It's important to know that you do have to walk up a few stairs, which is normal for Europe, but if you have heavy luggage that is something to consider. I would definitely stay again for the wonderful service, comfortable rooms and incredible location.

Хороший большой, двухьярусный номер с террасой с видом на основные достопримечательности. Регулярная уборка, бокалы и мини-кухня в номере. Есть все необходимое. Номер комфортный. Легкий и удобный пеший доступ ко всем основным достопримечательностям Флоренции. Инструкция по заселению была не корректной. К примеру, было указано, что в мой номер можно подняться на лифте здания и он находится на 3 этаже. Однако, на лифте здания мой номер находился на 5м этаже. Ресепшен работает ограниченное кол-во времени. Лифт здания едет прямо в мой номер. Отлично, только у меня есть ключ от двери из лифта в свой номер! Однако, на 5м этаже в здании живут и другие люди и я не знала об этом и не на шутку испугалась ночью, когда кто-то приехал ко мне на этаж. При входе в здание большая лестница, чтобы подняться до лифта. Учитывайте, если путешествуете с чемоданами. Внутри здания 2 лифта) Учитывайте, чтобы приехать во время работы ресепшена и вам не пришлось самим разбираться как попасть в номер. Вернусь в этот отель, если буду путешествовать с рюкзаком на легке + потому что я уже знаю, как и где подниматься в какой номер. Но для первого раза заселение было сложноватым.

• Justin (9/5): Great room, great location, great host - The host was very kind and even helped us bring our large suitcases up the elevator lift while we were getting settled in. He made our stay more enjoyable and even helped my wife get into the room when I was out getting lunch and she couldn't figure out how to open the door with the key. One cool thing is that there is a personal elevator that goes right up into my room, so once the elevator door opens I just had to unlock the door with my key and am right inside my room. The views from the balcony were really nice. Lot's of options to eat nearby within walking distance On the weekends when they play music on the Ponte Vecchio, you will be able to hear it from your room. We were aware of this from reading previous reviews, but just noting it for others as well that we could still hear it even though we were on the highest floor in the building. On Friday night they stopped playing at 10:30ish and was nice and quiet after.

The apartment manager responded quickly to my questions I sent through booking.com. He helped arrange a taxi ride to the airport and allowed us an early check in on the first day. It's quite the process to get up to the room where we stayed - many stairs. I wish there were screens on the windows - I have many bug bites from flying insects getting inside. Most of the coffee cups were chipped and should be replaced. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV and Netflix/Prime were not working.

• Katherine (7/5): Good apartment in a central location - The property was in a great location. We stayed in the apartment so it had a balcony where we could sit and it was a nice big space. The place was clean. At night it is really noisy however this is something that comes with it being such a central location. Whilst we were there Italy was experiencing a heatwave so for us the air conditioning was not very strong, I also think because it is such a large space it is difficult for the air conditioning to cool the whole apartment down. The curtains are sheer so if you plan to stay here maybe bring an eye mask and some ear plugs. Like stated these are not things the hotel owners can necessarily fix just something useful for future guests to be aware of.

• Chann (10/5): Very central next to Ponte Vecchio - Property was clean and spacious. We arrived around the time we said we would and our room was ready. It was right above the street that leads up to the Ponte Vecchio. Water pressure was great. Has a small kitchenette with fridge, coffeemaker, utensils, cups, and bottle opener. Property was right next to the street of the Ponte Vecchio which would explain why you hear noise throughout the day and some parts of the night. If you don’t want noise, I would personally advise against staying here. Overall we liked the place and its location to everything. The cobble stone streets nearby are tough on the luggage so luckily we were able to route ourselves a different way to the train station
• Nathaniel (9/5): Would Recommend - Great views, nice place. Very well positioned location within the heart of Florence.
• Zubaydah (3/5): Poor - I like the location and the cleanest That it was misleading when it says soundproofing, but it was not. Also, the water in the shower. It was not hot all the time after three minute. It gets cold and you have to turn it off and wait for five minutes to be hot again. It was really inconvenient to earlier in the shower.
• John (4/5): - Very hard to find. Checkin “by appointment only”. Once you get there you have to haul your luggage up twenty steps (no elevator) front desk person offered no assistance. Our sliding door jumped the track and owner accused us ‘breaking’ the door, we were very offended. Good location is about all you can say. Great hotel right across the street with beautiful roof top bar. Will stay there next trip.

• Pamela (10/5): Florence stay - Perfecttttt location. I loved it. So easy to get around to different areas at good walking distance. Room had plenty of space for 2 people which was nice. Lots of natural light and was clean. Shower door abit hard to close where some water can come out if not careful.
