• Guest (9/5): Genua hat uns gefallen! Wir kommen einmal wieder gerne. - Gratis Kaffee, Früchte und Brote als Frühesstücke. Lokal ist sehr Zentral. Alle sind in der Nähe. Die Empfangedame hat uns personlich gewartet und wärmherzlich bedient.

• Patricia Elisabeth (10/5): Gerne wieder. - Die Lage war super für uns, da wir an dem „Corri Genua“ teilgenommen haben und Start und Ziel nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt waren. Wir durften danach auch noch duschen. Ebenfalls wenige Minuten entfernt war die Metro. Bis zum Bahnhof Principe waren es nur zwei Haltestellen. Der Kaffee war aus.
• Irmgard (9/5): Ist ok für eine Nacht. - Die Nähe am Hafen. Wir haben 1 Nacht verbracht da wir auf eine Kreuzfahrt in Genua gemacht haben. Das Bad bzw Dusche über Flur zu erreichen und man muss es mit den anderen Gästen teilen.

• Tea (10/5): - Everything was perfect. Firstly the owners were very kind and available for anything I needed. For example I needed to leave my luggage after check out and they were very kind to take them. It is a big apartment with a shared living room and separate rooms. My room was perfect, not only aesthetically pleasing but also clean and spacious. For the price it has it feels like a steal. We had a private bathroom which on its own was perfect aswell. It had 2 toilets separate and a shower. As for the shared living room, they offered free coffee, tea, fruits and cakes for everyone to eat. Every important place is very close to this booking, from Saint Lorenzo cathedral to the aquarium of Genova. If I come again to Genova I will book this place again.

• OLEG (9/5): - Мы заняли номер с отдельной ванной комнатой, и в было еще два номера с общей ванной, но они так расположены, что это вообще комфортно. Общая кухня - всегда горячий чай, кофе, есть фужеры и прочее. Номер в историческом доме, все как в 17-18 веке, очень чисто и уютно. Хозяйка очень радушная, не зная языка, мы нашли способ общаться и найти сам отель. Расположение - прямо напротив порта, мы так и хотели. Я бы рекомендовал его всем!!!

One note, our room was decorated with a wall piece carved from the 1600s. Neat touch. Just made to stay a very enjoyable experience. It was nice to be really close to restaurants and stores. We could walk around for 10-15-20 minutes and just see lots of different stores and cafes. Nothing to say

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, liebevoll und zu einem alten Palazzo passend gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die Lage am Rand des alten Hafens und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den kleinen mehr oder weniger belebten Gässchen des Hafenviertels ist perfekt für Erkundungstouren und fürs Einkehren in diversen Cafés und Trattorien. Auch die Nähe zur Metrostation San Giorgio ist ein grosser Vorteil. Vom Lärm der Stadt ist man dank den guten Fenstern gut abgeschirmt und man schläft ruhig. Die Gastgeberin hat uns schon vor der Anreise und auch während unserem Aufenthalt mit den notwendigen Informationen geholfen. Ihre liebenswürdige Art trägt viel dazu bei, dass der Aufenthalt in ihrem Guesthouse unvergesslich ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nichts

Situated in the heart of the old town it was great as a base for exploring the main sites. I had a corner room with great views over the port area and the main pedestrian street towards San Lorenzo's church. Plus, Brunella, the owner, was a lovely host. Nothing
• Volha (8/5): Highly recommended for those who want to get a deeper feel for Genoa. A great experience. - This is an apartment where the early 20th-century interior has been preserved. All amenities follow from that — the shower and toilet are in a shared separate room, but it’s not a problem at all. The apartment is closely connected to the host’s family, which makes you feel like an honored guest — someone warmly welcomed, though rarely visiting relatives. Many thanks to Brunella, who was always in touch. More of a gentle suggestion than a real downside: it was a bit surprising to see disposable plastic cups and spoons placed alongside a beautiful Bavarian tea set in the sitting room. It slightly detracts from the overall sense of hospitality.

The location and accommodations were perfect and there was even an elevator! Brunella was so helpful and kind. We loved getting to know her a bit.

The hotel is on a great location and well equipped. Can be slightly noisy at night but unavoidable due to location,. It shouldn't worry most but I used earplugs as a light sleeper and slept well.

Right in the centre, close to good local restaurants, very comfortable and the host is super-helpful. Had a wonderful time It’s on the front above a main street, which of course can be noisy, but if you’re happy to have the windows shut, it’s fine
• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Chiara our host made a big effort to make sure we found the property easily. She showed us everything we needed in the apartment and suggested an excellent restaurant. The room did have a bathroom across a corridor but we had sole use and there were not many other people around. The building had so much character with wooden floors and old furniture. As the apartment was towards the top of the building (it had a good lift) you could look out over the roof tops to the port. At night I watched people and buses coming and going. The bottom floor of the building was part of a row of arches and small shops. Fantastic atmosphere. Absolutely nothing

• Jan (9/5): Superb - Very clean and comfortable good central location to marina and old town- nice authentic room - taxis and nice little cafe just outside the main door which had a lift- we didn't have a problem finding as given excellent directions - the shower was a tad awkward to get into but not a problem - and best of all this place is good value for money!!

The apartment had large windows, high ceilings, amazing old world decor. When you stepped out of this quiet and elegant building, you were in the middle of a vibrant and hectic city. Best of all, we could not have had a more gracious and helpful host to welcome us and make our stay a wonderful experience.

Brunella welcomed us so warmly and was able to accommodate our earlier check in for which we are very grateful. She was extremely helpful furnishing us with information and excellent recommendations for dinner. The location was perfect for us being so near the metro and main areas of interest. The sound proofing of the windows was very good, the room very clean and comfy bed with good linen. Unfortunately there was an intermittent sound of water running, possibly filling a water tank. But the room was well sound proofed from street noise.

• Thomas (10/5): A GEM! Gorgeous room, wonderful hostess and ideal location in Genoa - Everything here exceeded our expectations. Our hostess went out of her way to welcome us and provide us with all possible resources to experience the city as we wanted. Each day, she offered suggestions that enriched our stay. She even translated and wrote out the schedule for the ferry to a nearby location that we had mentioned we were interested in visiting. And the room was stunning. High ceilings, trompe l'oeil detailing (consistent with the style of the city) and gorgeous artwork and furnishings. Located in the old town (where all the best food is to be found!), steps from the metro, with a view towards the old port. Truly a gem.

We had some difficulty in finding the accommodation as there is only a small sign on the door and someone was standing in front of the door and we walked by and had to ask the shops below where it was. They had not heard of the name.

• Barbara (9/5): Great stay in heart of old town - Brunella was an amazing host that helped us so much with our stay. She posted tips for each day's activities and things like great local food and drink places. Room was lovely with a king sized comfy bed and wonderful mosaic floor and the bathroom was adequate. The host even left us some fresh bread for out 1st morning. The shared sitting room is lovely with coffee making facilities and glasses 🥂 to borrow. She let us leave our bags until time to go to the airport and waved us off. Not much to add really, just lovely. I would prefer a kettle in my room.but it really wasn't a problem

As a result we are in very local restaurants serving Ligurian dishes. As the Guest House is on the fifth floor the room was quiet for a busy city. Wish we were staying longer!

• Jo (10/5): Historic room with great view and a coffee machine in lounge - Beautiful historic building, great view of the port and the...um, nightlife! Its an interesting area and our wonderful landlady steered us expertly to eat in the port opposite, I wonder if it was because certain streets are not for the faint hearted at night time at least. Comfortable elegant bed, nice bathroom accross the corridor, accommodating host. it was all great.
