• Giannino (9/5): Amusing themed rooms, a lot of space for your stay and PARKING! - The rooms were quite large, more than enough and the fridge works well. The free parking with your stay is worth ALOT in this town so its a great bonus for a good room. All my windows in both the lounge and the bedroom had thin see-through blinds as the only thing to block your windows so.... you can imagine how that might go when changing and having a multi storey appartments windows facing yours.... I did mention it to the lady who hekps guests check-in and she did say my suggestion of actual blackout blinds being out in would be passed up the chain so... hopefully it happens.

• Sophia (8/5): - J'ai beaucoup apprécié la personne très sympathique qui m'a accueillie. Elle a su se rendre disponible pour me donner des conseils de visites. Si je ne me trompe pas il y avait également des locataires qui habitaient l'immeuble.....et certains étaient très bruyants le soir. Mais ce désagrément n'empêche pas de me donner envie de revenir à Gênes.

• didier (10/5): - Une chambre propre, dans un joli quartier et proche du centre historique, un accueil chaleureux grâce à Nicolas et une belle salle d'eau. La porte d'entrée de la chambre, une porte coulissante qui laisse passer le bruit des gens dans le couloir, mais fort heureusement, il n'y a pas trop de passages.

Piccoli dettagli manutenzione facilmente migliorabili ad es mensola doccia mancante, piatti e posate solo usa e getta pulsante scarico vater che non torna in posizione da solo.

• mmaja (10/5): - Parkirišče za 4 avtomobile na ograjenem dvorišču. Všeč mi je bilo, da sva imela v sobi mizico z dvema stoloma. Zamenjali so nama brisače, izpraznili smeti. Spala sva 2 noči. Komunikacija z lastnikom je potekala brez problema. Lokacija je super, saj je nekako med starim delom mesta in med centalnim s trgovinami in orienralnim marketom do kamor se lahko spustiš z dvigalom. Trgovina je minuto od nastanitve. Zelo zadovoljna! Lonček za gretje vode bi bil lahko novejši. Vse ostalo super!

• ValentinaMe (9/5): - Lo staff e' gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi ora per risolvere velocissimamente qualsiasi problema. La stanza e' spaziosa e accogliente, ben arredara, pulita e luminosa. La posizione davvvero strategica per andare dappertutto anche a piedi, il parcheggio davvero comodo e vitale, permette di risparmiare tanto rispetto ai parcheggi in zona. Acqua calda, stanza trovata calda. Letto comodissimo. Pulizie efficenti. Complimenti. Le porte si fa fatica a chiuderle, sono belle, di legno, e per questo un po gonfie di umido. Il parquet in qualche punto gonfio e il bidet non ben saldato a terra. Tutto rimediabile cmq e di poco impatto.

Très pratique le parking manquerait une couette... Les nuits devenant fraîches. Accueil un peu speed... Malgré ce qui était indiqué dans la présentation de l'établissement la personne ne parlait pas Francais et la chambre n'est pas au rez de chaussée. Petit déjeuner très succinct

• Natalia (8/5): - L'alloggio di Nicola è molto buono e in ottima posizione, abbiamo potuto raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte delle attrazioni. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su Genova e abbiamo potuto scoprire posti molto interessanti e belli. La camera è molto spaziosa e grande, era molto bella, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene. Il caffè che c'era in camera era molto buono. Il parcheggio è un vantaggio, considerando il traffico caotico di Genova. La struttura è molto vicina all'autostrada, il che è anche molto positivo.

Super vriendelijke host Nicola. Supermarkt op 20 meter afstand. Erg handig, want hier zijn geen ontbijtmogelijkheden. Grote ruime schone badkamer en aparte slaapkamer met minikoelkast en eettafeltje. Goede airco. Buiten is er een aparte ruimte waar je nog kunt zitten en tegen betaling drinken kunt halen. Eventueel eten kunt opwarmen en kunt afwassen We komen hier zeker weer terug! Matras was erg dun, niet comfortabel Apartementgebouw gelegen aan doorgaande weg, dus ramen openhouden is geen optie, maar er is goede airconditioning. Parkeren van auto is een wel een ware kunst en uitdaging Douchekop blijft niet hangen en is dicht tegen de zijwand geplaatst, dus het was niet comfortabel douchen. Jammer van de ruimte.

• Peter (3/5): Disappointed. - Not a lot Greeted by a staff person with very limited English. We stayed in the Lavanda room. The room was in very poor condition, was supposed to have a city view and there wasn't one. Was a view of a brick wall. Had a single bed throw rug as a blanket. The shower leaked profusely when turned on at the connection and the cubicle was not even attached to the walk. Asked if they could book us a taxi when leaving and was told no we have to book it ourselves. Only paper cups and. No milk supplied for tea and coffee making. No bathrobes. No desk what was supposed to be a desk was an old singer sewing machine. Would not recommend it at all. Greatly disappointed!!!!

The second area in explorer room smelled a bit moldy and we had the window open during our stay (thankfully it wasn’t hot outside) and the WiFi was spotty (a mix of very slow/low signal). Used my data for my needs but didn’t spend much time in the property (just like 2h excluding sleep in a 2 days stay)

• Janine (9/5): - Für uns ein super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis aus sicherem Parkplatz, Sauberkeit und Lage. Zu Fuß in 15 min im Zentrum und es gibt einen kleine Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Check-in und alle Informationen wurden einwandfrei über WhatsApp geteilt Das Bettgestell ist leider nur zur Zierde was das Bett etwas instabil gemacht hat. Es hat dem Zimmer aber nichts abgetan ;)
• Isabel (8/5): Fijn verblijf in prachtig deel van Genua - Prive parkeerplek is top. We mochten zelfs op de dag van uitchecken de auto laten staan zodat we de stad nog in konden. Fijne locatie op 10 minuten lopen van het oude centrum. De kamer had een koelkast en koffie. De kamers zijn wat gehorig en wij hadden een kamer die grensde aan een weg waar in de ochtend al vroeg auto’s langskomen. Als het raam dicht is heb je hier geen last van.
• Christos (8/5): - Είχε κλειστό πάρκινγκ και ο οικοδεσπότης Νικόλας ήταν πολύ βοηθητικός, με το χαμόγελο και εξυπηρετικός σε όλα..!! Λίγο η φασαρία από τον δρόμο αλλά αν είστε πρωινοί τύποι τότε δεν θα είναι πρόβλημα γιατί η γειτονιά είναι σχετικά ήσυχη και έχει φασαρία μόνο το πρωί
• Christian (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage (ruhig und man kann dennoch von der Unterkunft aus Genua zu Fuß erkunden), Parkplatz inbegriffen, Zimmer mit ausreichender Größe und guter Ausstattung (Kühlschrank) Hellhörig, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten

• Ar.Lehm (10/5): - Super Gastgeber, der uns herzlichst empfohlen hat. Er erklärte uns, wo wir etwas unternehmen konnten, und ja, das haben wir wahrgenommen und das war top. Schön wären zwei Teller und vernünftiges Besteck.
