• Anna (1/5): Go to Actual hotel & Avoid this place - Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing for a number of reasons. The shower and toilet were leaking, and there was visible black mold in the shower, which is a serious health concern. The beds were very uncomfortable, and none of us were able to get a proper night’s sleep. The room was also not entirely clean when we arrived, with noticeable dust and dirt in several areas. The setup of the room was also inconvenient—you can’t leave without taking the only key, so if someone wants to stay inside, the others can’t leave the air conditioning or lights on. On top of that, there’s an automatic motion-sensor light in the room that turns on when someone moves, so if anyone gets up to use the bathroom at night, it disturbs everyone else. The air conditioning barely worked and did not cool the room properly. Another serious issue occurred on our second day, when the owner’s wife unlocked and entered our room while we were still sleeping—even though we had been told the rooms would only be cleaned every three days. This was a clear invasion of our privacy. We asked the owner that same day if we could check out early and get a refund for the remaining days. He said we could only get a refund if someone else rebooked the room, which felt completely inappropriate. I contacted Booking.com to escalate the issue, and after that, the owner changed his story and said he would not issue any refund at all. This was extremely unprofessional. I wish I could add all the photos but I’m limited to 4 on here.
• Clara (5/5): Per quanto ho pagato mi aspettavo molto di piu' - la posizione prezzo troppo alto , accoglienza pari a zero. water rotto che perdeva acqua, zero bottiglietta di acqua nel frigo, zero colazione, solo caffe ma orrendo, zero palettine.
• Massimo (3/5): Imbarazzante - La camera era piccola ,il bagno era non funzionante dallo sgorgo del lavandino al miscelatore rotto della doccia .lo sgabello del bagno peli e capelli umani inaccettabile! Colazione inesistente nonostante booking proponeva prezzo con prima colazione ! Personale assente dal check in sl check out ! Solo gentile telefonicamente ! Lavori al piano superiore con uso del flessibile alle 08:00 del mattino senza averci segnalato i lavori in corso .

Non ci fosse stata ( per caso..) la ragazza delle pulizie, saremmo rimasti fuori. In una giornata dove a San vito lo capo era senza connessione ( no internet no telefono) , il suddetto non ha la minima preoccupazione di farsi vedere se era tutto apposto. Ripartiamo il giorno dopo, e l’unico suo segnale, e che all’addebito si prende anche la tassa di soggiorno che , andava pagata di persona sul posto… un vero signore!!!

• Peyton (9/5): Great place, even better host! - It is located right on the Main Street which made it easy to find restaurants and is about 3 blocks from the beach. The host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. There was a mix up with the breakfast, but the host was very apologetic and made sure to set up a dinner for us at a very good restaurant. The room was clean and quiet. We went in November which is a slower season to go, so the town was fairly empty and quiet. Some places were closed, but we still had a fun time. Overall it was a very peaceful experience and we loved it. The hot water took a minute or two to get to the shower. Just turn the handle to the left and wait until it gets there.

• Amy (8/5): Decent place in great location with nice breakfast, but needs improvement - - Great breakfast, with savory and sweet goods, coffee that is made on the spot via espresso machine by the nice lady who manages the kitchen. The kitchen manager is really nice, keeps breakfast clean. She didn't speak English, only Italian, but understood our needs and showed great customer service. - Central location, right on a busy street with shops and restaurants and just 400 steps or so from the beach - Clean - Host was nice and allowed us to store our luggage and check out at 11am. He gave us great recommendations for where to rent bikes, free public transportation around the area, discounts for a beach chair rental, and he also recommended the Zingaro Nature Reserve which was AMAZING. Definitely go, I'd recommend walking it the entire length. Would be nice if host had map or had more recommendations such as where to eat! - SLOOWWWW wifi, sometimes un-useable. - This place could be amazing if common areas were accessible. The outdoor terrace is beautiful and spacious, but is only open for breakfast from 8-10am and otherwise it is locked. The lobby area could be nice but A/C is off so too warm. I was working remotely with my partner and if we were both on calls, I had to sit in the hallway where the lighting is timed so I had to keep pressing the lightswitch every minute to keep the lights on. Would be nicer to have more space other than our rooms. - Kitchen downstairs is essentially used for storage and nothing works. Such a pity. - At least provide a microwave for guests, otherwise have to eat out every day. We'd stay longer if we could cook more food at home - Breakfast is not as diverse/plentiful as the photos show (this makes sense since there is not enough guests to eat that much food, but I feel the photos are misleading). Leftover food is sometimes served the day after (along with some new things), so not everything is fresh - Online advertises shared clothes drying machines but we didn't see it onsite and the host didn't show us it - Need drying racks available inside the room to dry clothes. Online says drying racks are available but we only saw 1 on the outdoor terrace which is closed to guests most of the day. Host doesn't allow hanging clothes on the balcony but this is a beachtown so having wet clothes is inevitable and it would be much more convenient to allow guests to use the balcony - Online says room is soundproof but it is definitely not. You can hear people in the hallway and you can especially hear sounds from the street. Bring earplugs. - Several things in our room could use improvement. The thing that holds the shower head was broken so we had to hold the handle with one hand to shower. One of the bathroom drawers was hard to open, the bathroom cabinet was soooo squeaky, the bathroom sink needs a filter to keep stuff from falling into it
