• Courtney (10/5): - We had a great stay at Casa Lucy! We stayed here before and after doing the W Trek. Lucy made us feel right at home, and we were able to keep our luggage there while we were hiking. Lucy even made sure we had breakfast early the morning before we left for our hike. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the bed was super comfy! It is also located less than 10 minutes from the bus stop, so we were able to walk there to get our bus into to Torres del Paine. Also in walking distance of the center of town where all the shops and restaurants are. Overall an excellent place to stay as a base for visiting Torres del Paine!

• Sayaka (10/5): - TdPの前泊＆後泊で利用しました。TdPにいる間は荷物を預かってくれ、戻ってきたら、既に新しい部屋に荷物が置いてあったのがとても有り難かったです。 でも、この宿の一番いい所は、Lucyのホスピタリティです。TdP以外の予定の相談にも乗ってくれましたし、早い時間の朝食にも対応してくれました。 朝食は充分な量で、複数のフルーツの他におやつ（プロテインバーなところが客層をわかっている）があったのも良かったです。 宿の内装もアットホームな感じで、部屋も広いし暖かいし居心地が良かったです。 ¡Gracías!

• Jack (10/5): A great choice for anyone staying in Puerto Natales that doesn't mind a short walk - Room was immaculate and the owner could not have been more accommodating. It was a bit of a walk from the center of town, but it gave us the chance to see some of the Puerto Natales neighborhoods that we would have otherwise not seen. This room far exceeded my expectations for how large and how tastefully decorated it was. Also, it had a great shower nothing

• Cassidy (10/5): Perfect stay in Puerto Natales! - Lucy is so kind, accommodating, and communicative. The B&B is cozy and clean; the room we stayed in was quite large. The stay is an easy 7-minute walk to the bus station and Lucy even let us store our bags for a few days while hiking. There's an option for breakfast as early as 6AM, which is perfect for catching the 7AM bus to Torres Del Paine. 100000% recommend if you're in PN to visit or to hike!

• Julia (10/5): Cute guest house in a convenient location - We stayed here for one night on each end of the W Trek. The hospitality was great, the host was very friendly, provided a nice breakfast (and you're able to pick the time) and also helped us call a taxi to take to the airport on the last morning. We left our bags here for 4 nights while we did the trek and they were safe and waiting for us in our room when we got back. Convenient location, 10 minute walk from the main bus station.

• manuel (10/5): - We stayed 5 nights and were sad to leave. We were welcomed by the owner, Dona Lucy and she explained how to gain access to the property and showed us our room. The room was extremely clean, the bed and linens very comfortable and the room very roomy. Upon return every afternoon or night, we were asked what time we wanted breakfast. We were always offered our choice of eggs. We had bread and a toaster at our table, along with yogurt, juice, tea/coffee, cheese, ham and cereal was available. We hated leaving and felt very much at home with a caring owner that ensured that we were comfortable and at home in her B&B.

• Lee (10/5): Exceptional - This is a lovely hotel, just ten minutes walk from the sea front. The owner has the heating on full, which is welcome as it's freezing outside, even in November. The breakfast is excellent and I really cannot fault the hotel. The room is a decent size with a comfy bed. There isn't a kettle in the room, which isn't uncommon in Chile, but would be a nice addition. Great value for money and a great place to stay.

Aside from clean and comfortable bed and towels, spacious room and bathroom with excellent powerful hot shower, perfect location next to bus depot, the best of all is a nicest, and warmest host Lucy. She made me feel like I returned home and every day made sure I had ample breakfast in the morning before leaving the house, all bus tickets or tours in order, and a hot tea before going to sleep! I would never forget how she waited for me till very late at night to come back from the trek. In all my history of travelling all over the world, no host cared about their guests as much as Lucy. If I ever go back to Puerto Natales Lucy would be one of the main reasons to do so. Thank you, Lucy, for your hospitality! Tip: book all your activities with Lucy. I had pre-booked mine and still regret it. I should have listened to Lucy and would have had much better experience.

The hotel is very clean and quiet and Lucy is a fabulous hostess. It’s very well located, can walk to the bus station and the center. The breakfast is great and we brought the protein bars with us in the hike.

• Elizabeth (10/5): - Casa Lucy offered a great stay, with a generous and delicious breakfast. Our room was clean and quite large. Lucy offered us help with anything we needed during our 4 day stay. We were able to walk around town and out to dinner right from our room, through nice neighborhoods. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Puerto Natales.

• James (10/5): Lovely ! - The host was lovely . The location is close to the bus station so no taxi needed with heavy bags , also very close to a laundrette . Allowed us to store bags while doing the o trek and when we returned the big bags were in our room waiting for us so we could just sleep! Nice breakfast of toast / ham / cheese / eggs / juice / coffee / yoghurt etc . Maybe a bit further from town than other properties but it’s a small place so only a 20/15min walk , and also means the streets are quieter . Massive room which was nice when sorting out our O trek packing A bit more expensive than some other options but I think worth it

O café da manhã era servido de acordo com o horário que nós precisássemos. A colchão é muito confortável e os lençóis e toalhas de excelente qualidade. Recomendo muito!
