Verified traveler (6/5): - The wall to the outside is brick and has seemingly no Insulation. Therefore if you are on the exposed side it is very difficulty to get the temperature of the room down to a reasonable place. Also there a a train the goes by many times in the night and blasts the horn for 20-30 seconds making it so you wake up fully.

JUAN CARLOS (8/5): Bueno pero caro relación precio/calidad - En general buena experiencia, desayuno incluido en tarifa y no estaba mal, lo que no me gustó del cuarto fue el baño, ya que estaba pegado a la cama dividido nada mas por un vidrios tipo motel y si hacia uno sus necesidades se escuchaba todo, creo que para la tarifa el baño debe de tener más privacidad, ya que otros hoteles en la misma zona por menos precio ofrecen mejores instalaciones sanitarias

Y1420PGrogerl (4/5): MARRIOTT Name BUT poor quality - This is a nice Marriott urban concept, but this hotel is not the quality of ANY major brand hotel. The Service quality is not up to standard. Hotel stays were not registerd in Bonvoy for more than 2 weeks. The formal government receipt for the stays required more than 2 weeks to be sent, and the first receipt was incorrect. The food and rooms were nice. The "business" center was marginal. I would suggest either the Hampton Inn or the Hyatt Place as better options in the same zone. Management needs to put significant attention to this property.

The rooms are unique, comfortable, an excellent bed but most importantly, the entire staff was friendly, service driven....from the bellman to the front desk to the restaurant staff. We will return, just to relax and enjoy! Excellent service is an attitude, and always starts with the managment. Kudos to them!
Verified traveler (8/5): - Me gusto el hotel y su trato, en general es la mejor opción de la zona, solo hubo dos temas que no me agradaron mucho, 1.al momento de preguntar por el desayuno me indicaron que solo podría tomar de una área específica, y que ciertos platillos tendrían un costo adicional, si bien es cierto, eso es válido, lo deberían de mencionar al momento de hacer la reservación para valorar si conviene desayunar ahí, o cruzar la calle e ir a los restaurantes del frente, el detalle 2. Fue el olor en el estacionamiento, debido a la granja que se encuentra a un lado, creo que esto podría disminuirse colocando un una malla que impida que el aire transporte tanto ese olor
