- Bobbie (9/5): Fantastic view and location with an exceptional host. - Exceptional outlook over Kotor Bay. Located a comfortable walk from The Old Town, supermarket and eateries. Peter, our host was super helpful and obliging. Unit was a little restrictive size wise.

- Anna (8/5): Great hosts and location :) - The hosts were very friendly and helpful - they were happy to help us arrange barbecue and take care of tourist tax that needed to be paid in the city office. The apartment is nicely located - nearby city center, close to markets where you can go grocery shopping. Unfortunately it wasn't properly cleaned before our arrival (hair or dust on the floor, some dishes/glasses in the kitchenette were a bit dirty). Shower drain seemed to be clogged and the water was accumulating, so you had to take a really quick shower not to flood the bathroom. Some light outside of the apartment would be nice - we had to buy candles to be able to comfortably sit on the terrace in the evening.

- Liliia (8/5): Хороший вариант, но только если весь балкон для вас. Иначе мало места, тесно, нет классного вида - Номер маленький, но все есть Санузел хороший Балкон совсем маленький. Оказывается, большой балкон поделен на 2 шторкой, которую подняли, потому что в соседнем номере никого не было. Мы наслаждались видом, в целом нам все нравилось. Сам номер очень маленький для троих (родители и ребенок 4 лет), но за счет большого балкона, было достаточно комфортно. Когда в соседний номер заселились и шторку опустили, поделив балкон на 2 части, стало некомфортно Узко, тесно, стало видно меньше красоты вокруг, а соседи за шторкой на балконе лишили ощущения приватности (потому что не видно, но естественно, очень хорошо слышно!).
- Aditi Shah (8/5): We had a fantastic stay and particularly loved the wonderful sit-out balcony with a beautiful view! - We rented two adjacent single bedroom studio apartments adjacent to each other, and connected by a Balcony with an absolutely stunning and panoramic view of the Kotor Bay. The location is fantastic - the property is merely 5 minutes walk away from the Beach, and at 10 minute walking distance from Old Kotor town making it a very convenient location even for those travelling without a car. It is aesthetically and thoughtfully designed, well equipped, clean and compact. There is a small supermarket right across the road, and a choice of eateries within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The Hosts Peter & Natasha are a lovely couple - welcoming, hospitable and helpful. We happened to be their guests on the Easter Weekend Saturday, and got treated to lovely home-baked cake and hand painted Easter eggs - a very warm and gracious gesture. We loved staying in this property, and would very highly recommend it. Some constructive feedback... While the Kitchenette is compact and very well equipped, a Microwave would have been handy and convenient. While the Bathrooms were very well designed, neat and clean, on multiple occasions we experienced a terrible stench coming from the drain, which was bothersome. This is most likely due to some mix-up with the plumbing and drainage, which needs to be identified and fixed.
- Huub (10/5): Chill, private and relaxed stay near city centre - Spacious and modern apartment, about a 10 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, and only 2 minutes to the waterfront. The host was also very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

- David (10/5): We welcome the opportunity to return to Kotor and stay here again. The host was very helpful. - Easy walking distance to Kotor Old Town and down to the Dobrata seaside promenade. We traveled all around the Bay and was centrally located to visit wonderful towns like Perast and Risan. Lots of traffic and sometimes cars were parked on the sidewalk to make it a challenge to walk during certain times of day.

Nous n'avions que deux draps pour nous couvrir pendant notre sommeil la nuit. Comme il faisait 16 degrés dehors, ces draps n'étaient pas suffisants et nous avions froid.

- Alexandra (9/5): Schönes Appartement mit super Aussicht - Sehr netter, freundlicher Empfang und gute Restaurants - Tipps. Die Altstadt ist in knapp 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sauberkeit 1a. und sehr bequeme Betten. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Das Bad ist für große Menschen aufgrund der Schrägen etwas niedrig ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Хозяин очень гостепреимный: посоветовал куда сходить и порекомендовал отличную прогулку на скоростном катере. До старого города 5-10 минут пешком. Однозначно рекомендую эти апартаменты Все было отлично

- Sue (4/5): - Location was good, 10 minutes walk to the old town. However the Sswage smell from the bathroom was really bad so we had to close the bathroom door the whole time we were there. The room is so tiny. When we saw the owner, he didn’t even ask how our trip was going or how our stay was. He just asked to pay for our stay. So disappointing. He doesn’t care. He just wants to collect the money. I like Kotor but next time I will stay somewhere else.

When we left the premises Peter made great efforts to contact us 90 minutes into our journey, to let us know we had left a wallet behind, we were so grateful for this. Only the traffic in Kotor.

As our apartment did not have a washing machine he did our laundry for us. When the city had a water problem, he immediately provided bottled water. Ordered a taxi for us when needed. The apartment was a bit small.

