• Capuano yoga (5/5): B&B immerso nel verde - La posizione immersa nel verde e la cortesia del personale e dell'host, la pulizia del bagno e del pavimento Le lenzuola erano macchiate e sgualcite, ho avuto la sensazione che non fossero state lavate... uno dei due cuscini sul letto era così sottile da essere inutilizzabile. La colazione meriterebbe un po' di ordine, anche se i prodotti sono confezionati si possono presentare meglio, mancava l'acqua calda per il tè.

• Claudius (7/5): We had an early flight from Fiumicino. Takes 15 min to get to the airport. Good value for money - Price was great compared with others in the area. Yes, you're not getting modern facilities etc, but it's certainly good enough for a night or two as with most Italian hotels in Winter... Pretty cold.
• biagio (5/5): senza infamia e senza lode - Avevo scelto questo B&B PROPRIO X la vicinanza dall'aereoporto di Fiumicino . che mi desse anche la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto (esterno sulla strada). in realtà la struttura -trovandosi a Fregene in località marina- è più funzionale nei mesi estivi. La nostra camera era ubicata al secondo piano. La colazione . Di solito preferisco non fare colazione in struttura e quindi non sono rimasto certo deluso x quello, ma chi si attende una colazione perlomeno accettabile, sappia che rimarrà deluso

• Tamara (10/5): - Great overnighter..had a 13hr layover. Still a great location if you want a bed and breakfast in Rome. Bed and breakfast owner "Marcos" called local restaurant and asked that they served me food, eventhough they were closed.

The water boiling vessel was not cleaned after used previously, it has milk remains at the bottom. Coffee in breakfast was cold and there is nothing much of a breakfast but just aome pkcged stuff.

• Deividas (7/5): Good - good place. right next to the railway station. modern room, free parking, breakfast delivered to the room. difficult communication in English. there was a problem with the parking reservation. although I noted on the booking platform that I need a car space. upon arrival, the owner said that I did not reserve it because I did not write personally. a somewhat stressful situation arose. anyway the owner looks like a place for the car. however, when I returned to the parking lot the next day, the place was occupied and I had to call again and ask where to park the car. another minus was the hard-to-lock sliding room door. although the owner said it was due to the sliding door, it is obvious that there is a problem with the lock. breakfast is modest. poor sound insulation. you can even hear snoring from the other room.

La proprietaria è molto disponibile, la stanza ha tutto il necessario e la colazione è buona, scelta non ampia ma soddisfacente. Ho valutato in particolare positivamente la privacy della mia stanza (ho avuto la mansarda), unica nota negativa il letto scomodo, con dislivelli, e dove in alcuni punti avvertivo quelle che credo siano le protuberanze della rete in ferro; ma sono comunque riuscito a dormire bene.
• Fred (10/5): Quiet beach neighborhood - I was lucky to stay at this friendly B&B. I was looking for someplace quiet and near the airport, but I didn't know anything about this area. Frangene can be easily reached from the train station by going to the airport and then taking the airport bus that runs to Frangene. It's a seaside town with a beach vibe. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and nextdoor to a unique historic (1968) architectural experiment, "casa Sperimentale". A pleasant surprise. My room was large, comfortable, and clean. There's a supermarket, bars, and restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed walking in the parks and the neighborhood. Just what I was looking for before heading home.

We only stayed 1 night but we loved the location. Marco was a treat! We walked a lot on the beach. We had drinks at Controvento Beach bar & dinner at Tino's. Both were a delight! nothing. All ok for us on our 1night stay.

• 657kayej (4/5): Not very good, basic - I booked off season for 4 nights but left after one. Owners very nice. They gave me the attic room but the mattress was obviously old & was lumpy. There was no mattress protector to hide these things. Maybe other rooms are better I don't know. They need to do work. Some things don't even take much - fixing fly screens, painting etc dont cost much but renting rooms with really poor quality/old mattress & pillows is not good.
