olduğundan sinek vb. rahatsız edebilir ancak odalarda sinekkovar vb. var.

Our hosts are amazing genuinely goooood people. The facilities were beautiful and the meals superb. This place is uniquely amazing!
- KISELEV (10/5): Уютный пансионат рядом с озером и горами - Уютный пансионат в небольшой деревне рядом с озером и горами. Потрясающее место для трекинга, занятий боулдерингом, да и просто для отдыха от цивилизации. Для скалолазов - некоторые камни были слегка в запущенном состоянии, ездили в феврале, может быть просто не сезон, не забудьте взять щеточку, чтобы их чистить. Все камни были буквально в 15 минутах ходьбы. Хозяин отеля предоставил весьма радушный прием, готов был скрасить вечерок за приятной и ненавязчивой беседой, всегда был готов помочь куда-то отвезти или дать дельный совет. Завтракали и ужинали там же, по весьма доступным для европейцев ценам, очень вкусно и сытно, с грустью вспоминаю эти завтраки, когда ковыряю с утра дома овсянку. Домики, в которых жили небольшие и уютные, с отоплением и кондюком, внутри чисто и аскетично, для тех кто не успел устать от цивилизации был wi-fi.
