Has two elevators and one was out of service, but it was a Wednesday so waiting for it wasn’t too bad. The Wi-Fi was really weak and couldn’t use Netflix or Prime cause that was down also. At least the cable tv still worked.

• Adam (5/5): - Location was good. Staff were helpful. On check in I was charged more than the booking fee. When I asked, the staff tried to explain it as a $50 holding fee but the difference was not $50. In the end they told me to just check my statement after checkout and call them if it hasn’t been adjusted. The front desk told us that the bistro/bar was open til 10pm, though when we tried to use it after checking in at ~9.50pm they told us we’d missed last call and they couldn’t help us. The staff were helpful when prompted but I did not find them to be welcoming or friendly at first. We did not get housekeeping for some reason either but we’re not expecting that so we had to call and request fresh towels. Additionally, the TV was faulty and the bar fridge did not work so well.

• Dalonna (4/5): - I checked in on Friday and was immediately hit with a strong mold and mildew smell as soon as I walked into my room. It smelled wet and musty — like something had been sitting damp for a long time. I went to the front desk to request a different room, hoping it was just a one-time issue, but the second room had the exact same problem. There is visible mold on the windows, and the shower also has mold and mildew buildup. The smell is overwhelming and made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It's clear that there’s a serious ventilation or cleanliness issue, and it doesn’t seem like it’s being properly addressed. I’m very disappointed with the condition of this hotel and would not recommend it unless they take serious steps to resolve the mold problem. For health and safety reasons, I hope management takes this seriously. I Do Not Recommend This Property!

• Keli (4/5): Disappointing Stay in Downtown Baton Rouge - The location is convenient—right in downtown Baton Rouge—but everything else left much to be desired. There’s no hotel parking included, so you’re forced to either pay $20 for self-parking or $25 for valet. On top of that, they place a $20 hold on your card. No free breakfast either, which felt like another miss. We stayed on a Saturday night, and it was ridiculously loud outside around midnight—cars revving, music blasting. Not ideal for families or anyone looking to get rest. Our room was spacious, likely an ADA room, which worked fine for us as we were traveling with kids. It had two queen beds, each with only three pillows, which felt odd. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy and mostly clean. However, the bathtub had some grime, and the shower faucet was coming off. It made it impossible to enjoy a hot shower without the water suddenly turning scorching due to the loose handle. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again. Next time I’m in Baton Rouge, I’ll book an Airbnb and skip the hassle.

The hotel was down town but the only parking was paid parking. There was only parking on the road side. I would just like heads up on this like this when going somewhere I have it been before. We were there for a big bowling tournament so the Hotel was close to that but traffic was not fun.

• Javier (7/5): Ok, stay - Clean room and very comfortable. Beds were a bit stiff for my liking. Low water pressure on the 8th floor. Breakfast that we upgraded to was not worth it,since they were out of some ingredients.

• Jessica (5/5): Just okay - Cold room. Easy to walk to spots downtown. Comfortable bed Loud at night. Cleaning crew had kids in our clean room
• Mimi_Ann2013 (4/5): Very, very loud neighborhood even after 10pm - The location is very undesirable noise wise even after 10 pm. Seems to me that law enforcement could manage the loudness and the people milling around the outside of the property. I have stayed all around downtown Baton Rouge in other properties and have not found any to have this undesirable noise! Will not stay here in the future!
• Amy A (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. It was close to the capital museum and Many restaurants. A bonus having Starbucks attached to the hotel. The room was extremely quiet and beds and pillows very comfortable.
• Michele (10/5): - The hotel was great. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Baton Rouge area.
• Chris (8/5): Hotel was clean and in line with price. Would not stay again due to parking, no pool and no complime - I liked that you could walk to a lot of the near by places. The morning valet gentleman was the best and very friendly ( why he got a tip ). The surrounding location was not the greatest. No free parking for hotel guest so that was an added charge. Nothing close for the kids to do and couldn’t go out at night due to the homeless people harassing you.
