• Gabriele (9/5): I recommend this hotel. - We enjoyed staying in this hotel. It does not look like much from the outside, but it served us well. The breakfast with home made items was excellent. The young man at the front desk was very helpful. He speaks English well which is a blessing since my Spanish is rudimentary. The hotel advertises shuttle transport from the airport. This is mentioned on the website. Not knowing the conditions of the city and airports, I usually choose a hotel that offers this service. I contacted the hotel and was told "We do not offer any tours". I mentioned to the staff that this service was advertised and was a reason why I chose to book this hotel. After lots of searching I was able to book a shuttle. I hope that the hotel's website will be changed.

I used nine and slept well.

• Bernadette (9/5): Very pleased with our short stay! - Great location, friendly helpful staff, a lovely breakfast, good value and very clean and comfortable. We liked that there were many restaurants within a short walk and we were able to get to a bank and buy a SIM card for our phone very easily. It’s a really convenient place to stay. Bathroom was a little cramped and we did hear noise from other guests coming and going, but these were very minor things and didn’t take away from our experience. We would return and recommend to others.

Very pleasant english speaking staff. Great continental breakfast included in the room rate. They accommodate my dietary requirements with no hesitations which was amazing. Room and bathroom clean.