- Ismael (3/5): Carísimo para las condiciones en las que está. - El alojamiento tiene buenas vistas a la baja de Kotor y está cerca de la ciudad antigua. El alojamiento está anticuado, es pequeño y carece de limpieza. Su mobiliario es antiguo y es muy pequeño. La terraza que aparece en las fotografías no son las reales pues esa amplia terraza está dividida en dos . El aseo debe de ser más exhaustivo en el baño y la cocina. La ducha tenía importante retenciones de agua que incomodaban la ducha pues este agua se salía. La cocina no tiene muchos utensilios y tiene serias faltas de aseo. Además al ser una única propiedad convertida en varios apartamentos no hay buena insonorización. La verdad es que nos sentimos engañados porque el alojamiento no vale 166€.

- Zuzana (10/5): Ak pojdem do Kotoru, urcite sa tu ubytujem - Velmi mily majitel, super cisto, vsetko nove, pekne zariadene, vyborna poloha na peso na promenadu pri vode aj do stareho mesta.
- Ivan (10/5): - La hospitalidad de Peter y su familia, está al lado del centro histórico de Kotor, situado en un buen punto como para acercarse a pie a las playas de Dobrota, que son la mejor opción si buscas tranquilidad. Nos dieron varias útiles recomendaciones de restaurantes,, escapadas,... Los apartamentos tienen de todo y están renovados y bien cuidados Sin duda volveremos

- Ben (10/5): Fabulous place! - Great place to stay, such a nice view from our room. The family were super helpful and answered any questions we had. We wanted to do a boat trip and they sorted it out for us and walked us down to the place. Good communication and would definitely stay again if we were in Kotor!

- Imelda (10/5): Stunning apartment o n Boka Bay - Highly recommend Palma Apts. A fabulous base to explore Boka Bay & only 10 mins walk to the Kotor old town. The owner could not have been more helpful, an absolute gentleman. He gave many suggestions of where to eat & what to see. The stunning apt is like a home away from home with full kitchen, dishwasher & washing machine. We will be back. That we had to leave!

The apartment that we stayed in was quiet, had a fantastic view of the bay, was finished to the highest standard and had everything that we needed and more. Our hosts could not have been friendlier and provided refreshments on arrival and even a cake during our stay. If we could give this accommodation a 6 we would. We will certainly be back on future visits to Montenegro.

Der Preis von 157,-€ ist schon oberhalb der Preisklasse für dieses kleine Apartment mit Balkon und Meerblick, gleichzeitig jedoch für die Lage wiederum berechtigt.

All the necessary items for the stay were in the room. The bathroom was very clean. If I go to Kotor again, I will definitely stay here again.

Our host Bane was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions of things to do and good restaurants. The apartment is just a 10minute walk into Kotor old town but also just a five minute walk to nice bars and restaurants just below the apartment. Nothing

The property was more upscale and included a pool. Upon arrival, the owner indicated the apartment was not available…but he would provide a larger apartment with a pool. The new apartment was much farther from the old town. We had to drive, which we had planned to avoid. It worked out okay but was not as planned. The host was very nice.

- Jon (5/5): Lovely views, apartments best suited to small people - When I arrived the host was there to take us to our room and even provided us with two drinks on arrival so we could spend a moment taking in the view. The images on booking did not match the room I was in. I had expectations of a slightly more modern room, large TV, shower that didn't need to fixed before every use etc. In retrospect, it was likely what we had paid for but when reserving the room I did not think the gap between my expectations and reality would be so great. I hit my head off the low celling at least 8 times and I spent most of my time in the apartment hunching over like a coal miner. That said, the view is outstanding. As I had an early flight home I left the room at 6-30am to drive back to the airport. When I checked my phone after boarding the plan I found multiple missed calls and text messages telling me I had not paid. Upon returning to the UK I contacted the host to make sure payment was made, I found out that they had my payment details (provided by Booking) and they could have taken the payment at any time. This was an annoyance which should have been avoided.

Locația este la 10-15 minute de mers pe jos de cetate, în apropiere sunt magazine alimentare, terase și restaurante. Gazdele sunt foarte drăguțe și gata să te ajute cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie. Recomand 100%. Suntem foarte încântați de alegerea făcută. 😊 Totul a fost perfect!!

- PETEK (10/5): Cennetten bir köşe - Her şey tam olarak belirtildiği gibiydi. Hatta hayal ettiğimden bile güzeldi. Ev sahibim Natasa Hn. dünyalar tatlısı bir insan, ailesi de öyle. Daima yardımıma koştu, minik ikramları ve hediyeleri ile beni şımarttılar. Kendi evim olsa bu kadar rahat ederdim. Dairem mükemmeldi, ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey mevcuttu. Manzara zaten mükemmel, bütün Kotor Körfezini boydan boya görebilen bir balkonum vardı. Mutlaka bir daha gideceğim, her şey için çok teşekkür ederim. Sevilmeyecek hiç bir durum yoktu, mükemmeldi.
