Fikk f.eks frokost servert tidligere en normalt pga tidlig avreise. Noe støy fra gatetrafikk. Viktig å kontakte hotellet hvis en ankommer sen ettermiddag/kveld da resepsjonen ikke er betjent. Meget gode engelsk kunnskaper på hun som jobber i resepsjonen

Nossa acomodação era formada por 2 quartos muito espaçosos e um excelente banheiro com banheira e chuveiros independentes. Fomos recebidos com bastante carinho e agrados. Tem estacionamento proprio gratuito e fica proximo da muralha de Lucca e da entrada do Centro Histórico. Café da manhã muito bem servido em uma area temática sobre A Bela Adormecida. Local nao tem elevador e nosso quarto estava no 3° andar.

- xiaochun (10/5): A value-added B&B. - A very unforgettable Lucca B&B.The location is only 15 minutes' walk from the old city.The accommodation is an old-fashioned villa with three floors, with its own independent yard and parking space.Breakfast here is also very rich, comparable to a 3-star hotel, but please don't forget that the price here is less than one third of that of the hotel.In short, this B&B has given me a lot of surprises, and I will choose to live here if I come to Lucca again next time.

Yes it’s the opposite side of Lucca to the train station and outside the city walls but it was only a 30 minute walk because Lucca is so tiny. Gave me the opportunity to get my bearings. And only a 5 minute walk back to the wall. Was able to check in just after 11am. Room was huge as was the bathroom & both immaculately clean. And there was a kettle! Breakfast was fantastic and laid out with great care. Lovely selection of croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, meats & cheese. Though be aware only one cappuccino or other hot drink is included. And you need to pay the city tax in cash.

Der lå en fin pakke med nøgle, praktisk info, wifi, forslag til gode restauranter osv. Værelset var storslået med fantastisk loftsmaleri. Værtinden var supersød og hjælpsom. Vi vil bo der næste gang vi kommer til Lucca.

- James (10/5): - This property was perfect for our family, we were in room 6. The location is good, just a short walk outside the walled city. This is an example of a property owner and staff that really care about the property and guests. Yes there are some areas that are worn but the attention to detail with the cleaning and facility provision was spot on. Out of hours check in was very easy. My family really liked the styling of the room & the Disney theming in the breakfast area. Each guest was provided with a bundle of towels and the children loved the sweets! The breakfast was very good, a reasonable continental selection and the coffee was lovely. The staff at breakfast and the cleaner were very polite. We stayed at 4 properties in Italy during this trip and this was our favourite. Well done!

Parking outside is very safe. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, large bedroom and bathroom. The theme of the hotel is refreshing and very cute.

Parcheggio privato comodo e disponibile. Siamo state accolte da una ragazza davvero gentile e sorridente. Ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti. Le nostre stanze erano vicine. In particolare una era tutta rosa rendendo molto felice la mia nipotina! Camere semplici e carine bagni grandi e completamente funzionanti! Pulizia ottima e cura in tutto!! Forniscono ben 3 asciugamani a persona e set bagno. Colazione semplice e carina e ben curata nei minimi dettagli. Nel nostro caso rapporto qualità prezzo non ottimo ma di più!! Camera praticamente regalata!! Consiglio questa struttura a due passi da Lucca centro ma anche molto vicina a Pisa e alla Versilia!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The stay was not a good experience. The room did not feel very welcoming, it smelled stuffy, and all the lights were white and cold. On our third day there the toilet got clogged, and when we informed the host she told us that there was nothing she could do until the next day. She didn’t really offer an alternative toilet or other solution until we asked for one. It got fixed, and we got to use the staff toilet in the meantime, but the handling of the situation felt bad to us. The same night our aircondition started leaking water after just a few minutes of it being on, and the third bed got wet as it stood under the AC. When we checked out we asked to store our luggage there for some hours, but we were told that this was impossible. It seemed to us that they did not care much about making it a good stay.

- Daniel (10/5): Fabulous place! - The building was beautifully refurbished, rooms were comfortable and very clean. They had nice towels, glass cups, a selection of teas and clean electric teapot. There was even a makeup mirror with a good hair dryer. The parking space was the cherry on the cake. Sabrina, the nice lady at the front desk, was beyond wonderful and helpful all the time. The buffet breakfast was delicious, great cappuccinos. It was a fantastic experience! We traveled with our three teenagers, and they loved it. We’ll be back! Thank you!

The only negative was our bathtub could not be filled with more than about 3 inches of water before it drained out so the jets could not work. We loved our delicious breakfast and conversing with our charming, friendly hostess Patrizia. We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. This property was a great value!
