What I did not appreciate, however, was the pressure to provide an exact arrival time, with repeated messages in the two days leading up to my stay. When I finally confirmed 17:00, I later realized I would need to change it, but that was no longer possible. In addition, being asked to reconfirm both by message and SMS what time I would leave felt uncomfortable. Had I known in advance that this would be the case, I would not have booked. I work in hospitality myself and offer accommodation, and I would never handle things in this way, as I believe guests should feel relaxed and free during their holiday, not under unnecessary pressure.
prof9292 (8/5): Buona struttura, un po' fuori mano, ma il centro si raggiunge con 20 minuti a piedi - Il proprietario era gentile e ritirare le chiavi è stato semplicissimo. Nel complesso la casa è abbastanza grande ed è dotata di buone forniture. Molto buono anche il Wi-Fi. Il lavandino del bagno è piccolo e perde acqua, i cuscini erano veramente scomodi, il livello di pulizia un po' approssimativo. Ci è stato detto di fare silenzio dopo le 22:00 perché al piano superiore alloggia una famiglia con una bambina
