La nostra camera, affacciandosi su un cortile interno, ha garantito un'ottima insonorizzazione. Abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario. La disponibilità di parcheggio risulta limitata.
• Giovanna (6/5): A estadia teve pontos positivos, especialmente pela ótima localização e conforto do quarto, mas falhas de comunicação e - A localização central próxima à Corso Umberto I foi um ponto positivo, pois era muito agradável caminhar pela região até a orla, com várias lojas, cafés e restaurantes por perto. O quarto era confortável, porém tinha um cheiro de ambiente fechado/abafado. Mesmo usando spray de óleo essencial, o cheiro ainda era perceptível sempre que entrávamos no quarto. Também tivemos duas situações desagradáveis durante a estadia. Na descrição consta “estacionamento gratuito”, mas na prática não existe estacionamento, deve-se parar na rua. Como a região é bastante movimentada e difícil para estacionar, muitas vezes foi necessário parar longe da hospedagem. Para quem viaja com muitas malas ou equipamentos, como nós, isso acaba sendo bastante inconveniente. Além disso, escolhemos esta hospedagem também porque informava incluir café da manhã. No check-in, o próprio Giuseppe nos mostrou onde seria a colazione e, no primeiro dia, foi ele mesmo quem nos serviu o café da manhã. Portanto, caso houvesse algum equívoco na reserva, ele já poderia ter nos avisado naquele momento. Porém, na manhã seguinte, enquanto estávamos entrando para o café, fomos informados na frente de outros hóspedes que o café não estava incluído e que precisaríamos pagar 10 euros por pessoa pelo dia anterior. A situação foi constrangedora e desconfortável, principalmente porque ele tinha nosso WhatsApp e poderia ter esclarecido isso de forma privada antes, evitando a exposição diante de outros hóspedes. Acreditamos que houve falta de clareza nas informações da reserva e na comunicação durante o check-in.

• Mary (9/5): Super B&B, run by a very friendly, helpful manager in a Great Location! - I loved my stay here. Great location , 5 min walk to Olbia centre & beside bus & train station. The B& B itself is lovely, there's a nice eating area & a balcony where you can eat & sit out in the evenings. My room was a good size, nicely laid out & very clean. I interacted a little with the owner by phone & he was very friendly & helpful. A big shout out to Giuseppe who seems to be the resident manager, he is super helpful & is the Perfect host. I recommend 100%. As its in the middle of the town it can be a bit noisy but its great location outweighs this aspect.

Można wypić piwko, lub kawkę. Śniadanie pyszne wszystko świeże codziennie. Bułeczki , szynka, ser żółty, przepyszne croassainty, świeżo wyciskany sok z pomarańczy. Pyszna kawka! Zaraz po wyjściu z budynku są przystanki autobusowe. Linia 2 i 10 zabierze Was na lotnisko . Możecie autobusem dojechać do Palau i na wiele plaży ! Obok Jest bardzo dobra pizza La Tigella. Kawałek drogi do Lidla . Polecam taką trasę gdyż mija się ładny park i zaraz obok mają pyszne gelato z wysoka ocena. Gelateria La pecora nera. Lokalizacja super - na piechotę do centrum, na deptak. Wiele sklepików z pamiątkami wokół La Casa Di Pier mają niższe ceny niż te bliżej centrum . Polecam to miejsce ! Malutki prysznic

• MarSch13 (5/5): Muss nicht nochmal sein - Auf den ersten Blick ein tolles Zimmer und die Nähe zum Zentrum Die Lage ist unterirdisch. Direkt an einer großen Kreuzung, viel Verkehr der durch die schlechten Fenster auch gut zu hören ist. Das Zimmer selbst sehr hellhörig. Wenn dann nur mir Oropax schlafen. Das Bett ist gar nichts, die Dusche ist für kleine super schmale Menschen gemacht. Die WC-Brille inklusive Deckel machten sich immer wieder selbstständig und lösten sich aus der Halterung.

• Janine (8/5): Sauberes großes Apartment aber in mitten viel Verkehr und etwas heruntergekommen Gegend, - Wir hatten das Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern: Sehr saubere Unterkunft in der Nähe des Zentrums (10 min. zu Fuß), Strände (wie der Pittulongu) ca 15 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Alle drei Tage wurde das Apartment gereinigt, wir haben neue Handtücher bekommen und der Müll wurde teilweise mitgenommen. Klimaanlage in den beiden Schlafzimmern sowie Wohnraum. Grosser Balkon zum Hinterhof mit Wäschereck. Kostenloses Parken (weisse Linien) in den Seitenstraßen, aber der Verkehr ist schon sehr stressig. Schöner Sportpark 10 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Liegt an einer befahrenen Straße und Zugstrecke, mit offenen Fenster schlafen nicht möglich. Wir haben in den Seitenstraßen geparkt und drumherum die Straßen sind sehr heruntergekommen und viel Müll überall. Es gab im 2. Schlafzimmer keinen Beistelltisch neben den Bett und in allen Räumen nur volle Deckenbeleuchtung, wir hätten uns eine kleine Nachttischlampe am Bett gewünscht. Schön wären noch Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon. Kein Toaster in der Küche vorhanden.

Ben collegata con i mezzi che funzionano perfettamente e si riescono a raggiungere sia l’aeroporto sia le principali spiagge di Olbia, ma anche arrivare a Golfo Aranci, Palau, Porto Rotondo ecc. Ovviamente non tutte le fermate sono vicinissime alle spiagge ma con pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono facilmente. Nulla

Pan z recepcji przemiły i choć nie mówił zbyt dobrze po angielsku to wszystko udało się dogadać :) Lokalizacja niewielki kawałek od centrum, ale też blisko przystanków autobusowych. Bez dodatkowej opłaty mogliśmy zostawić walizki do czasu naszego lotu :) Za dodatkową opłatą można dokupić śniadanie na miejscu. Było smaczne :) Jedynym minusem była według mnie słabo chłodząca klimatyzacja, ale nie było to aż tak bardzo odczuwalne.

• Robert (6/5): Good place to stay once you get off the ferry and while you decide what you’re going to do - It’s right by the ferry very easy to get to and it has an underground garage There’s nothing special about it other than it’s close to the ferry it’s clean. It’s a reasonable rate and it has a secure garage for your motorcycle.

El desayuno correcto. La habitación resultó ser bastante ruidosa, Desde primera hora de la mañana se oía todo el movimiento en la cocina y comedor así como en las escaleras. El colchón bastante incómodo.

The only thing is the noise outside, if you stayed on the side facing the main road there might be some noise but I saw that from previous review so kinda prepared myself for it 😂 but once you close the window it’s actually fine

Noi ci siamo sempre spostate in autobus: la fermata è a solo 1 minuto a piedi e permette di raggiungere comodamente molte spiagge della zona. Inoltre, il centro si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi, ed è molto piacevole da vivere la sera. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo: siamo arrivate molto presto il primo giorno e ci ha fatto lasciare gli zaini in una stanza; la sera, al nostro rientro, ce li ha fatti perfino trovare già in camera. Esperienza davvero positiva, lo consiglio a chi vuole muoversi con i mezzi e godersi la zona in totale relax. Nulla, tutto perfetto!
